Incidence a.d morta.ity of fema.e brea.t ca.cer in the a.ia.a.ific region

Objective: To provide a. overview of the incidence a.d morta.ity of fema.e brea.t ca.cer for countries in the a.ia.Pa.ific ***: Sta.istica. informa.ion a.out brea.t ca.cer wa. obta.ned from publicly a.a.la.le ca.cer registry a.d morta.ity da.a.a.es(such a. GlOBOCa.), a.d supplemented with da.a.requested from individua. ca.cer registries. Ra.es were directly a.e-sta.da.dised to the Segi World Sta.da.d popula.ion a.d trends were a.a.ysed using joinpoint ***: Brea.t ca.cer wa. the most common type of ca.cer a.ong fema.es in the region, a.counting for 18% of a.l ca.es in 2012, a.d wa. the fourth most common ca.se of ca.cer-rela.ed dea.hs(9%). a.though incidence ra.es rema.n much higher in New Zea.a.d a.d a.stra.ia. ra.id rises in recent yea.s were observed in severa. a.ia. countries. la.ge increa.es in brea.t ca.cer morta.ity ra.es a.so occurred in ma.y a.ea., pa.ticula.ly ma.a.sia.a.d Tha.la.d, in contra.t to sta.ilising trends in Hong Kong a.d Singa.ore, while decrea.es ha.e been recorded in a.stra.ia.a.d New Zea.a.d. morta.ity trends tended to be more fa.oura.le for women a.ed under 50 compa.ed to those who were 50 yea.s or older. Conclusion: It is a.ticipa.ed tha. incidence ra.es of brea.t ca.cer in developing countries throughout the a.ia.Pa.ific region will continue to increa.e. Ea.ly detection a.d a.cess to optima. trea.ment a.e the keys to reducing brea.t ca.cerrela.ed morta.ity, but cultura. a.d economic obsta.les persist. Consequently, the cha.lenge is to customise brea.t ca.cer control initia.ives to the pa.ticula. needs of ea.h country to ensure the best possible outcomes.

提出带有机械电子元件的车辆底盘的优化设计方法和工具.为此,开发了一种转换软件,使得a.a. S/C a.的多体系统(m K S)车辆模型能够自动转换到软件工具a.la.ka.,随后,转换成的车辆模型通过轮胎模型、驾驶员模型和机械电子操纵装置模型加以扩展,整个系统符号化的模型方程由a.la.ka.成,并且以C代码形式输出.进行了车辆动力学评价准则的分析,为以性能准则(目标函数)和附加准则(约束函数)的形式进行多目标优化作好准备.讨论了各种灵敏度分析方法,自动微分被作为一种符号化方法的有用工具引入.对不同的优化方法进行了试验和对比,优化计算在工作站集群的通讯传输系统m P I支持下并行运行.所开发方法和工具的效率已在实际应用案例中得到体现.

Developing the next pla.t genera.ion within the seed requires the coordina.ion of complex progra.s driving pa.tern forma.ion, growth, a.d differentia.ion of the three ma.n seed compa.tments： the embryo （future pla.t）, the endosperm （stora.e compa.tment）, representing the two filia. tissues, a.d the surround- ing ma.erna. tissues. This review focuses on the signa.ing pa.hwa.s a.d molecula. pla.ers involved in ea.ly ma.ze kernel development. In the 2 weeks following pollina.ion, functiona. tissues a.e sha.ed from single cells, rea.ying the kernel for filling with stora.e compounds. a.though the overa.l picture of the signa.ing pa.hwa.s regula.ing embryo a.d endosperm development rema.ns fra.menta.y, severa. types of molecu- la. a.tors, such a. hormones, suga.s, or peptides, ha.e been shown to be involved in pa.ticula. a.pects of these developmenta. processes. Control of Cell Wa.l Extensibility during Pollen Tube Growth

In this review, we a.dress the question of how the tip-growing pollen tube a.hieves its ra.id ra.e of elonga.ion while ma.nta.ning a. inta.t cell wa.l. a.though turgor is essentia. for growth to occur, the loca. expa.sion ra.e is controlled by loca. cha.ges in the viscosity of the a.ica. wa.l. We focus on severa. different structures a.d underly- ing processes tha. a.e thought to be ma.or pa.ticipa.ts including exocytosis, the orga.iza.ion a.d a.tivity of the a.tin cytoskeleton, ca.cium a.d proton physiology, a.d cellula. energetics. We think tha. the a.tin cytoskeleton, in pa.ticula. the a.ica. cortica. a.tin fringe, directs the flow of vesicles to the a.ica. doma.n, where they fuse with the pla.ma.mem- bra.e a.d contribute their contents to the expa.ding cell wa.l. While pH gra.ients, a. genera.ed by a.proton-a.Pa.e loca.ed on the pla.ma.membra.e a.ong the side of the clea. zone, ma. regula.e ra.id a.tin turnover a.d new polymeri- za.ion in the fringe, the tip-focused ca.cium gra.ient bia.es secretion towa.ds the pola. a.is. The recent da.a.showing tha. exocytosis of new wa.l ma.eria. precedes a.d predicts the process of cell elonga.ion provide support for the idea.tha. the intussusception of newly secreted pectin contributes to decrea.es in a.ica. wa.l viscosity a.d to cell expa.sion. Other prime fa.tors will be the loca.iza.ion a.d a.tivity of the enzyme pectin methyl-estera.e, a.d the chela.ion of ca.cium by pectic a.ids. Fina.ly, we a.knowledge a.role for rea.tive oxygen species in the control of wa.l viscosity.

Tea. members of the UNIl pa.tici- pa.ed in the ela.ora.ion of a.600 ma.to present globa. pla.e tectonic model deeply rooted in geologica. da.a. controlled by geometric a.d kinema.ic constra.nts a.d coherent with forces a.ting a. pla.e bounda.ies. In this pa.er, we compa.e va.ues derived from the tectonic model （a.es of ocea.ic floor, production a.d subduction ra.es, tectonic a.tivity） with a.combina.ion of chemica. proxies （na.ely CO2, 87Sr/86Sr, gla.ia.ion evidence, a.d sea.level va.ia.ions） known to be strongly in- fluenced by tectonics. One of the outsta.ding results is the observa.ion of a. overa.l decrea.- ing trend in the evolution of the globa. tectonic a.tivity, mea. ocea.ic a.es a.d pla.e velocities over the whole Pha.erozoic. We specula.e tha. the decrea.ing trend reflects the globa. cooling of the Ea.th system. a.ditiona.ly, the pa.a.lel between the tectonic a.tivity a.d CO2 together with the extension of gla.ia.ions confirms the genera.ly a.cepted idea.of a.prima.y control of CO2 on clima.e a.d highlights the link between pla.e tectonics a.d CO2 in a.time sca.e grea.er tha. 107 yr. la.t, the wide va.ia.ions observed in the reconstructed sea.floor production ra.es a.e in contra.iction with the stea.y-sta.e model hypothesized by some.

We tested the prediction tha. a. coa.se spa.ia. sca.es, va.ia.les a.socia.ed with clima.e, energy, a.d productivity hypotheses should be better predictor(s) of ba. species richness tha. those a.socia.ed with environmenta. heterogeneity. Distribution ra.ges of 64 ba. species were estima.ed with niche-ba.ed models informed by 3629 verified museum specimens. The influence of environmenta. correla.es on ba. richness wa. a.sessed using ordina.y lea.t squa.es regression (OlS), simulta.eous a.toregressive models (Sa.), conditiona. a.toregressive models (car), spa.ia. eigenvector-ba.ed filtering models (SEVm), a.d Cla.sifica.ion a.d Regression Trees (carT). To test the a.sumption of sta.iona.ity, Geogra.hica.ly Weighted Regression (GWR) wa. used. Ba. species richness wa. highest in the ea.tern pa.ts of southern a.rica. pa.ticula.ly in centra. Zimba.we a.d a.ong the western border of moza.bique. We found support for the predictions of both the ha.ita. heterogeneity a.d clima.e/productivity/energy hypotheses, a.d a. we expected, support va.ied a.ong ba. fa.ilies a.d model selection. Richness pa.terns a.d predictors of miniopterida. a.d Pteropodida. clea.ly differed from those of other ba. fa.ilies. a.titude ra.ge wa. the only independent va.ia.le tha. wa. significa.t in a.l models a.d it wa. most often the best predictor of ba. richness. Sta.da.d coefficients of Sa. a.d car models were simila. to those of OlS models, while those of SEVm models differed. a.though GWR indica.ed tha. the a.sumption of sta.iona.ity wa. viola.ed, the carT a.a.ysis corrobora.ed the findings of the curve-fitting models. Sweeping off the charged pa.ticles from the crysta. by a.bending ma.net upstrea. of the converter a.lows a.significa.t reduction of the deposited energy density. Substituting a.gra.ula. ta.get ma.e of sma.l spheres for the usua. compa.t one, ma.es the energy dissipa.ion ea.ier.
