Facial wound.segmentation plays a crucial role in preoperative planning and.optimizing patient outcomes in various med.cal *** this paper,we propose an efficient approach for automating 3d.facial wound.segmentation using a two-stream graph convolutional *** method.leverages the Cir3d.FaIR d.taset and.ad.resses the challenge of d.ta imbalance through extensive experimentation with d.fferent loss *** achieve accurate segmentation,we cond.cted.thorough experiments and.selected.a high-performing mod.l from the *** selected.od.l d.monstrates exceptional segmentation performance for complex 3d.facial ***,based.on the segmentation mod.l,we propose an improved.approach for extracting 3d.facial wound.fillers and.compare it to the results of the previous *** method.achieved.a remarkable accuracy of 0.9999993% on the test suite,surpassing the performance of the previous *** this result,we use 3d.printing technology to illustrate the shape of the wound.*** outcomes of this stud. have significant implications for physicians involved.in preoperative planning and.intervention *** automating facial wound.segmentation and.improving the accuracy ofwound.filling extraction,our approach can assist in carefully assessing and.optimizing interventions,lead.ng to enhanced.patient ***,it contributes to ad.ancing facial reconstruction techniques by utilizing machine learning and.3d.bioprinting for printing skin tissue *** source cod. is available at https://***/SIMOGroup/Wound.illing3d.

Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness and.safety of electroacupuncture in conjunction with ad.itional med.cations in provid.ng analgesia and.stabilizing hemod.namic parameters d.ring total ***:This rand.mized.controlled.trial includ.d.100 patients who und.rwent a total thyroid.ctomy between October 2022 and.October 2023 at the Vietnam National Hospital of *** patients were rand.mized.into two *** electroacupuncture analgesia(EA)group received.EA stimulation at five acupuncture points:Hegu(LI 4),Neiguan(PC 6),Shuitu(ST 10),Quepen(ST 12),and.Yifeng(SJ 17),while the control group received.a bilateral superficial cervical plexus *** outcomes includ.d.the level of analgesia and.perioperative vital signs in both ***,pain threshold. and.serum b-end.rphin levels were measured.before and.after electroacupuncture in the EA ***:Complete analgesia(Level A)was attained.in 86%and.76%of the patients in the EA and.control groups,respectively,with no significant d.fference between the two groups(P¼1.00).In the EA group,the mean pain threshold.after receiving EA d.ubled.648.7(77.4)g/s vs.305.3(45.3)g/s,Pd.the mean serum b-end.rphin level increased.by approximately 13.5 pg/mL(Pd.hemod.namically stable throughout the ***:EA,in conjunction with ad.itional med.cations that stimulate five acupuncture points,LI 4,PC 6,ST 10,ST 12,and.SJ 17,was well tolerated.and.effectively maintained.a suitable level of analgesia and.hemod.namic stability d.ring total thyroid.ctomy.

Our stud. aimed.to compare the essential oil(EO)concentration and.composition of several Apiaceae species growing in the Northern region of *** yield. of EOs from materials ranged.from 0.03%(root EO of Angelica acutiloba and.aerial parts EO of Heracleum bivittatum)-0.27%(leaf EO of Xyloselinum vietnamense).Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)allowed.the id.ntiﬁcation of 74 components in the EOs of six Apiaceae species,making up 94.4%–100.0%of the *** EO from Angelica acutiloba,(Z)-ligustilid. accounted.for an extremely large proportion(94.9%).EO of Angelica pubescens was d.minated.by six character-istic components includ.ngα-pinene(21.5%),β-phelland.ene(18.1%),p-cymene(12.2%),3-methylnonane(8.7%),o-cymene(8.1%),and.d.sylvestrene(6.2%).The EO from Cryptotaenia japonica was characterized.by high amounts ofα-selinene(48.7%),β-selinene(23.7%),and.trans-β-farnesene(5.4%).The EOs from leaves and.stems of Xyloselinum vietnamense were characterized.by high concentrations of sabinene(69.8%and.33.8%),4-terpineol(8.7%and.7.4%)and.-pinene(4.0%and.6.5%)while EOs from aerial parts and.root of Xylo-selinum leonid.i comprise four characteristic monoterpenes includ.ngα-pinene(28.2%and.52.8%),β-pinene(7.9%and.10.3%),β-phelland.ene(7.6%and.15.3%),and.sabinene(3.0%and.4.1%).Ad.itionally,cryptone is also one of the major components in the EO of Xyloselinum leonid.i(13.2%in the aerial parts oil and.2.8%in the root oil).In the EOs isolated.from the aerial parts and.root of Heracleum bivittatum,α-pinene(22.5%and.70.2%)and.-pinene(43.2%and.20.0%)were the pred.minant *** appeared.in the EO from aerial parts of Heracleum bivittatum with a relatively high concentration(13.5%)while bornyl acetate(5.1%)was also one of the main components in the EO from its aerial parts but was not d.tected.in other Apiaceae species in the present *** d.tabases help id.ntify and.control the quality of plant material stud.ed.from the family Apiaceae growing in Vietnam.
