＜正＞ In China, farmland allocation system separated farmland into equal sized small land pieces for each rural family and variable rate fertilization can only be based on these small land pieces. In this study, variable rate fertilization of corn based on this farmland allocation system was simulated to study the influence of land piece size and soil nitrate level on averaged N fertilization rate, averaged corn yield, and averaged nitrogen use efficiency. Lognormal distributions of soil nitrate concentration were generated based on given values of mean, variance and related distance. Each distribution is composed of nitrate concentration values in 104 cells composing a 25ha. field, with the unit cell size of 5×5m2. Variability of soil nitrate concentration within each 5×5 m2 cell is supposed to be nonexistent. The simulation program separated 25ha. field into equal-sized land pieces and calculate the area-weighted soil nitrate level within each land piece. The fertilization rate was calculated using the fertilization models established by Franzen and Cihacek in North Dakota based on a common yield goal and the area-weighted average of mean nitrate concentration within each land piece. The yield was calculated based on fertilization rate and soil nitrate concentration. Based on the fertilization rate and yield, the nitrogen use efficiency （ corn yield improvement caused by unit weight of nitrogen） was calculated. The simulation results show increasing or constant fertilization rate, increasing yield and nitrogen use efficiency when land piece size decreased. When soil nitrate concentration in the whole field increased, fertilization rate decreased and yield and nitrogen use efficiency increased. As land piece size becomes larger, the difference of the fertilization rate, yield and nitrogen use efficiency between different soil nitrate concentrations becomes more significant. Microwave plasma at atmospheric pressure was investigated experimentally for CF *** mechanism of CF decomposition assisting with O in plasma was investigated by emission spectra *** results indicated that destruction and removal efficiencies (DRE) of CF increased firstly and then decreased with increasing of O *** was up to 83.6%using 0.4kW of microwave power,the initial concentration of CF and O was 2000ml/m and 1000ml/m,*** results of emission spectra analysis indicated CF decomposition was highly depended on the electron collision in plasma, 0 radicals was the assistance in later reaction,to further oxidize CF to *** achieving the best DRE of CF with O as addictive gas,the most important key factor was to have optimum concentration of O in inlet *** or less O concentration was both unsuitable for CF decomposition

A transponder can encode the signal transmitted by synthetic aperture radar （SAR）. The reflected signal from the encoding transponder to SAR can be imaged with the background signals suppressed. One type of encoding transponder is to make the linear frequency modulation （LFM） signal transmitted by SAR inverted. To realize this aim,there are the analog mixing method and the digital undersampling method,which is put forward in this paper. The error models of these two methods are studied. Simulation experiments about an input LFM signal are carried out. The results prove that the precision of the digital undersampling method is better than that of the analog mixing method.

＜正＞As to analysis the dynamic behavior of high speed railway, we have developed a simulation system which takes vehicle, track as one complicated coupled system. The paper will introduce the track model and the irregularity model on dipped welded joint point. The paper will also introduce three kinds of vehicle models. The paper will take Japanese simulation results to compare and validate our simulation model because there is no high-speed railway now in China. The simulation results include dynamic wheel load, rail bending stress, sleeper force, acceleration, velocity, and distance of rail, sleeper, and ballast as the vehicle runs through the joint of rail. The paper will compare the differences between the different models and give the most applicable case for each model so as to choose the suitable vehicle in Chinese high-speed railway. It will also summarize the effect of each parameter for compound irregularity and propose the irregularity management value for Chinese high-speed railway. The paper will finally discuss the applications of our simulation software.

At the same time, we have published our website http: //***/ by Internet. Inside the website, we supply many information searching means such as full-text searching, field searching, combination searching, secondary searching and multi-databases searching, etc. Finally, it points out the future development objectives of the network database as follows: the first is how to get dynamic animal genetic information in China, the second is to realize transition of information service from current content management to future knowledge management.
