汉语语法学界早已发现汉语中有一小部分形容词能带宾语,如“白了头发”、“繁荣市场”、“丰富知识”、“端正学习态度”等,而在现代汉语中这种“形+宾”结构出现得越来越频繁。对于没有汉语语感的汉语学习者来说,“形+宾”结构一直被看为学习难点之一。本文在前人的汉语“形+宾”结构本体研究成果的基础上,对中、高级阶段越南学生的汉语“形+宾”结构习得情况进行考察,归纳出偏误类型,探讨了产生偏误的原因,并提出一些相关教学策略。全文共有五个部分:第一章绪论,分别说明了选题意义、理论依据和研究设计。同时,对汉语和越南语“形+宾”结构的研究状况进行了回顾。第二章,从本体研究出发,对汉语和越南语的“形+宾”结构进行了对比分析,为偏误研究做好理论准备。第三章,根据调查问卷所得出的数据,对中、高级阶段越南学生的汉语“形+宾”结构进行了较全面的分析,并找出其习得情况以及发展过程。第四章,归纳了中、高级阶段越南学生习得汉语“形+宾”结构时所产生的偏误的类型,分析了偏误原因。最后,针对其习得情况及偏误类型从教学方法、教材等方面提出了一些建议。第五章结语,对本文所做的研究进行了总结。

Effective containment of the COVID-19 pandemic requires rapid and accurate detection of the *** chain reaction(PCR)remains the gold standard for COVID-19 *** this article,we report the performance of a cost-effective modular microfluidic reverse transcription(Rt)-PCR and Rt-loop mediated isothermal amplification(RtLAmP)platform,Epidax®,for the point-of-care testing and confirmation of *** platform is versatile and can be reconfigured either for screening using endpoint Rt-PCR or Rt-LAmP tests or for confirmatory tests using realtime ***®is highly sensitive and detects as little as 1 RNA copy perµL for real-time and endpoint Rt-PCR,while using only half of the *** achieved comparable results with those of a commercial platform when detecting SARS-CoV-2 viruses from 81 clinical RNA ***®can also detect SARS-CoV-2 from 44 nasopharyngeal samples without RNA extraction by using a direct Rt-PCR assay,which shortens the sample-to-answer time to an hour with minimal user ***,we validated the technology using an Rt-LAmP assay on 54 clinical RNA ***,our platform provides a sensitive,cost-effective,and accurate diagnostic solution for lowresource settings.

Blood oxygenation and flow are both important parameters in a living body. In this Letter, we introduce a simple configuration to simultaneously measure blood flow and oxygenation using an off-the-shelf spectrometer. With the integration time of 10 ms, flow phantom measurements, a liquid blood phantom test, and an arm cuff occlusion paradigm were performed to validate the feasibility of the system. We expect this proof-of-concept study would be widely adopted by other researchers for acquiring both blood flow and oxygenation changes due to its straightforward configuration and the possibility of multimodal measurement.

BFt （Biofloc technology） has been currently applied in Cantho University to a number of targeted species from fresh-to marine and saline water species in the mekong Delta, e.g. striped catfish （Pangasianodon hypophthalmus）, white leg shrimp （Litopenaeus vannamei）, tiger shrimp （Penaeus monodon） and Artemia Vinhchau strain （Artemia franciscana） for both in the lab-scales or production scales. the best growth and survival rate of striped catfish was obtained in 6%o. For white leg shrimp, the results indicated：（1） C （Carbon） source e.g. rice-flour or molasses supplementary based on the feed provided to promote survival, growth and shrimp biomass harvested; （2） it was fed less than 20% as usual but showed similar to those in the control; （3） combination of rice-flour and molasses at a ratio of 70：30 by weight of C and N （Nitrogen） in a ration of 15：1 enhanced shrimp survival and growth; （4） in intensive culture, shrimp could be against the infection of disease and end up with higher survival, growth in earthen ponds. For tiger shrimp, a set up for larvae till post larvae at different ratios of C and N and C：N of 30 PLI5 displayed with better survival rate （49.73 ± 7.07%） and production （74,596 ± 10.608 PL/m3）. Artemiafranciscana was set up at C：N = 10：1 and salinities from 35, 60, 80 and 100 ppt. After two weeks, there were no significant difference among treatment and the control （without biofloc） in term of survival and growth. moreover, total embryos per female was not significant different with the control and even the number of embryos as cysts tended to be higher. BFt displayed its advantages when applied on culture system of different targeted species and there is no doubt that it could help to sustain aquaculture and save environment in the mekong Delta in near future.

When learning about the history of Buddhism in Vietnam,it is impossible not to mention the veteran bonzes of Linji School and Caodong School who traveled to Cochinchina to propagate Buddhism in the 17th century by *** master Yuan Shao,known as one of the pioneers of Linji Chan School,laid the foundation for the formation and development of this school which still exists *** on previous studies from the perspective of Buddhist cultural exchanges between Cochinchina and China at that time,this article focuses on analyzing the social context,biography and preaching of Yuan Shao,a well-known zen master,in this area in order to present the significance of his contributions to Cochinchina *** research methodology of the article is mainly based on the analysis and comparison of historical documents,records,related *** above basic contents will be presented in an objective and systematic way as well as some raised scholarly debate is still ahead.

Dear Editor, y-Aminobutyric acid （GABA） is a non-protein amino acid （AA） metabolized via the GABA shunt; a three-enzyme pathway that includes glutamate decarboxylase （GAD）, GABA transaminases （GABA-t）, and succinic semialdehyde dehydrogenase （SSADH）（Bown and Shelp, 1997; Bouch~ and Fromm, 2004）. the majority of work on GABA, to date, has focused on its role as an inhibitory neurotransmitter in mammals. In plants, however, due to its intermediate posi- tion between carbon （C） and nitrogen （N）, the metabolism of GABA has been suggested as a modulator of C-N balance （Fair et al., 2008）. In addition, the numerous observations of a rapid accumulation of GABA in response to （a）biotic stresses has prompted different hypotheses to be postu- lated on its role including a regulator of cytosolic pH and a herbivore deterrent （Bouche and Fromm, 2004; Roberts, 2007）. Additionally, a signaling role has been hypothesized in plants, though evidence remains elusive and the debate on the dual function of GABA as a signaling molecule and as a metabolite in plants remains ongoing. In the present work, we report changes in the metabolite and transcript profiles in Arabidopsis seedlings exposed to exogenous GABA. Liquid-grown seedlings were cultured under C and N limitation to reveal a possible role of GABA as either C or N substrate and to ascertain its influence on transcriptional programs.

Human cytidine deaminase APOBEC3F（A3F）has broad anti-viral activity against hepatitis Bvirus and retroviruses including human immunodeficiency virus type ***,its regulation in viralnatural target cells such CD4+t lymphocytes,macrophages,and primary liver cells has not been *** we showed that A3F was up-regulated by interferon（IFN）-α in primary hepatocytes andmultiple liver cell lines as well as *** the IFN-α signaling pathway was active in tlymphoid cells and induction of other IFN stimulated genes such as PKR was detected,A3F and APOBEC3G（A3G）were not induced by IFN-α in these ***,additional factors other than known IFN-stimulatedgenes also regulated IFN-α-induced A3F expression distinctly.A3F and A3G expression levels in primaryhepatocytes,especially after IFN-α stimulation,were comparable to those in CD4~ t lymphocytes in *** variations of A3F and A3G expression in primary hepatocytes from various subjectswere *** variations in A3F and/or A3G regulation and expression might influence the clinicaloutcomes of hepatitis B infection.
