Abstract We present a sample of quasars discovered in an area near the Galactic Anti-Center covering 150°≤l≤ 2.0° and ｜b｜ ≤ 30°, based on LAMOST Data Release 3 （DR3）. This sample contains 151 spectroscopically confirmed quasars. Among them 80 are newly discovered with LAMOST. All these quasars are very bright, with i magnitudes peaking around 17.5 mag. All the new quasars were discovered serendipitously from objects that were originally targeted with LAMOST as stars having bluer colors, except for a few candidates targeted as variable, young stellar objects. This bright quasar sample at low Galactic latitudes will help fill the gap in the spatial distribution of known quasars near the Galactic disk that are used to construct an astrometric reference frame for the purpose of accurate proper motion measurements that can be applied to, for example, Gala. They are also excellent tracers to probe the kinematics and chemistry of the interstellar medium in the Milky Way disk and halo via absorption line spectroscopy.

COVID‐19 patients can develop clinical and histopathological features associated with fibrosis,but the pathogenesis of fibrosis remains poorly ***147 has been identified as a universal receptor for SARS-CoV-2.and its variants,which could initiate COVID-19-related cytokine ***,we systemically analyzed lung pathogenesis in SARS-CoV-2.and its delta variant-infected humanized CD147 transgenic *** and Transmission Electron Microscopy revealed inflammation,fibroblast expansion and pronounced fibrotic remodeling in SARS-CoV-2.infected ***,RNA-sequencing identified a set of fibrosis signature ***,we identified CD147 as a crucial regulator for fibroblast activation induced by *** found conditional knockout of CD147 in fibroblast suppressed activation of fibroblasts,decreasing susceptibility to bleomycin-induced pulmonary ***,a CD147 antibody,was able to inhibit the accumulation of activated fibroblasts and the production of ECM proteins,thus alleviating the progression of pulmonary fibrosis caused by *** conclusion,we demonstrated that CD147 contributed to SARS-CoV-2.triggered progressive pulmonary fibrosis and identified CD147 as a potential therapeutic target for treating patients with post-COVID-19 pulmonary fibrosis.

Swallowtail butterflies(Papilionidae)are a historically significant butterfly group due to their colorful wing patterns,extensive morphological diversity,and phylogenetically important position as a sister group to all other butterflies and have been widely studied regarding ecological adaption,phylogeny,genetics,and ***,they contain a unique class of pigments,i.e.,papiliochromes,which contribute to their color diversity and various biological functions such as predator avoidance and mate *** date,however,the genomic and genetic basis of their color diversity and papiliochrome origin in a phylogenetic and evolutionary context remain largely ***,we obtained high-quality reference genomes of 11 swallowtail butterfly species covering all tribes of Papilioninae and Parnassiinae using long-read sequencing *** with previously published butterfly genomes,we obtained robust phylogenetic relationships among tribes,overcoming the challenges of incomplete lineage sorting(ILS)and gene *** genomic analyses indicated that the evolution of Papilionidae-specific conserved non-exonic elements(PSCNEs)and transcription factor binding sites(TFBSs)of patterning and transporter/cofactor genes,together with the rapid evolution of transporters/cofactors,likely promoted the origin and evolution of *** findings not only provide novel insights into the genomic basis of color diversity,especially papiliochrome origin in swallowtail butterflies,but also provide important data resources for exploring the evolution,ecology,and conservation of butterflies.

SARS-CoV-2.mutations contribute to increased viral transmissibility and immune escape,compromising the effectiveness of existing vaccines and neutralizing *** in-depth investigation on COVID-19 pathogenesis is urgently needed to develop a strategy against SARS-CoV-2.***,we identified CD147 as a universal receptor for SARS-CoV-2.and its ***,Meplazeumab,a humanized anti-CD147 antibody,could block cellular entry of SARS-CoV-2.and its variants-alpha,beta,gamma,and delta,with inhibition rates of 68.7,75.7,52.1,52.1,and 62.3%at 60μg/ml,***,humanized CD147 transgenic mice were susceptible to SARS-CoV-2.and its two variants,alpha and *** infected,these mice developed exudative alveolar pneumonia,featured by immune responses involving alveoli-infiltrated macrophages,neutrophils,and lymphocytes and activation of IL-17 signaling ***,we proposed that severe COVID-19-related cytokine storm is induced by a"spike protein-CD147-CyPA signaling axis":Infection of SARS-CoV-2.through CD147 initiated the JAK-STAT pathway,which further induced expression of cyclophilin A(CyPA);CyPA reciprocally bound to CD147 and triggered MAPK ***,the MAPK pathway regulated the expression of cytokines and chemokines,which promoted the development of cytokine ***,Meplazumab could effectively inhibit viral entry and inflammation caused by SARS-CoV-2.and its ***,our findings provided a new perspective for severe COVID-19-related ***,the validated universal receptor for SARS-CoV-2.and its variants can be targeted for COVID-19 treatment.

Evolutions of defects and helium contained defects produced by atomic displacement and helium deposition with helium implantation at different temperatures in novel high silicon （NHS） steel are investigated by a slow positron beam. Differences of the defect information among samples implanted by helium to a fluence of 1×1017 ions/cm2.at room temperature, 300°C, 450°C and 750°C are discussed. It is found that the mobility of vacancies and vacancy clusters, a recombination of vacancy-type defects and the formation of the He-V complex lead to the occurrence of these differences. At high temperature irradiations, a change of the diffusion mechanism of He atoms/He bubbles might be one of the reasons for the change of the S-parameter.

We performed a retrospective analysis to investigate dynamic peri-hematopoieticstem cell transplantation(HSCT)minimal/measurable residual disease(MRD)on outcomes inpatients with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia(T-ALL).A total of 2.1 patients were enrolledand classified into three groups:unchanged ncgative MRD pre-and post-HSCT group(group A),post-MRD non-increase group(group B),and post-MRD increase group(group C).The patientsin group B and group C experienced a higher cumulative incidence of relapse(CIR)(42.vs.71%vs.16%,P2.%vs.70%,P2.%vs.72.,P2.vs.8%,P=0.752..Multivariate analysis showed that dynamic peri-HSCT MRD was associated with CIR(HR=2.392.95%CI,1.816-3.151,P2.496,P2.2.2.P2.,post-HSCT MRD(c=0.616)and pre-and post-MRD dynamics(c=0.648).Our results confirm the outcome predictive value of dynamic peri-HSCT MRD eitheralone or in combination with other variables for patients with T-ALL.
