The E. tarda bacterial culture isolated from infected fish, was confirmed by morphological and biochemical characterization. GAPDH gene of 996 bp was amplified from bacterial genomic DNA. GAPDH gene was cloned in pTZ57R/T cloning vector. The positive clone was sequenced. The sequencing result showed very homology with published sequence from pathogenic E. tarda. The sequence (nucleotide and amino acid) divergence values were very low between E. tarda isolates from India (k.142190) and China (HQ697337-38) (Figure 4 and Figure 5). However, the divergence value was high when compared with E. tarda isolates from Japan (AB198939) and this value was higher than the inter-specific divergence value (E. tarda-E. ictaluri, E. tarda-E. coli & E. tarda-k.ebsiella species).

Tunneling wounds create passageways underneath the sk.n surface with varying sizes and shapes and can have twists and turns,mak.ng their treatment extremely *** wound care solutions only cater to superficial wounds,and untreated tunneling wounds pose major health *** study aims to fulfill this challenge by fabricating tunnel wound fillers(TWFs)made of natural polymers that mimic the dermal extracellular *** this study,cellulose microfibers(CMFs)derived from banana stem and fish sk.n-derived collagen were used to formulate bio-ink. with varying CMF contents(25,50,and 75 mg).Tri-layered(CMFs,primary and secondary collagen coatings),drug-eluting(Baneocin),and cell-laden(human mesenchymal stem cells)TWFs were three-dimensional(3D)-printed and extensively *** showed the most suitable rheological properties for 3D printing at 50 mg *** Alamar Blue data showed significantly increased cell proliferation from Day 1 to Day 7,and scratch tests used to evaluate in vitro wound healing revealed that the best coverage of the wound area was achieved using CMFs in combination with collagen and ***,the TWF showed promising capability and tunability in terms of wound shape and size upon testing on a chick.n tissue *** results demonstrate the tremendous potential of TWFs in treating deep tunneling wounds with unique advantages,such as patient-specific customization,good wound exudate absorption capability while releasing wound healing drugs,and the inclusion of stem cells for accelerated healing and tissue regeneration.

Quantum entanglement and squeezing have significantly improved phase estimation and imaging in interferometric settings beyond the classical ***,for a wide class of non-interferometric phase imaging/retrieval methods vastly used in the classical domain,e.g.,ptychography and diffractive imaging,a demonstration of quantum advantage is still ***,we fill this gap by exploiting entanglement to enhance imaging of a pure phase object in a non-interferometric setting,only measuring the phase effect on the free-propagating *** method,based on the so-called"transport of intensity equation",is quantitative since it provides the absolute value of the phase without prior k.owledge of the object and operates in wide-field mode,so it does not need time-consuming raster ***,it does not require spatial and temporal coherence of the incident *** a general improvement of the image quality at a fixed number of photons irradiated through the object,resulting in better discrimination of small details,we demonstrate a clear reduction of the uncertainty in the quantitative phase *** we provide an experimental demonstration of a specific scheme in the visible spectrum,this research also paves the way for applications at different wavelengths,e.g.,X-ray imaging,where reducing the photon dose is of utmost importance.

A simple and efficient solid iodination method has been proposed for the fabrication of p-type γ-CuI thin *** structural,morphological,optical,electrical and electrochemical properties have been investigated in order to serve as an effective hole-transporting layer in solid-state solar *** fabricated films exhibited p-type conductivity with resistivity of 7.0×10;Ωcm,the hole concentration of ～1.13×10;cm;and the mobility of 18.34 cm;V;s;.The cyclic voltammetry result shows a maximum specific capacitance of 43 mF/cm;at a scan rate of 10 mV/*** cyclic stability and capacitance retention were found to be 99.7%.These findings demonstrate that γ-CuI film can be a potential candidate for multiple applications,such as a hole transporting material for solid-state solar cells and electrochemical supercapacitor.

The field‐angle dependence of the critical current in a REBa_(2)Cu_(3)O_(7) coated conductor has been measured over a fine range of temperatures from 15 k.to 80 *** particular sample is demonstrated to have a very low fraction of extrinsic planar defects by its near‐isotropic critical current at 77 *** a representative magnetic field of 3 T we are able to track.the emergence of the ab‐plane peak.usually associated with intrinsic pinning and quantify its evolution with temperature by fitting to a maximum‐entropy *** are also able to observe the evolution of dip and peak.features in the angle dependence of the power‐law index n with decreasing temperature and show that a dip appearing at 65 k.is supplanted by a sharper positive peak.from 50 *** combination of critical current and power‐law index temperature dependences shows the onset of intrinsic pinning at 50 k.
