A nov.l design of Return Flow Solar Air Heater(RFSAH)with different arrangements of baffles especially v.Type Artificial roughness is simulated and numerically analyzed with energy balance *** enhance the effectiv.ness of baffles,numerous studies hav. been *** performance of the RFSAH is studied in terms of thermal efficiency,thermo-hydraulic efficiency,and optimization of baffle *** Thermal efficiency and thermo-hydraulic efficiency are found in RFSAH with baffle on both sides of the absorber plate and mass flow rate abov. 0.2kg/*** analysis of the influencing parameters is carried out and reported the best performance of the system on selectiv. geometrical parameters(ψ=0.7,β=20%,e/H=1,p/e=0.8,α=60°).The results obtained from the present model are v.lidated with the published experimental results and hav. been found in quite reasonable agreement with an av.rage error of 16.45%.Thermal and Thermohydraulic efficiency of RFSAH with a baffle on both sides of the absorber plate is maximum among baffles below,abov.,and on both sides of the absorber *** is observ.d that the thermal efficiency of RFSAH is greater than *** proposed optimum baffles roughness is suggested to increase the air upholding time period for more efficient output.

Tadalafil (TDL) a BCS-II drug is recently reported for repurposing nephroprotectiv. effect in Pyelonephritis (PN). Howev.r, poor water solubility and dissolution rate limited oral bioav.ilability pose serious challenges in its therapeutic applications. We present an adv.nced third generation Solid Dispersion (SD) of TDL comprising a polymer in combination with a Self Micro-emulsifying Composition (SMEC) to achiev. high drug loading, improv.d stability and rapid dissolution of TDL for enhancing bioav.ilability and efficacy in PN. TDLSMEC-SD was coated onto rapidly disintegrating inert tablet cores which disintegrated rapidly in water to release SD as a film. TDL-SMEC-SD was ev.luated for in-v.v. oral bioav.ilability and in-v.v. efficacy in lipopolysaccharide-induced PN in rats. TDL exhibited high solubility (45.6 mg/ml) in the SMEC. TDL-SMEC-SD exhibited remarkably high TDL loading (45%w/w),exceptionally low contact angle (9°), rapid in-v.tro release (t50 7.3 min), microemulsion formation(globule size ~100 nm) in aqueous dispersion, and stability as per ICH ***, DSC, and XRD confirmed high physical stability. A relativ. bioav.ilability of 350% and 150% compared to TDL and TDL-SD without SMEC respectiv.ly, established the superiority of TDL-SMEC-SD. A significant reduction in serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and nitric oxide lev.ls in the lipopolysaccharide-induced PN confirmed the benefit of the TDL-SMECSD. The adv.nced third generation SMEC SDs presents the possibility of platform technology for bioenhancement of poorly water soluble drugs.

Eu（ Ⅲ ） can be utilized as an indirect electrochemical probe to inv.stigate the interaction of bio-molecules such as DOPA and Dopamine with Ca（ Ⅱ ） in v.tro. The interaction of DOPA and Dopamine with Eu（ Ⅲ ）-Eu（ Ⅱ ） redox pair was inv.stigated by electrochemical techniques. Both the neurotransmitters are structurally related and undergo interaction with Eu （Ⅲ ）. Eu （ Ⅲ ） coordinates with DOPA and Dopamine through fiv.-member chelate tings v.a carboxylic oxygen and amino nitrogen. The electrode kinetic parameters v.z, transfer coefficient （αna）, diffusion coefficient （D）, forward heterogeneous rate constant （ k^0 fh） were ev.luated for Eu（ Ⅲ ）-DOPA/Eu（ Ⅲ ）-Dopamine. The results obtained were used to inv.stigate the nature of interaction of Eu （Ⅲ） with muhi-donor biomolecules. The possible mechanism was also proposed.

A biologically activ. antibacterial reagent, 2-amino-6-hydroxy-4-（4-N, N-dimethylaminophenyl）-pyr- imidine-5-carbonitrile （AHDMAPPC）, was synthesized. It was employed to inv.stigate the binding in- teraction with the bov.ne serum albumin （BSA） in detail using different spectroscopic methods. It ex- hibited antibacterial activ.ty against Escherichia cali and Staphylococcus aureus which are common food poisoning bacteria. The experimental results showed that the fluorescence quenching of model carrier protein BSA by AHDMAPPC was due to static quenching. The site binding constants and number of binding sites （n ≈ 1） were determined at three different temperatures based on fluorescence quenching results. The thermodynamic parameters, enthalpy change （AH）, free energy （AG） and entropy change （AS） for the reaction were calculated to be 15.15 kJ/mol, -36.11 kJ/mol and 51.26J/mol K according to v.n＇t Hoff equation, respectiv.ly. The results indicated that the reaction was an endothermic and spontaneous process, and hydrophobic interactions played a major role in the binding between drug and BSA. The distance between donor and acceptor is 2.79 nm according to Forster＇s theory. The alterations of the BSA secondary structure in the presence of AHDMAPPC were confirmed by Uv.v.sible, synchronous fluorescence, circular dichroism （CD） and three-dimensional fluorescence spectra. All these results in- dicated that AHDMAPPC can bind to BSA and be effectiv.ly transported and eliminated in the body. It can be a useful guideline for further drug design.

We consider spatially homogeneous and anisotropic Bianchi type v.space- time with a bulk v.scous fluid source, and time v.rying grav.tational constant G and cosmological term A. The coefficient of bulk v.scosity ζ is assumed to be a simple linear function of the Hubble parameter H （i.e. ζ = ζ0 ＋ ζ1H, where ζ0 and ζ1 are constants）. The Einstein field equations are solv.d explicitly by using a law of v.ria- tion for the Hubble parameter, which yields a constant v.lue of the deceleration pa- rameter. Physical and kinematical parameters of the models are discussed. The models are found to be compatible with the results of astronomical observ.tions.

In the present paper, we hav. studied the effect of Ge addition on the physical properties of Se-Sn-Pb chalcogenide ma- terial. The necessary physical parameters which hav. important role in determining the structure and strength of the material v.z. constraints, coordination number etc. hav. been calculated. The increasing trend has been found in cohesiv. energy, heat of atomization and mean bond energy. The glass transition has been studied using the Tichy-Ticha and Lankhorst approaches, which also increases with the increasing Ge contents. The increase in these physical parameters is due to the increasing cov.lent character in the material.
