热应激对肉鸡饲养行业具有重要的影响,它会导致肉鸡生产力下降,降低养殖效益。随着全球气候变暖速度逐年攀升,特别是热带地区的环境温度升高,会对肉鸡肌肉发育、免疫和肉质产生有害影响。一些地方鸡品种具有体型矮小和卷羽性状,这被认为与耐热性有关。鸡矮小和卷羽性状分别由GHR和KRT75L4基因突变引起。本研究首先分析中国4个地方鸡品系的这两种性状(矮小和卷羽)的遗传突变,包括矮脚黄鸡,麒麟鸡,垌中矮脚鸡和垌中高脚鸡。在此基础上,开展杂交试验,获得具有矮小和卷羽特征的F1代个体,进一步开展热应激试验,对比具有矮小性状和卷羽性状鸡的耐热性能。为培育适合热带地区养殖的肉鸡新品系奠定基础。本研究首先以中国4个地方鸡品种(矮脚黄鸡,麒麟鸡,垌中矮脚鸡和垌中高脚鸡)为研究材料,分析GHR和KRT75L4两个基因的序列信息和遗传变异。提取血液样本DNA,通过PCR和测序的方法对GHR和KRT75L4基因进行基因分型,检测突变位点。结果显示,在矮脚黄鸡GHR基因的外显子9和3′UTR处发现了1.7kb缺失突变。垌中矮脚鸡和垌中高脚鸡的GHR和KRT75L4基因未检测到突变。麒麟鸡的KRT75L4基因外显子2发生了15bp的缺失突变。基于基因分型结果,我们用矮脚黄鸡(雄性)和麒麟鸡(雌性)进行了杂交,获得具有矮小和卷羽特征的F1群体。杂交F1的雌性个体具有半卷羽和矮小的特征。生长发育测定和数据统计分析结果表明,雌性F1杂交鸡群体的体型和生长速度明显减少,且羽毛为半卷羽,介于卷羽和正常羽毛之间。随之,本研究进一步分析了三黄鸡(NYC),矮脚黄鸡(DYC)和杂交F1(Crossbreed)雌性个体的耐热性能。本研究旨在探讨热应激对3个群体的生产性能、组织学、热休克蛋白(HSP70、HSP90)和肌肉生长相关基因(GHR、IGF-1和IGF-1R)的影响。每个品系的72只母鸡在正常环境条件下饲养直到第12周龄。然后随机分为两组(对照组和热应激组),每组有6个重复,每个重复有6只母鸡。在热应激组中,母鸡在35±1°C的高温下每天8小时,持续一周(7天),而在对照组中,母鸡在28±1°C下饲养。在热应激结束时,统计分析体重、采食量的变化;采集肝脏和脾脏组织制作切片,分析组织损伤情况;q RT-PCR分析HSP70等基因的表达变化。结果表明,与对照组相比7天的热应激降低了3个鸡群体的采食量(FI)和体重增量(WGR)。在三个群体都中观察到体重发育显著降低(P0.05)。此外,热应激导致所有鸡群体胸肌中HSP70和HSP90的m RNA表达均显著增加,但肝脏和下丘脑组织中HSP90的m RNA表达没有显著增加(P0.05)。总之,这些结果表明,高温环境对三黄鸡的影响比矮小鸡和杂交群体更严重,这表明矮小和卷羽性状在鸡耐热性中的重要作用。本研究为培育耐热型肉鸡新品种(系)奠定了理论基础。

In this paper we have generalized some results of Rahman [1] by considering the maximum of |f(z)| over a certain lemniscate instead of considering the maximum of|f(z)|, for |z|=r and obtain the analogous results for the entire function |f(z)|=Σpk(z) [q(z)]k-1 where q(z) is a polynomial of degree m and pk(z)is of degree m-1. Moreover, we have obtained some inequalities on the lover order, type and lower type in terms of polynomial coefficients.

In this contribution we study a superposition of two finite dimensional trio coherent states (FTCS). The state is regarded as a correlated three-mode state in finite dimensional bases. The framework of Pegg and Barnett formalism, and the phase distribution in addition to the Poissonian distribution are examined. It is shown that the eigenvalue of the difference of the photon number (the q-parameter) is responsible for the non-classical phenomenon. Furthermore, the quasi-probability distribution functions (the Wigner and q-functions) are also discussed. In this case and for the Wigner function the non-classical behavior is only reported for the odd values of the q-parameter.

Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disorder of the airways characterized by recurring episodes of reversible airway obstruction, hyper-responsiveness, wheezing, breathlessness and coughing. Clinical diagnosis of asthma is based on the pattern of clinical symptoms and pulmonary fuction tests. Asthma affectes 5% - 10% of the population and the number of worldwide cases is approximately 300 milliones. The incidence of this disease is increasing particulry in western countries [1]. It is the cause of a huge economic burden to national healthcare services. In a minority of cases, asthma is potentially fatal. After a period when fatalities appeared to be increasing [2], in recent years asthma-related mortality has progressively declined due to the develop- ment of specific asthma disease management programs, as well as the extensive use of in- haled corticosteroids [3]. Inflammation of the airways is a central component in asthma. In- flammation is associated with infliltration of the airway wall with eosinophiles and or neutron- philes mast cell degranulation and T cell active- tion. Other pathological features include, sub- basement membrane thickening, loss of epithet- lial cell integrity, goblet cells hyperplasia In- crease in airway smooth muscle mass. Eosino- phils are thought to be vital in the development of airway hyperreactivity, with the eosinophil cationic protein playing a crucial role [4]. The fact that treatment of asthma with corticos-teroids reduces eosinophils numbers and decreases airway reactivity further supports this hypothesis.

The human factor is the most important cause of road accidents. Investigating the drivers’ mental patterns can lead to a better understanding of the factors that affect drivers to make a mistake and thus increase the likelihood of an accident. In this study, mental patterns of drivers as a human characteristic are determined through a questionnaire survey. To do this, 166 participants (18 - 65 years) were asked to express their opinion on the possible effect of 25 factors on the occurrence of accidents. These factors were selected through the investigation of the accident database during the last three years in different areas of the case study. To analyze the data extracted from the survey, q-methodology was used. The results of the factor analysis showed that there are 5 mental patterns among the participants. Based on the driver’s opinion, human factors and road conditions were the most and least influential accident-generating items, respectively. The most significant reason for accidents determined by drivers was human errors including 1) unauthorized overtaking, 2) unauthorized speed, 3) driver distractions (such as cell phone), and 4) driver physical disability (such as visual impairment). Moreover, the failure of the vehicle was mostly reported as another influential contributor to accidents. It is worth mentioning that the results of this study can be used to minimize accidents resulted from drivers’ behavioral errors by suggesting strategies for enhancing their performance through new manuals which is a step towards a safer road.

We present an analysis of strong single pulses from PSR J0034-0721. Our observations were made using the Urumqi 25-m radio telescope at a radio frequency of 1.54 GHz. A total of 353 strong pulses were detected during eight hours of observing, The signal-to-noise ratios of the detected pulses range from 5 to 11.5. The peak fluxes of those pulses are 17 to 39 times that of the average pulse peak. The cumulative distribution of the signal-to-noise ratios of these strong pulses has a rough power-law distribution with a slope of 4.4 q- 0.5. Ten of the strong pulses arrived approximately 23 to 40 ms earlier than the average profile peak. This suggests the possibility that there are two strong pulse-emitting regions.

The conjugate effects of radiation and joule heating on magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) free convection flow along a sphere with heat generation have been investigated in this paper. The governing equations are transformed into dimensionless non-similar equations by using set of suitable transformations and solved numerically by the finite difference method along with Newton’s linearization approximation. Attention has been focused on the evaluation of shear stress in terms of local skin friction and rate of heat transfer in terms of local Nusselt number, velocity as well as temperature profiles. Numerical results have been shown graphically for some selected values of parameters set consisting of heat generation parameter q, radiation parameter Rd, magnetic parameter M, joule heating parameter J and the Prandtl number Pr.

[目的]了解果园土壤呼吸的季节和年际变化及其影响因素,为退耕还果条件下黄土高原地区土壤碳源汇功能变化研究提供依据。[方法]在长武农田生态系统国家野外站,以盛产期果园为对象,利用土壤碳通量监测系统(Li-COR,Lincoln,NE,USA)连续3 a原位监测了土壤呼吸、土壤水分和温度变化,分析了土壤呼吸的季节性和年际间的变化及其与水分、温度变化之间的关系。[结果]土壤呼吸具有明显的季节和年际变异特征:最高值出现在雨季(7-9月),3 a分别为3.14,3.98,4.71μmol/(m^2·s),最低值出现在11月后,3 a依次为0.99,0.88,0.69μmol/(m^2·s);年际间累积呼吸量变异约21%。土壤呼吸与温度呈显著指数关系,而不同水分状况下土壤呼吸及温度敏感性(q10)不同,当土壤水分含量23.63%时,土壤呼吸则为1.38μmol/(m^2·s);相应地不同水分条件下q10值分别为1.57,1.63和1.38。[结论]土壤水分显著影响黄土区苹果园土壤呼吸和q10,研究结果为黄土区果园生态系统碳汇功能的估算提供了依据。
