Land use type affects the physicochemical properties of *** value of OM and TN is high in acacia *** acidity of soil is considered a serious constraint for *** cash crops are acacia,cassava,banana,rice and *** fertility is affected by land-use types and land management,which exacerbates soil erosion and various other forms of soil degradation in the mountainous regions of *** study was conducted in A Luoi District,Thua Thien Hue,Vietnam to identify the effects of land-use types on specific soil physicochemical characteristics related to soil *** physicochemical properties,such as organic matter(OM),total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorous(TP),and K+were significantly affected by land-use *** results showed that the soils were sandy in rice but clay loam for acacia and *** mean bulk density value of acacia soil was significantly greater than that of other *** were higher in the acacia soils than those in the rice,maize,and banana *** OM content was significantly higher in the acacia,cassava,and banana soils than those in the rice and maize *** mean of exchangeable K+in the rice soil was higher compared to those in other soils and was affected by land-use *** high exchangeable acidity content in the soils was probably due to intensive ***,both land use type and management did not affect the CEC ***,the inappropriate land use caused the disturbance of soil physicochemical properties,indicating that the conditions of rice and maize soils are becoming worse than acacia ***,lowering the intensity of cultivation,adopting incorporated soil fertility management,and applying organic fertilizer should preserve the existing conditions and enhance soil properties.

In this paper,two lifting mechanism models with opposing placements,which use the same hydraulic hoist model and have the same angle of 50°,have been *** mechanical and hydraulic simulation models are established using MATLAB Simscape to analyze their kinetics and dynamics in the lifting and holding *** simulation findings are compared to the analytical calculation results in the steady state,and both methods show good *** the early lifting stage,Model 1 produces greater force and discharges goods in the container faster than Model ***,Model 2 reaches a higher force and ejects goods from the container cleaner than its counterpart at the end lifting *** established simulation models can consider the effects of dynamic loads due to inertial moments and forces generated during the system *** is crucial in studying,designing,and optimizing the structure of hydraulic-mechanical systems.

目的：评价电针联合其他药物在甲状腺全切除术中提供镇痛和稳定血流动力学参数的有效性和安全性。方法：该随机对照试验囊括了100例患者，这些患者于2022年10月至2023年10月在越南国立针灸医院接受了甲状腺全切除术。患者被随机分为了两组。电针镇痛组（EA）对合谷穴（LI 4）、内关穴（PC 6）、水突穴（ST 10）、缺盆穴（ST 12）、翳风穴（SJ 17）5个穴位进行了电针刺激，对照组患者进行了双侧浅表颈丛神经阻滞。主要结局包括两组患者的镇痛水平和围手术期生命体征。此外，测定了EA组患者电针前后的疼痛阈值和血清β-内啡肽水平。结果：EA组和对照组分别有86%和76%的患者达到完全镇痛（A级），两组间无显著差异（P=1.00）。EA组患者接受EA后平均疼痛阈值翻倍（648.7(77.4) g/s vs. 305.3 (45.3) g/s, P <0.001），平均血清β-内啡肽水平增加了约13.5pg/m L(P <0.001)。所有患者在整个手术过程中的血流动力学维持稳定。结论：EA联合其他药物刺激了5个穴位，LI 4、PC 6、ST 10、ST 12和SJ 17，在甲状腺全切除术中耐受良好，有效地维持了适当的镇痛水平和血流动力学稳定性。

AIM:To determine the dry eye(DE)rate and its relationship with disease stage in patients with primary ***:A cross-sectional study included 432 patients with primary hypertension(with an equal number of patients in each group:144 in stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ hypertension)and 144 healthy subjects as a control *** Ocular Surface Disease Index(OSDI)and Schirmer Ⅰ test without anesthetics were conducted on all 576 *** with OSDI scores<13 and Schirmer Ⅰ values equal to or under 10 mm were diagnosed with ***:The ratio of DE in hypertension patients was higher than in the control group(41.7%versus 18.8%;P<0.001).The proportion of patients with DE increased gradually according to the hypertension stage:27.1% in stage Ⅰ,40.3% in stage Ⅱ,and 57.6% in stage Ⅲ,P<***,duration of hypertension,plasma urea,creatinine,and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(CRP-hs)levels in hypertension patients with DE were higher than those without DE,P<*** age,a long duration of hypertension,diabetes mellitus,elevated plasma creatinine,and CRP-hs levels were independent factors associated with DE in primary hypertension patients,P<***:DE is a common disorder associated with advanced age,a long duration of hypertension,diabetes mellitus,elevated plasma CRP-hs,and creatinine levels in patients with primary hypertension.

The control synthesis of the high-speed underwater vehicle faces many technical challenges due to its inherent structure and surrounding operational *** this paper,the dynamical behavior is firstly described through a bifurcation analysis to give some insights for robust control *** a novel adaptive fractional-order sliding mode controller(AFOSMC)is realized to effectively manipulate the supercavitating vehicle against payload changes,nonlinear planing force,and external *** fractional order(FO)calculus can offer more flexibility and more freedom for tuning active control synthesis than the integer-order *** addition,the adaptation law has been presented to directly handle the payload change *** stability of the controlled vehicle system is proven via Lyapunov stability ***,the dynamic performance of the proposed controller is verified through extensive simulation results,which demonstrate the control accuracy with faster responses compared with existing integer-order ***,the proposed fractional order controllers can provide higher performance than their integer order counterparts with control algorithms.

In recent years,the COVID-19 pandemic has negatively impacted all aspects of social *** to ease in the infected method,i.e.,through small liquid particles from the mouth or the nose when people cough,sneeze,speak,sing,or breathe,the virus can quickly spread and create severe problems for people’s *** to some research as well as World Health Organization(WHO)recommendation,one of the most economical and effective methods to prevent the spread of the pandemic is to ask people to wear the face mask in the public space.A face mask will help prevent the droplet and aerosol from person to person to reduce the risk of virus *** simple method can reduce up to 95%of the spread of the ***,this solution depends heavily on social consciousness,which is sometimes *** order to improve the effectiveness of wearing face masks in public spaces,this research proposes an approach for detecting and warning a person who does not wear or misuse the face *** approach uses the deep learning technique that relies on GoogleNet,AlexNet,and VGG16 *** results are synthesized by an ensemble method,i.e.,the bagging *** the experimental results,the approach represents a more than 95%accuracy of face mask recognition.

Cancer is one of the most dangerous diseaseswith *** of the principal treatments is radiotherapy by using radiation beams to destroy cancer cells and this workflow requires a lot of experience and skill from doctors and *** our study,we focused on the 3D dose prediction problem in radiotherapy by applying the deeplearning approach to computed tomography(CT)images of cancer *** image data has more complex characteristics than normal image data,and this research aims to explore the effectiveness of data preprocessing and augmentation in the context of the 3D dose prediction *** proposed four strategies to clarify our hypothesis in different aspects of applying data preprocessing and *** strategies,we trained our custom convolutional neural network model which has a structure inspired by the U-net,and residual blocks were also applied to the *** output of the network is added with a rectified linear unit(Re-Lu)function for each pixel to ensure there are no negative values,which are absurd with radiation *** experiments were conducted on the dataset of the Open Knowledge-Based Planning Challenge which was collected from head and neck cancer patients treatedwith radiation *** results of four strategies showthat our hypothesis is rational by evaluating metrics in terms of the Dose-score and the Dose-volume histogram score(DVH-score).In the best training cases,the Dose-score is 3.08 and the DVH-score is *** addition,we also conducted a comparison with the results of another study in the same context of using the loss function.

This study aims to assess and rank the service quality of the healthcare system utilizing a Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchical Process(Fuzzy AHP)andGreyRelationalAnalysis(Fuzzy GRA)*** this study,the six primary characteristics of healthcare service quality,comprising Tangibles(A),Healthcare Staff(B),Responsiveness(C),Relationships(D),Support Service(E),and Accessibility(F),are examined through a case study of 20 private and public hospitals in Hanoi,*** weighting results of Fuzzy AHP technique indicated that Responsiveness(C)has the highest ranking,followed by Relationships(D)and Healthcare Staff(B).Meanwhile,Tangibility has finally comprised the next priority for increasing satisfaction with the service quality in the healthcare ***,the highest service quality rankings are top 5 private hospitals via the Fuzzy GRA ***,this proposed approach may be applied to a complex decision-making process,which often makes sense with subjective data or imprecise information.

As a green environmentally-friendly material,rubberised concrete(Ru C),which has the characteristics of low elastic modulus,large deformation capacity,high damping,good energy dissipation and good crack resistance,has attracted extensive attention and research in the civil engineering ***,most of existing studies are based on experimental tests on Ru C material properties,and there has been no numerical study based on meso-scale modelling of Ru C *** more comprehensively investigate the Ru C dynamic material properties without conducting intensive experimental tests,this study developed a high-fidelity meso-scale model considering coarse and fine aggregates and rubber crumbs to numerically investigate the mechanical properties of rubberised concrete under different strain *** meso-scale model was verified against both quasi-static compressive testing data and Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB)dynamic testing *** the verified numerical model,the dynamic properties of rubberised concrete with various rubber content(0%-30%)under different strain rates were *** numerical results show that the developed meso-scale model can use to predict the static and dynamic properties of rubberised concrete with high *** dynamic compressive strength of the rubberised concrete increases with the increment of the strain rate,and the strain rate sensitivity increases with the rubber content ranging from 0 to 30%.Based on intensive numerical simulation data,empirical DIFs is used as a function of strain rate and rubber content to predict the dynamic strength of rubberised concrete.
