Real-world five-year outcomes of FlexyRap®cobalt-chromium rapamycin-eluting stents with biodegradable polymer in patients with de-novo coronary artery disease

BACKGROUND The use of biodegradable polymer drug-eluting stents(BP-DES)has been proven to minimize restenosis and stent *** current post-marketing monitoring was observed at the 5-year clinical outcomes of individuals who had been treated with FlexyRap®DES in the real *** To assess the safety and effectiveness of FlexyRap®DES at the 5-year follow-up in real-world *** Findings from a retrospective,multi-center,observational,post-market clinical follow-up study of patients treated with FlexyRap®DES for de novo coronary artery disease(CAD)were *** the 12-mo follow-up,the primary endpoint was target lesion failure,which was defined as the composite of cardiovascular death, target vessel myocardial infarction(TV-MI), and clinically driven target lesion *** The data of 500 patients received with FlexyRap®DES was obtained at the completion of the surveillance timeline of *** the implantation of FlexyRap®DES,the device success rate was 100%.Adverse events that led to major bleeding,permanent disability,or death were not experienced in the *** major adverse cardiac event rate at 12-mo,3-year,and 5-year follow-up was 1(0.2%),0(0%),and 1(0.2%)respectively with 0(0%)cardiovascular death,2(0.4%)TV-MI,and 0(0%)TLR ***,late stent thrombosis was found in 2(0.4%)patients at the follow-up of 12-mo,very late stent thrombosis was observed in 2 patients(0.4%)at 3-year *** FlexyRap®DES was proved to be safe and efficacious in real-world patients with de novo CAD,indicating a lowered rate of cardiac events and stent thrombosis at 5-year follow-up.

Performance Evaluation of Java Web Services: A Developer’s Perspective

As the population of the Internet grows rapidly the development of web technologies becomes extremely important. For the evolvement of Web 2.0, web services are essential. Web services are programs that allow computers of different platforms on the web to interactively communicate without the need of extra data for human reading interfaces and formats such as web page structures. Since web service is a future trend for the growth of internet, the tools that are used for development is also important. Although there are many choices of web service frameworks to choose from, developers should choose the framework that fits best to their application based on performance, time and effort for the framework. In this project, we chose four common frameworks to compare them in both qualitative and quantitative metrics. After running the tests, the results are statistically analyzed by SAS.

The present work presents an iin silicoi analysis of Upstream Regulatory Modules (URMs) of genes expressed in tapetum specific manner in dicotyledon and monocotyledon plants. In the current analysis, we identified several motifs conserved in these URMs of which ten were observed to be part of known icisi-elements using tools and databases like MEME, PLACE, MAST and TFSEARCH. We also identified that binding sites for two transcription factors, DOF and WRKY71 were found to be present in majority of the URMs.

An Introduction to RFID Technology

RFID technology emerged some time back and was not used that much because of lack of standardization and high costs. Latest technologies have brought costs down and standards are being developed. Today RFID is mostly used as a medium for numerous tasks including managing supply chains, tracking livestock, preventing counterfeiting, controlling building access, and supporting automated checkout. The use of RFID is limited by security concerns and delays in standardization. This paper describes RFID technology and its applications in today’s world.

Periodic Orbits in the Photogravitational Restricted Problem When the Primaries Are Triaxial Rigid Bodies

We have studied periodic orbits generated by Lagrangian solutions of the restricted three-body problem when both the primaries are triaxial rigid bodies and source of radiation pressure. We have determined periodic orbits for different values of (h is energy constant;μ is mass ratio of the two primaries;are parameters of triaxial rigid bodies and are radiation parameters). These orbits have been determined by giving displacements along the tangent and normal at the mobile co-ordinates as defined in our papers (Mittal et al. [1]-[3]). These orbits have been drawn by using the predictor-corrector method. We have also studied the effect of triaxial bodies and source of radiation pressure on the periodic orbits by taking fixed value of μ.

Genome-wide gene expression analysis for target genes to differentiate patients with intestinal tuberculosis and Crohn’s disease and discriminative value of FOXP3 mRNA expression

Enzymatic Formation of Gold Nanoparticles Using Phanerochaete Chrysosporium

When fungus Phanerochaete chrysosporium was challenged with gold ions under ambient aqueous conditions gold nanoparticles were formed within 90 minutes. Controlling experimental conditions like the age of fungus, incubation temperature and different concentration of gold chloride solution had drastic effect on the morphology of the nanoparticles formed. The enzyme assays indicated the role of enzyme as a reducing and shape directing agent. Laccase was the dominating enzyme in the case of fungal media for the synthesis of extracellular gold nanoparticles. Ligninase was responsible for the intracellular formation of nanoparticles on the fungal mycelium. The stabilization of the nanoparticles (NPs) via protein layer was evident by Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) which revealed the nanoparticles to be spherical in the range of 10-100 nm. This study represents an important advancement in the use of fungal enzymes for the biosynthesis of highly stable gold nanoparticles by a green and mild technique in one pot in aqueous media.

Purpose For infants with prenatally detected lung lesions,a chest CT is performed prior to *** chest CT is performed as close to the surgery date as possible,because it is presumed that the visualization of lung fissures would be poor in the immediate neonatal ***,this presumption has never been formally *** purpose of this study is to assess differences in lung fissure visualization on chest CT in different infant age *** This was a retrospective study of clinically indicated chest CT approved by the institutional review board performed in infants of different *** visibility of pleural fissures was subjectively assessed by three pediatric radiologists who were blinded to age *** In the 0-2 months age group,80%of all fissure segments were visible versus 92%in the 5-6 months group(p=0.04)and 95%in the 7-9 months group(p=0.01).Conclusions The ability to visualize pleural fissures on CT increases with infant *** observation should be taken into consideration when choosing the optimal timing of preoperative CT for asymptomatic congenital lung lesions.
