Survey and Prospect for Applying Knowledge Graph in Enterprise Risk Management

Enterprise risk management holds significant importance in fostering sustainable growth of businesses and in serving as a critical element for regulatory bodies to uphold market order.Amidst the challenges posed by intricate and unpredictable risk factors,knowledge graph technology is effectively driving risk management,leveraging its ability to associate and infer knowledge from diverse sources.This review aims to comprehensively summarize the construction techniques of enterprise risk knowledge graphs and their prominent applications across various business scenarios.Firstly,employing bibliometric methods,the aim is to uncover the developmental trends and current research hotspots within the domain of enterprise risk knowledge graphs.In the succeeding section,systematically delineate the technical methods for knowledge extraction and fusion in the standardized construction process of enterprise risk knowledge graphs.Objectively comparing and summarizing the strengths and weaknesses of each method,we provide recommendations for addressing the existing challenges in the construction process.Subsequently,categorizing the applied research of enterprise risk knowledge graphs based on research hotspots and risk category standards,and furnishing a detailed exposition on the applicability of technical routes and methods.Finally,the future research directions that still need to be explored in enterprise risk knowledge graphs were discussed,and relevant improvement suggestions were proposed.Practitioners and researchers can gain insights into the construction of technical theories and practical guidance of enterprise risk knowledge graphs based on this foundation.

Revisiting the gravity laws of inter-city mobility in megacity regions

Inter-city mobility is one of the most important issues in the UN Sustainable Development Goals,as it is essential to access the regional labour market,goods and services,and to constrain the spread of infectious diseases.Although the gravity model has been proved to be an effective model to describe mobility among settlements,knowledge is still insufficient in regions where dozens of megacities interact closely and over 100 million people reside.In addition,the existing knowledge is limited to overall population mobility,while the difference in inter-city travel with different purposes is unexplored on such a large geographic scale.We revisited the gravity laws of inter-city mobility using the 2.12 billion trip chains recorded by 40.48 million mobile phone users’trajectories in the Jing-Jin-Ji Region,which contains China’s capital Beijing.Firstly,unlike previous studies,we found that non-commuting rather than commuting is the dominant type of inter-city mobility(89.3%).Noncommuting travellers have a travel distance 42.3%longer than commuting travellers.Secondly,we developed more accurate gravity models for the spatial distribution of inter-city commuting and non-commuting travel.We also found that inter-city mobility has a hierarchical structure,as the distribution of inter-city travel volume follows Zipf’s law.In particular,the hierarchy of non-commuting travel volume among the cities is more in line with an ideal Zipf distribution than commuting travel.Our findings contribute to new knowledge on basic inter-city mobility laws,and they have significant applications for regional policies on human mobility.

Resilience patterns of human mobility in response to extreme urban floods

Large-scale disasters can disproportionately impact different population groups, causing prominent disparity and inequality, especially for the vulnerable and marginalized. Here, we investigate the resilience of human mobility under the disturbance of the unprecedented ‘720’ Zhengzhou flood in China in 2021 using records of 1.32 billion mobile phone signaling generated by 4.35 million people. We find that although pluvial floods can trigger mobility reductions, the overall structural dynamics of mobility networks remain relatively stable. We also find that the low levels of mobility resilience in female, adolescent and older adult groups are mainly due to their insufficient capabilities to maintain business-as-usual travel frequency during the flood. Most importantly, we reveal three types of counter-intuitive, yet widely existing,resilience patterns of human mobility(namely, ‘reverse bathtub’, ‘ever-increasing’ and ‘ever-decreasing’ patterns), and demonstrate a universal mechanism of disaster-avoidance response by further corroborating that those abnormal resilience patterns are not associated with people’s gender or age. In view of the common association between travel behaviors and travelers’ socio-demographic characteristics, our findings provide a caveat for scholars when disclosing disparities in human travel behaviors during flood-induced emergencies.

45 P_(2)O_(5)-15 BaO-25 ZnO-15 B2O_(3)glasses doped with different concentrations(0 mol%,0.1 mol%,0.25 mol%,0.5 mol%,and 0.75 mol%)of Gd^(3+)were prepared by a melt-quenching method and treated to fabricate glass-ceramics containing BaZn_(2)(PO_(4))_(2)crystals by controllable crystallization.The structural,optical,and dosimetric properties were investigated.FTIR spectra indicate that the glasses are composed of[PO_(4)],[BO_(3)],and[BO_(4)]basic structural units.The XRD pattern analysis indicates that the samples contain BaZn_(2)(PO_(4))_(2)crystals.In the photoluminesce nce(PL)spectra,two emission bands are observed at 307 and 313 nm due to the^(6)P_(5/2)→^(8)S_(7/2)and^(6)P_(7/2)→^(8)S_(7/2)transitions of Gd^(3+),respectively.The OSL dosimetric properties of glass-ceramics were studied further under beta radiation of90Sr.The optimal Gd^(3+)doping concentration of 0.5 mol%was determined.The fading of the OSL signal shows that the CW-OSL signal of Gd^(3+)-doped BaZn_(2)(PO_(4))_(2)glass-ceramics decays by about 58.95%within120 h,and the intensity remains stable thereafter.The thermoluminescence(TL)curve has three peaks at 164,240,and 344℃.Minimum detectable dose(MDD)of the 0.5 mol%Gd^(3+)-doped BaZn_(2)(PO_(4))_(2)glass-ceramics was calculated as 0.675 mGy.The samples also exhibit good signal reusability and a broad linear dose-response range(0.3-500 Gy).Results show the excellent dosimetric properties of Gd^(3+)-doped BaZn_(2)(PO_(4))_(2)glass-ceramics and their potential application in radiation dosimetry.

手机信令数据具有覆盖范围广、获取成本低、时空精度较高、稳定实时追踪等优势,能够有效识别大规模人群的空间活动和出行特征,已成为应用最广泛的交通大数据类型之一。文章在手机信令数据的分类和特征基础上,总结了其在职住空间关系和交通出行行为研究中的技术应用,随后结合上述应用成果和已有文献对其在交通碳排放研究中的应用潜力和场景进行了探讨,最后总结了手机信令数据在职住空间、出行行为和交通碳排放研究中的应用框架、应用机遇与挑战以及未来研究内容与技术创新方向。目前,手机信令数据在职住空间领域中的应用包括职住地识别、职住关系和通勤网络特征及其影响因素解析,在出行行为领域中的应用包括驻留-出行识别、出行方式和路径识别,以及人群移动普适规律解析。以上技术应用能够有效服务交通碳排放领域研究,为交通碳排放测算以及城市空间结构、居民出行行为对交通碳排放的影响研究奠定了基础。未来,相关研究应进一步关注长时序动态追踪、大范围对比分析以及人口和交通新现象研究,并注重多源数据的融合、传统方法与机器学习的结合以及数字孪生模型的构建。

国际地缘政治对运输网络格局的影响是经济地理和交通地理的重要议题之一,探究俄乌冲突背景下“一带一路”沿线原油海运网络结构特征变化,可为该领域研究提供新的论据。文章采用AIS船舶轨迹大数据和复杂网络分析法,分析了2019—2022年“一带一路”沿线原油海运网络整体特征、节点重要性与核心边缘和组团耦合结构的变化特征,并探究了海运网络结构变化对中国原油进口稳定性的影响。结果表明:1)海运格局发生了结构性演变。港口间的联系密度、强度和网络通达性均呈现先增后减趋势;网络无标度特性不断增强,原油海运向部分主要联系集聚,出口端更加明显;俄乌冲突后中国与中东原油海运联系取代了部分中俄原油海运联系。2)海运港口重要性格局与核心边缘结构处于动态变化中。出口港综合重要性先略有降低,俄乌冲突后大幅增加;网络结构经历了单核―多核―单核的转变,俄乌冲突后国际原油市场供需格局改变,较大规模的出口港对原油海运网络中广大进口港和其他中小规模出口港的控制力明显加强。3)海运网络核心边缘与组团耦合结构前期变化稳定,后期变化突出。俄乌冲突后核心边缘与组团耦合结构在核心港、地理分布和组团规模方面发生明显变革。4)海运网络变化对中国原油进口稳定性的影响显著且具有异质性。中国原油进口网络的稳定性先增后减,俄乌冲突后的降幅远大于冲突发生前的增幅;相比环渤海湾和长三角港口,东南沿海、珠三角和西南沿海港口的原油进口稳定性受俄乌冲突影响更大。

利用人口、产业和环境三大维度相关的多源大数据,构建耦合协调度测度模型。以珠三角城市群为例,测定人口-产业-环境维度的耦合协调度,并结合相关分析与地理加权回归模型分析其影响因素。结果表明:珠三角城市群人口-产业-环境协调度普遍较低,呈现明显的高值与低值聚集的空间分布格局。城市群内各地级市与不同城乡地域类型的耦合协调度整体差异不大。耦合协调度主要受产业维度产业链串联共生度与环境维度植被净初级生产力的影响。人口与产业维度因子间相关性强且呈正相关,但二者与环境维度因子呈负相关关系。结合研究结果,提出夯实南沙与珠三角西岸地区以创新引领的高质量发展、加强珠三角城市群生态保护的可持续经济发展等建议。

Optimal preparation of Bose and Fermi atomic gas mixtures of ^(87)Rb and ^(40)K in a crossed optical dipole trap

We report on the optimal production of the Bose and Fermi mixtures with ^(87) Rb and ^(40)K in a crossed optical dipole trap(ODT).We measure the atomic number and lifetime of the mixtures in combination of the spin state |F=9/2,m_(F)=9/2> of^(40)K and |1,1>of ^(87) Rb in the ODT,which is larger and longer compared with the combination of the spin state |9/2,9/2> of^(40)K and 12,2) of ^(87)Rb in the ODT.We observe the atomic numbers of ^(87)Rb and ^(40)K shown in each stage of the sympathetic cooling process while gradually reducing the depth of the optical trap.By optimizing the relative loading time of atomic mixtures in the MOT,we obtain the large atomic number of ^(40)K(~6 ×10^(6)) or the mixtures of atoms with an equal number(~1.6 × 10^(6)) at the end of evaporative cooling in the ODT.We experimentally investigate the evaporative cooling in an enlarged volume of the ODT via adding a third laser beam to the crossed ODT and found that more atoms(8 × 10^(6)) and higher degeneracy(T/T_(F)=0.25) of Fermi gases are obtained.The ultracold atomic gas mixtures pave the way to explore phenomena such as few-body collisions and the Bose-Fermi Hubbard model,as well as for creating ground-state molecules of ^(87)Rb^(40)K.

对中国地理学会联合中国自然资源学会公布的24种人文地理学领域中的高质量中文期刊进行筛选,重点分析了1982―2022年的552篇港口地理研究相关论文,以揭示中国港口地理研究的发展脉络以及研究特征。结果发现:1)中国港口地理研究大致经历了初创阶段、探索阶段、快速发展阶段、视角转变阶段。2)腹地划分的研究侧重在经济腹地和港口腹地一体化发展。物理和物流腹地研究有待进一步深入。3)港口的集中与分散度测量是港口体系研究的重点。多式联运的发展促使港口体系间的竞争更加激烈,学者倾向于从宏观的角度解释影响港口竞争的因素。4)港口网络的研究主要涉及拓扑空间布局、网络结构变化以及网络安全评估等内容。5)港城关系研究中,空间关系的考察集中在港城界面的发展,尤其是滨水区发展与规划。港城之间的经济关系相对复杂,学者尚未达成共识。6)中国港口地理研究具有服务国民经济应用的显著特征,港口布局和选址等内容是研究的重点。目前,中国对近些年西方强调的社会、制度、文化、供应链等内容关注较少。未来应重视极端天气与地缘政治的影响,深化港口内部码头以及企业的相关研究,推动AIS大数据的应用,加强相关理论的构造。
