The retained austenite content(RAC),the mechanical properties,and the resistance to cavitation erosion(CE)of the00Cr13Mn8Mo N steel after quenching and partitioning(Q&P)processing were *** results show that the Q&P process affected the RAC,which reached the maximum value after partitioning at 400°C for 10 *** tensile strength of the steel slightly decreased with increasing partitioning temperature and ***,the elongation and product of strength and elongation first increased and then *** sample partitioned at 400°C for 10 min exhibited the optimal property:a strength-ductility of 23.8 GPa?%.The resistance to CE for the 00Cr13Mn8Mo N steel treated by the Q&P process was improved due to work hardening,spalling,and cavitation-induced martensitic transformation of the retained austenite.

The hydro unit economic load dispatch （ELD） is of great importance in energy conservation and emission reduction. Dynamic programming （DP） and genetic algorithm （GA） are two representative algorithms for solving ELD problems. The goal of this study was to examine the performance of DP and GA while they were applied to ELD. We established numerical experiments to conduct performance comparisons between DP and GA with two given schemes. The schemes included comparing the CPU time of the algorithms when they had the same solution quality, and comparing the solution quality when they had the same CPU time. The numerical experiments were applied to the Three Gorges Reservoir in China, which is equipped with 26 hydro generation units. We found the relation between the performance of algorithms and the number of units through experiments. Results show that GA is adept at searching for optimal solutions in low-dimensional cases. In some cases, such as with a number of units of less than 10, GA＇s performance is superior to that of a coarse-grid DP. However, GA loses its superiority in high-dimensional cases. DP is powerful in obtaining stable and high-quality solutions. Its performance can be maintained even while searching over a large solution space. Nevertheless, due to its exhaustive enumerating nature, it costs excess time in low-dimensional cases.

The structure of laminar cooling control system for hot rolling was introduced and the control mode, cooling strategy, segment tracking and model recalculation were analyzed. The parameters of air/water cooling models were optimized by regressing the data gathering in situ, and satisfactory effect was obtained. The coiling temperature can be controlled within ±15℃.

Cooperative driving with V2V communication is under extensive investigation,because of its potential to increase the safety,reliability,connectivity,and autonomy of transportation *** paper studies the problem of connected cruise control（CCC） for a platoon of human-driven and autonomous *** data,such as distance and velocity information,are transmitted by vehicle-to-vehicle（V2V） communication between connected *** into account the communication latency and unpredictable behavior in the leading vehicle,we formulate the CCC problem as an adaptive optimal control problem with input delay and disturbance.A novel data-driven control solution is proposed for the vehicle platoon,which guarantees that each vehicle can achieve safe distance and desired common *** adaptive dynamic programming technique with sampled-data system theory,a data-driven adaptive optimal controller is learned from sampled data,without the knowledge of the human or vehicle dynamics of the platooning *** and robustness analyses are provided by means of inputto-state stability *** results confirm the efficacy of our method.

We propose a new event-generating rule for event-triggered control of nonlinear systems with external *** consider control systems that are input-to-state stabilizable with the external disturbance and the sampling errors as the inputs. By introducing a decision-making process in the event trigger, our sampling intervals are guaranteed to be larger than a positive lower bound. Moreover, we prove that the closed-loop event-triggered system is input-to-state stable with the external disturbance as the input. Our example and simulation show the effectiveness of the proposed design in reducing sampling times.

This paper studies an event-triggered control problem for nonlinear systems in the presence of external disturbances. To avoid infinitely fast sampling caused by disturbances, a new event-triggering mechanism is proposed, which depends not only on the system state but also on an estimation of the influence of the external disturbance. Moreover, the closed-loop event-triggered system is proved to be input-to-state stable（ISS） with the external disturbance as the input. Refined tools of input-to-state stability（ISS） and the small-gain theorem are employed in solving the problem.
