National Parks not only undertake the basic functions of protecting natural ecological environment, but also play a variety of functions such as the cultivation, scientific research, environmental education, natural recreation, etc. China’s National Park career entered a new chapter after the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. It is urgent to make specific and operable research as a reference in practice. This paper takes the national parks of the US as the research object to analyze the specific methods and planning process based on the public engagement mechanism, thus improve the planning and management of national parks in China.

The slow initiation of anammox for treating typical domestic wastewater and the relatively high footprint of wastewater treatment infrastructures are major concerns for practical wastewater treatment ***,a 300 m^(3)/d hybrid biofilm reactor(HBR)process was developed and operated with a short hydraulic retention time(HRT)of 8 *** analysis of the bacterial community demonstrated that anammox were enriched in the anoxic zone of the HBR *** percentage abundance of Candidatus Brocadia in the total bacterial community of the anoxic zone increased from 0 at Day 1 to 0.33%at Day 130 and then to 2.89%at Day *** upon the activity of anammox bacteria,the removal of ammonia nitrogen(NH_(4)^(+)-N)in the anoxic zone was approximately 15%.This showed that the nitrogen transformation pathway was enhanced in the HBR system through partial anammox process in the anoxic *** final effluent contained 12 mg/L chemical oxygen demand(COD),0.662 mg/L NH_(4)^(+)-N,7.2 mg/L total nitrogen(TN),and 6 mg/L SS,indicating the effectiveness of the HBR process for treating real domestic wastewater.

The development of insect appendages requires the expression of multiple genes in a strict spatial and temporal order. The odd-skipped family genes are vital transcriptional factors involved in embryonic development. The development and morphogenesis of the insect wing requires multiple transcription factors to regulate the expression of wing patterning genes at the transcriptional level. However, the function of odd-related genes in insect wing morphogenesis and development during postembryonic stages is unclear. We focused on the roles of the sister of odd and bowl (sob) gene, a member of odd-skipped family genes, during the wing morphopoiesis in Bombyx mori using the clustered regularly interspaced palindromic repeats (CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein 9 system and in Tribolium castaneum by RNA interference. The results showed that the wings were significantly smaller and degenerated, and wing veins were indistinct in the sob gene loss-of-function group in both B. mori and T. castaneum. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction revealed that the Tcsob gene regulated the expression of wing development genes, such as the cht 7 and the vg gene. The findings suggest the importance of sob gene in insect wing morphology formation during postembryonic stages.

Background:Grasslands provide a wide variety of ecosystem services that contribute to human *** an increasing number of studies are evaluating the monetary value of grassland ecosystem services,most of them focus on specific grassland ecosystem services at regional or local scales,and they use different assessment ***:This paper provides a comprehensive assessment of the economic value of global grassland ecosystem services based on a meta-analysis of 702 observations from 134 primary ***:The economic values of different ecosystem services cover a wide range of grassland types,regions,and estimation *** annual economic value per hectare ranges from$3955 for semidesert grasslands to$5466 for tropical *** average,regulating services have the highest value,which is approximately four times that of provisioning services or approximately eight times that of food supply *** factors impact the estimated ecosystem service values,including the evaluation method,source and year of publication,and study *** results indicate that the annual economic value of global grasslands exceeds$20.8 ***:The findings of this study not only provide useful information for understanding the economic value of various ecosystem services associated with different types of grasslands but also have important policy implications for the ecological conservation of grassland globally.

This paper proposes an optimal tracking control of completely unknown affine nonlinear systems using a system augmentation scheme and a modified discounted performance function, where the feedforward and feedback control actions can be obtained simultaneously. We first present an adaptive identifier to estimate the unknown dynamics, where the estimated parameters are updated based on a new adaptive law such that these estimated parameters converge to a small neighborhood around their true values. An augmented system consisting of the tracking error and the generator of the trajectory to be tracked are then constructed, which derives an augmented tracking Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman（HJB） equation. An online critic neural network（NN） is finally presented to approximate the optimal value function of HJB equation, and then calculate the optimal control action. This leads to an identifier-critic based adaptive dynamic programming（ADP） structure. Simulation results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

This paper reports the extraction of aloe-emodin from aloe by microwave-assisted extraction. The effects of various factors, including the solvent, the ratio （mL/g） of the solvent to the sample, microwave irradiation time and microwave power, were discussed in the experiments. The yield of aloe-emodin was determined by HPLC. The optimized conditions for micro- wave-assisted extraction of aloe-emodin were concluded as follows： the solvent is 80% ethanol （V/V） solution, microwave ir- radiation time is 3 rain and microwave power is 340 W. Additionally, HPLC fingerprint was developed for consistency evalua- tion of aloe. The similarities of 3 aloe samples obtained by microwave-assisted extraction, ultrasound-assisted extraction and Soxhlet extraction were more than 0.9, indicating that 3 aloe samples were consistent. Compared with Soxhlet extraction and ultrasound-assisted extraction, microwave extraction is a rapid method with higher yield and less solvent consumption. Aloe samples treated by microwave-assisted extraction, ultrasound-assisted extraction and Soxhlet extraction were observed using transmission electronic microscopy. The micrographs provide evidence of more breakage of chloroplasts treated by micro- wave-assisted extraction as compared to Soxhlet extraction and ultrasound-assisted extraction.

A Testing Method for Web Services Composition Based on Data-Flow

This paper proposes a method of data-flow testing for Web services composition. Firstly, to facilitate data flow analysis and constraints collecting, the existing model representation of business process execution language （BPEL） is modified in company with the analysis of data dependency and an exact representation of dead path elimination （DPE） is proposed, which over-comes the difficulties brought to dataflow analysis. Then defining and using information based on data flow rules is collected by parsing BPEL and Web services description language （WSDL） documents and the def-use annotated control flow graph is created. Based on this model, data-flow anomalies which indicate potential errors can be discovered by traversing the paths of graph, and all-du-paths used in dynamic data flow testing for Web services composition are automatically generated, then testers can design the test cases according to the collected constraints for each path selected.

在新能源电压型脉宽调制(PWM)变流器的控制中,空间矢量调制直接功率控制(DPC-SVM)成为研究的热点。传统DPC-SVM方法瞬时有功功率在变流器两侧的传输速度相差很大,当负载变化较大较快时,会引起直流电压产生过冲,对设备造成损害。本文对影响功率动态响应能力的因素进行了深入分析,推导了瞬时功率动态响应能力与变流器相关参数之间的关系,提出了利用动态过程中的瞬时无功功率加快能量在变流器两侧交换速度的一种控制方法。实验结果表明这种控制方法实现了快速功率响应控制,并且其稳态运行性能良好。该控制方法实现简单,具有一定的实用价值。
