A sensitive label-free fluorescent aptasensing strategy for the detection of adenosine triphosphate（ATP）has been developed with a metallocyclodextrin, tris（bipyridine）ruthenium（Ⅱ） complex containing six cyclodextrin units（6CD-Ru）, which exhibited much stronger emission signal compared to the parent compound Ru（bpy）_3Cl_2. Furthermore, the emission spectrum showed that the ATP-aptamer（ss DNA）could increase the fluorescence intensity of 6CD-Ru dramatically, attributed to the interaction between aptamer and cyclodextrin, which could provide protection to the ruthenium core from the quenching of emission by oxygen in the solution. With the addition of ATP, the interaction between aptamer and cyclodextrins on 6CD-Ru was diminished, since the ATP/aptamer complex had the priority to be formed,leading to the corresponding reduction of fluorescence intensity, which could be utilized to detect ATP quantitatively. A linear relationship was displayed between the fluorescence and the logarithm of ATP concentrations in the range from 1 nmol/L to 1μmmol/L with the detection limit of 0.5 nmol/L（S/N = 3）.The proposed fluorescent aptasensing strategy exhibited high sensitivity and specificity, without any labeling or amplification procedures, and it could also be applied for the detection of many other aptamer-specific targets.

A sensitive flow injection chemiluminescence method has been developed for the detection of resveratrol in red wine based on the fact that resveratrol can greatly enhance chemiluminescence reaction between KMnO4 and HCHO in sulfuric acid medium. Analytes were pre-concentrated on solid sorbents （C18 solid-phase extraction cartridges）. Under the optimum conditions, the proposed method allows the measurement of resveratrol over the range of 1.32 × 10^-8 to 1.32 × 10^-5 mol/L with a detection limit of 3.30 ×10^-9 mol/L, and the relative standard deviation for 1.32 ×10^-5 mol/L resveratrol （n = 11） is 3.8%. This method has been successfully applied for the determination of the resveratrol in red wine. Furthermore, the possible reaction mechanism was also discussed.

Nanopore technique plays an important role in single molecule detection, which illuminates the properties of an individual molecule by analyzing the blockage durations and currents. However, the traditional exponential function is lack of efficiency to describe the distributions of blockage durations in nanopore experiments. herein, we introduced an exponentially modified Gaussian （EMG） function to fit the duration histograms of both simulated events and experimental events. In comparison with the traditional exponential function, our results demonstrated that the EMG provides a better fit while covers the entire range of the distributions. In particular, the fitted parameters of EMG could be directly used to discriminate the sequence length of the oligonucleotides at single molecule level.

A method based on capillary electrophoresis coupled with amperometric detection（CE-AD） has been developed for the separation and determination of kaempferol,ferulic acid,vanillic acid,caffeic acid,gallic acid and protocatechuic acid in blueberry wine for the first *** order to get the optimum conditions of separation,the effects of working electrode potential,pH value and concentration of running buffer,separation voltage and injection time on CE-AD were *** the optimum conditions, the analytes could be separated in Na_2B_4O_7-KH_2PO_4 buffer at pH 7.8 within 18 min.A 300μm diameter carbon disk electrode had good current responses at ＋0.95 V（***） for all *** responses were linear with concentrations over three orders of magnitude with detection limits（S/N = 3） at 10^（-8） g/mL magnitude for the analytes and the recoveries were in the range of 95.8- 106.7%.The method could be successfully applied to the analysis of real sample with satisfactory results and therefore recommended for use by the quality control departments of fruit wine producers.

A high-performance capillary electrophoresis with amperometry detection method （CE-AD） has been developed for the analysis of flavonoids and anthraquinones （emodin, kaempferol, apigenin, luteolin and rhein） in chrysanthemum. Under optimum conditions, these five analytes were base-line separated within 17 min using a borate-phosphate running buffer （1.5 ×10^-2 mol/L borate-3× 10^-2 mol/L phosphate running buffer, pH 9.0） at a working potential of ＋0.90 V （vs. SCE） and a separation voltage of 19 kV. The linear relationship between concentration and current response was obtained with detection limits （S/N = 3） ranging from 1.0 × 10^-7 to 2.1 × 10^-7 g/mL for all analytes. This proposed method was successfully used in the analysis of four kinds of chrysanthemum with relatively simple extraction procedures, the assay results were satisfactory.

In this paper we investigate scalar perturbation over a Frolov black hole（BH）, which is a regular BH induced by the quantum gravity effect. The quasinormal frequencies of a scalar field always consistently reside in the lower half-plane, and the time-domain evolution of the field demonstrates a decaying behavior, with the late-time tail exhibiting a power-law pattern. These observations collectively suggest the stability of a Frolov BH against scalar ***, our study reveals that the quantum gravity effect leads to slower decay modes. For the case of the angular quantum number l = 0, the oscillation exhibits non-monotonic behavior with the quantum gravity parameter α0. However, once l ≥ 1, the angular quantum number surpasses the influence of the quantum gravity effect.

Graphene is widely used in photodetection due to its high carrier mobility and wide spectral absorption ***, the high dark current due to its low light absorption severely limits the performance of photodetection. Molybdenum dihalide(MoX2, X= S, Se and Te) has a high absorption coefficient, which can compensate high dark current in graphene-based photodetectors and result in outstanding photoelectronic properties in graphene/MoX2 van der Waals heterostructure(vdWH) *** this review, we firstly review working principles, performance indicators, and structures of photodetectors. After that, the significance of graphene/MoX2 vdWH photodetectors are highlighted from the material fundamental perspective. Preparation methodologies and performance enhancement strategies of graphene/MoX2 vdWH photodetectors are correspondingly summarized. In the end, we highlight the current challenges and future directions of the graphene/MoX2 vdWH photodetectors. This review will guide the design of high-performance vdWH photodetectors.

Designing microstructurally stable FeCrAl alloys with excellent strength-ductility synergy is highly desir-able for their engineering ***,due to the preference nucleation of precipitates at grain boundaries(GBs),the improved precipitation strengthening of these alloys is usually accompanied by in-tergranular ***,we propose a novel thermomechanical processing route coupled with the Si alloying strategy via precipitation of coherent deformable Laves precipitates inside equiaxed fine-grains to achieve FeCrAl alloys with ultrahigh yield strength over∼992 MPa,excellent uniform elongation of∼7.6%at room temperature,and superior thermal stability at temperature∼1200℃.The Si alloying not only decreases the stacking fault energy of Laves precipitates favorable for their stacking-fault-mediated deformation but also hinders grain coarsening at 1200℃due to the Si-enrichment favorable for GB pin-ning *** results prove the possibility of achieving the collaborative enhancement of mutually exclusive properties in alloys,such as strength-ductility-thermal stability via nanoprecipitation engineer-ing,and offer a promising route to prepare dispersion-strengthened materials.

Physical Mechanism and Performance Factors of Metal Oxide Based Resistive Switching Memory:A Review

This review summarizes the mechanism and performance of metal oxide based resistive switching memory. The origin of resistive switching （RS） behavior can be roughly classified into the conducting filament type and the interface type. here, we adopt the filament type to study the metal oxide based resistive switch- ing memory, which considers the migration of metallic cations and oxygen vacancies, as well as discuss two main mechanisms including the electrochemical metallization effect （ECM） and valence change memory effect （VCM）. At the light of the influence of the electrode materials and switching layers on the RS char- acteristics, an overview has also been given on the performance parameters including the uniformity, endurance, the retention, and the multi-layer storage. Especially, we mentioned ITO （indium tin oxide） electrode and discussed the novel RS characteristics related with ITO. Finally, the challenges resistive random access memory （RRAM） device is facing, as well as the future development trend, are expressed.
