Aim:To investigate the possible role of manganese in the regulation of mitochondrial aconitase(mACON)activity human prostate carcinoma cell line PC-3 ***:The mACON enzymatic activities of human prostate carcinoma cell line PC-3 cells were determined using a reduced nicotinamide adenine dmucleotide-coupled assay. Immunoblot and transient gene expression assays were used to study gene expression of the *** putative response element for gene expression was identified using reporter assays with site-directed mutagenesis and electro- phoretic mobility-shift ***:In vitro study revealed that manganese chloride(MnCl2)treatment for 16h inhibited the enzymatic activity of mACON,which induced the inhibition of citrate utility and cell proliferation of PC- 3 *** results from transient gene expression assays showed that MnCl_2,treatment upregulated gene translation by approximately 5-fold through the iron response element pathway,immunoblot and reporter assays showed that MnCl_2 treatments inhibited protein and gene expression of *** effect was reversed by co- treatment with fenic ammonium *** reporter assays with site-directed mutagenesis and electrophoretic mobility-shift assays suggested that a putative metal response element in the promoter of the mACON gene was involved in the regulation of MnCl_2 on the gene expression of ***:These findings suggest that manganese acts as an antagonist of iron,disrupting the enzymatic activity and gene expression of mACON and citrate metabolism in the prostate.

Aim： To compare the results of bladder tumor associated antigen （BTA TRAK）, nuclear matrix protein 22 （NMP 22） and voided urine cytology （VUC） in detecting bladder cancer. Methods： A total of 135 elderly male and 50 healthy volunteers enrolled in this study were classified into three groups：（i） 93 patients with bladder cancer; （ii） 42 patients with urinary benign conditions; and （iii） 50 healthy volunteers. BTA TRAK and NMP 22 kits were used to detect bladder cancer. Voided urine cytology was used to compare the sensitivity and specificity of the screening tests. Results： The sensitivity and specificity of cytology, BTA TRAK and NMP 22 were 24% and 97%, 51% and 73%, 78% and 73%, respectively. The level of NMP 22 increased with tumor grading. The BTA TRAK kit has the lowest sensitivity among the screening tests. The NMP 22 with the best sensitivity can be an adjunct to cytology for evaluating bladder cancer. Conclusion： The NMP 22 test has a better correlation with the grading of the bladder cancer than BTA TRAK. As cytology units are typically not available in hospitals or in outpatient clinics, NMP 22 might be a promising tool for screening bladder cancer.

Quantum anomalous Hall(QAH) insulators have excellent properties driven by fancy topological physics, but their practical application is greatly hindered by the observed temperature of liquid nitrogen, and the QAH insulator with high Chern number is conducive to spintronic devices with lower energy consumption. Here, we find that monolayer Fe SIn is a good candidate for realizing the QAH phase;it exhibits a high magnetic transition temperature of 221 K and tunable C = ±2 with respect to magnetization orientation in the y–z plane. After the application of biaxial strain, the magnetic axis shifts from the x–y plane to the z direction, and the effect of the high C and ferromagnetic ground state on the stress is robust. Also, the effect of correlation U on C has been examined. These properties are rooted in the large size of the Fe atom that contributes to ferromagnetic kinetic exchange with neighboring Fe atoms. These findings demonstrate monolayer Fe SIn to be a major template for probing novel QAH devices at higher temperatures.

The tight tuff reservoir is an unusual type of unconventional reservoir with strong ***,there is a lack of research on the microscopic pore structure that causes the heterogeneity of tuff *** the chang 7 Formation in Ordos Basin,China as a case study,carbon-dioxide gas adsorption,nitrogen gas adsorption and high-pressure mercury injection are integrated to investigate the multi-scale pore structure characteristics of tuff ***,the fractal dimension is introduced to characterize the complexity of pore structure in tuff *** this multi-experimental method,the quantitative characterizations of the full-range pore size distribution of four tuff types were obtained and compared in the size ranges of micropores,mesopores and *** dimension curves derived from full-range pores are divided into six segments as D1,D2,D3,D4,D5 and D6 corresponding to fractal characteristics of micropores,smaller mesopores,larger mesopores,smaller macropores,medium macropores and larger macropores,*** macropore volume,average macropore radius and fractal dimension D5 significantly control petrophysical *** larger macropore volume,average macropore radius and D5 correspond to favorable pore structure and good reservoir quality,which provides new indexes for the tuff reservoir *** study enriches the understanding of the heterogeneity of pore structures and contributes to unconventional oil and gas exploration and development.

PH13-8Mo stainless steel powder with high sphericity and well fluidity was prepared by the plasma rotating electrode *** formed parts with ultra-high purity were manufactured by selective laser *** tensile and impact mechanical properties of the printed parts under three heat treatment regimes were compared to those without heat *** microstructure,grain orientation and phase composition were characterized by electron-backscatter diffraction,X-ray diffraction and transmission electron *** characterization results reveal that the addition of heat treatment makes the grains enlarge,and after different heat treatments,the average grain size from 1.51μm in the printed state increases to 2.78,3.09 and 2.06μm,*** formed parts are mainly composed of martensite and retained ***,the NiAl and M23C precipitates form,which are the major strengthening phases of PH13-8Mo stainless *** optimal heat treatment process is 925℃×1 h water cooling(WC)+0℃×2 h air cooling(AC)+540℃×4 h *** this heat treatment process,PH13-8Mo formed parts have the optimal comprehensive mechanical properties:the tensile strength,yield strength and impact energy KU2 are 1492 MPa,1432 MPa and 63 J,*** strengthening and toughening via heat treatment are mainly attributed to dislocation strengthening,the formation of NiAl and M23Co precipitates and the change of volume fraction of the retained austenite.
