MiR-219 and miR-338(miR-219/miR-338)are oligodendrocyte-specific *** overexpression of these miRs in oligodendrocyte precursor cells promotes their differentiation and maturation into oligodendrocytes,which may enhance axonal remyelination after nerve injuries in the central nervous system(CNS).As such,the delivery of miR-219/miR-338 to the CNS to promote oligodendrocyte precursor cell differentiation,maturation and myelination could be a promising approach for nerve ***,nerve injuries in the CNS also involve other cell types,such as microglia and ***,we investigated the effects of miR-219/miR-338 treatment on microglia and astrocytes in vitro and in *** found that miR-219/miR-338 diminished microglial expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines and suppressed astrocyte *** addition,we showed that miR-219/miR-338 enhanced oligodendrocyte precursor cell differentiation and maturation in a scratch assay paradigm that re-created a nerve injury condition in ***,our results suggest miR-219/miR-338 as a promising treatment for axonal remyelination in the CNS following nerve *** experimental procedures were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee(IACUC),Nanyang Technological University(approval No.A0309 and A0333)on April 27,2016 and October 8,2016.

In this correspondence,we establish mean convergence theorems for the maximum of normed double sums of Banach space valued random *** of the results pertain to random elements which are *** expand and improve a number of particular cases in the literature on mean convergence of random elements in Banach *** of the main contributions of the paper is to simplify and improve a recent result of Li,Presnell,and Rosalsky[Journal of Mathematical Inequalities,16,117–126(2022)].A new maximal inequality for double sums of M-dependent random elements is proved which may be of independent *** sharpness of the results is illustrated by four examples.

处于强劲增长态势的越南食品加工业占据国内经济市场的同时扩大了出口量,但是由于中小企业数量众多,一直面临融资难的困境,影响了企业的发展。随着经济全球发展和一体化竞争的日趋激烈,供应链融资这一创新性的融资模式应运而生,它将信息流、资金流、物流融合起来,能够帮助解决越南中小食品加工企业的融资困难。但由于越南供应链融资业务开展得比较晚,相应的法律法规和服务体系建设还没有完善,所以供应链中各参与主体在实际业务过程中面临许多难题与阻碍,从而产生了很多不确定性风险,这严重阻碍了供应链融资业务健康有序的发展。因此,如何确定供应链融资能力的影响因素,并进行供应链融资能力的评价就成为研究的关键。本文在梳理供应链融资相关理论的基础上,针对越南食品加工业的融资特点,找出影响其供应链融资能力的因素,并将相关因素引入到评价食品加工企业供应链融资能力的指标体系中,利用模糊综合评价-AHP方法建立了供应链融资能力评价模型。并以越南食品加工业中的Vinamilk企业供应链融资业务发展为背景,利用所建立的评价模型对其供应链融资能力进行了更为现实的评价。研究表明,通过系统评估越南食品加工企业的供应链融资能力,可以找出增强供应链融资能力的关键要素,为提供越南食品加工企业的供应链融资能力提供建议和对策。

Approximating a function from its values f(x_(i))at a set of evenly spaced points x_(i)through(N+1)-point polynomial interpolation often fails because of divergence near the endpoints,the“Runge Phenomenon”.Here we briefly describe seven strategies,each employing a single polynomial over the entire interval,to wholly or partially defeat the Runge Phenomenon such that the error decreases exponentially fast with *** is successful in obtaining high accuracy for Runge’s original ***,each of these single-interval strategies also has liabilities including,depending on the method,various permutations of inefficiency,ill-conditioning and a lack of *** so,the Fourier extension and Gaussian RBF methods are worthy of further development.

In order to identify the suitable areas for poplar crops in France,a methodology was established in the framework of the Valerbio *** alluvial deposit layers of the geological maps at scale 1/50 000 provided by Office of Geological and Mining Research（BRGM） were crossed with the digital map of the existing poplar areas at scale 1/25 000 provided by National Forest Inventory（IFN）.the results show that 55 % of poplar crops are located on recent fluvial terraces（Fz） and additionally but in a lesser extent（10 %） on ancient alluvial terraces（Fy）.the methodology developed makes it possible to map the potential areas suitable for poplar and locate the regions with the highest ***,the development of poplar crops,especially for biomass,will depend on local context,in particular competition with other agricultural *** used data from Corinne Land Cover（2000） to clarify the current land use in these areas potentially favourable.

In the framework of the VALeRBIO project,we studied the potential for biomass production from Short Rotation Coppice（SRC） in *** different possible species,we focussed on eucalyptus which turns to be an interesting candidate for marginal *** risk mapping was done by combining an inventory of known frost damages and the corresponding meteorological *** explaining the damages were built and subsequently,meteorological data were processed to give the probability of occurrence of these *** calculations were spatialized in order to map this *** sensitivity mapping was done by using different p H soil maps and particularly the european soil database（parent material layer）.Crossing the two constraints with different additional information on elevation and slope resulted in a map of suitable areas for eucalyptus,which represents some 11 million theoretical hectares covering more particularly the south and west part of *** probable areas were calculated by refining the theoretical figures with different assumptions:focussing on farm lands only and considering marginal ones,either uncultivated lands or former fallows,where SRC are more likely to develop,particularly with hardy species like *** final step consisted in setting different scenarios of mobilization for these marginal *** the most optimistic scenario proposed some 600 000 ha,the most probable one gives a maximum area cover of some 40 000 ha of eucalyptus,that would still have to be confronted with the competition of other energy crops or other energy *** natural uncertainties in the assumptions,this approach enables to spatialize the possibilities of development of this promising specie for biomass production and to locate the most suitable and probable regions of development.

effective containment of the COVID-19 pandemic requires rapid and accurate detection of the *** chain reaction(PCR)remains the gold standard for COVID-19 *** this article,we report the performance of a cost-effective modular microfluidic reverse transcription(RT)-PCR and RT-loop mediated isothermal amplification(RTLAMP)platform,epidax®,for the point-of-care testing and confirmation of *** platform is versatile and can be reconfigured either for screening using endpoint RT-PCR or RT-LAMP tests or for confirmatory tests using realtime ***®is highly sensitive and detects as little as 1 RNA copy perµL for real-time and endpoint RT-PCR,while using only half of the *** achieved comparable results with those of a commercial platform when detecting SARS-CoV-2 viruses from 81 clinical RNA ***®can also detect SARS-CoV-2 from 44 nasopharyngeal samples without RNA extraction by using a direct RT-PCR assay,which shortens the sample-to-answer time to an hour with minimal user ***,we validated the technology using an RT-LAMP assay on 54 clinical RNA ***,our platform provides a sensitive,cost-effective,and accurate diagnostic solution for lowresource settings.

the objective of this study was to characterize the chemical and physical properties of bioactive ceramics prepared from an aqueous paste containing hydroxyapatite(HA)and beta tri-calcium phosphate(β-TCP).Prior to formulating the paste,HA andβ-TCP were calcined at 800℃and 975℃(11 h),milled,and blended into 15%/85%HA/β-TCP volume-mixed *** cylindrical rods were subsequently sintered to 900℃,1100℃or 1250℃.the sintered specimens were characterized by helium pycnometry,X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform-infrared(FT-IR),and inductively coupled plasma(ICP)spectroscopy for evaluation of porosity,crystalline phase,functional-groups,and Ca:P ratio,*** properties were assessed via 3-point bending and diametral *** microstructural evaluation using scanning electron microscopy(SeM)showed larger pores and a broader pore size distribution(PSD)for materials sintered at 900℃and 1100℃,whereas the 1250℃samples showed more uniform *** quantification showed significantly higher porosity for materials sintered to 900℃and 1250℃(ped substantial deviations from the 15%/85%HA/β-TCP formulation following sintering where lower amounts of HA were observed when sintering temperature was *** testing demonstrated significant differences between calcination temperatures and different sintering regimes(pemical composition and mechanical properties of bioactive ceramics were direct consequences of calcination and sintering.
