BACKGROUND： Inflammatory reaction correlates with sporadic intracranial aneurysm （IA）. Variation of tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily 13B （TNFRSF13B）, an inflammatory mediator receptor, may associate with IA. OBJECTIVE： To explore the relationship between TNFRSF13B gene and sporadic IA, as well as the clinical characteristics of sporadic IA. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING： Case-control study of genetic association was performed at the Experimental Technology Center of China Medical University from November 2006 to January 2008. PARTICIPANTS： A total of 367 patients with IA, confirmed by three-dimensional computed tomography angiography, magnetic resonance angiography, digital subtraction angiography, and neuro surgery, were admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery, First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from 2006 to 2007, and were selected as the case group. All patients were Han, with no family history of IA. In addition, a total of 396 non-lA patients were selected as control subjects. METHODS： Peripheral vein blood was harvested to extract whole blood genomic DNA. Genotyping and TNFRSF13B single nucleotide polymorphism （SNP） rs11078355 G〉A allele polymorphisms were determined by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism. The relationship of TNFRSF13B SNP rs11078355 G〉A polymorphisms to IA and IA clinical characteristics were analyzed using the chi-square and two-sided test. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES： TNFRSF13B SNP rs11078355 G〉A genotype distribution. RESULTS： In the IA patients, TNFRSF13B SNP rs11078355 G〉A genotype frequency was significantly increased （X2 = 16.306, odds ratio = 1.881,95% confidence interval = 1.382 2.560, P 〈 0.001）. In IA patients aged 〉 65 years, the frequency of TNFRSF13B SNP rs11078355 GA ＋ AA genotype was significantly greater than the GG genotype （X2 = 26.604, odds ratio = 5.248, 95% confidence interval = 2.662 10.345, P 〈 0.001）. In the networking of loitering munitions during a battle,clustering and localizing algorithms become a major problem because of their highly dynamic topological structure,incomplete connectivity,and limited *** paper proposed swarm intelligence based collaborative localizing,clustering,and routing scheme for an ad hoc network of loitering munitions in a satellite denied environment.A hybrid algorithm was first devised by integrating an improved coyote optimization algorithm with a simplified grey wolf optimizer under the sinusoidal crossover *** performance of this algorithm was considerably improved thanks to *** this basis,a swarm intelligence based localizing algorithm was *** cubes were created to reduce the initial search space,which effectively lowered the localizing ***,an energysaving clustering algorithm based on the hybrid algorithm was put forward to enhance the clustering efficiency by virtue of grey wolf ***,an analysis model was developed to determine the optimal number of clusters using the lowest possible number of ***,a compressed sensing routing scheme based on the hybrid algorithm was proposed to transmit data from a cluster head to a base *** algorithm constructed an efficient routing tree from the cluster head to the base station,so as to reduce the routing delay and transmission *** revealed in the results of simulation experiments,the proposed collaborative localizing,clustering and routing algorithms achieved better performance than other popular algorithms employed in various scenarios.

In this study, we investigated whether a single nucleotide polymorphism （rs42524 G 〉 C） in the type I alpha 2 collagen gene was associated with sporadic ruptured intracranial aneurysm or its clinical characteristics in patients from Northeast China. Genotyping of the rs42524 G 〉 C polymorphism was carried out using a polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism assay. The data showed that the frequency of the rs42524 GC ＋ CC genotype was significantly higher than the GG genotype among intracranial aneurysm patients whose Hunt and Hess grading scale was 〉 3. In addition, the rs42524 G 〉 C genotype was found to have a statistically significant association with intracranial aneurysm risk. These findings indicate that the type I alpha 2 collagen gene gene may be involved in a predisposition to intracranial aneurysm in the Northeast Chinese population. Crucially, the rs42524 C allele may be an important risk factor for increased severity of the condition in patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysms.

Experiments were conducted to investigate the cooling manner of an ultra-thick hot aluminum alloy plate during multistage quenching. Cooling curves and heat flux curves of different rapid quenching flux varied from 23 to 40 L min-1 and were analyzed in detail. In this investigation, cooling process was divided into the following four steps：（Ⅰ） starting step, （Ⅱ） rapid cooling step, （Ⅲ） slow cooling step, and （Ⅳ） stopping step. Based on the curves, the calculation method for surface transfer coefficient was provided, and the effects of coefficient on surface temperature and quenching flux were discussed. Results showed that the transfer coefficient disagreed with heat flux and that it is a nonlinear function of surface temperature. The highest coefficient was observed not in the rapid cooling step with the largest heat flux but in the slow cooling step with lower heat flux. The coefficient increased with surface temperature ranging from 480 to 150℃, and a coefficient peak appeared in the temperature range of 150- 100℃. The coefficient also increased with quenching flux. Finally, a simulation was performed using the finite element method to verify the reliability of the coefficient results, which showed good agreement with the measurement values.

Glutamate acting on AMPA-type ionotropic glutamate receptor(AMPAR) mediates the majority of fast excitatory synaptic transmission in the mammalian central nervous system. Dynamic regulation of AMPAR by post-translational modifications is one of the key elements that allow the nervous system to adapt to environment stimulations. S-palmitoylation, an important lipid modification by post-translational addition of a long-chain fatty acid to a cysteine residue, regulates AMPA receptor trafficking, which dynamically affects multiple fundamental brain functions, such as learning and memory. In vivo, S-palmitoylation is controlled by palmitoyl acyl transferases and palmitoyl *** this review, we highlight advances in the mechanisms for dynamic AMPA receptors palmitoylation,and discuss how palmitoylation affects AMPA receptors function at synapses in recent *** regulation of S-palmitoylation may serve as a novel therapeutic strategy for neurobiological diseases.

A new gravity sensor based on electromagnetic damping for the JMGrav marine gravimeter is *** new gravity sensor considered the advanced construction methods of the electromagnetic damping system of the *** design features of the new system are discussed and the research survey data in the South China Sea are *** simulations are applied to model the magnetic and mechanical characteristics of the system using finite element analysis and to evaluate the force distribution and the resulting damping *** performance characteristics of the system were tested on a motion simulator in laboratory,and the gravimeter was subjected to vertical accelerations of up to 100 Gal in 1-1000 *** was found that the amplitude reduction of vertical accelerations in 3-15 s is 30-45 dB,with a time lag of 2-5 s,while the effect on gravity in period greater than 600 s is less than 0.5 dB,with a time lag of less than 100 *** accelerations cause discrepancies of approximately only 1 mGal between the static value and the mean dynamic *** sea tests were conducted in September *** measurements were taken with a JMGrav marine gravimeter onboard the R/V Dongfanghong 3,and the effective survey line exceeded 2000 *** irregular accelerations with peaks up to 100 Gal yielded a reduction of approximately 40 dB in *** survey data were evaluated using ocean gravity field models and grid line *** results show that the accuracy of the gravity measurements is better than 2 mGal.

To dampen periodic off-levelling motions within an inertial platform while undergoing horizontal accelerations of the same period and to achieve a levelling accuracy of a few tens of arcseconds with that system,an internally damped inertial platform for a marine scalar gravity system was the *** for attenuating horizontal acceleration and reducing off-levelling error by a satisfactory gyro-levelling loop,which are fundamental to the internally damped inertial platform,were designed and *** addition,phase delays are introduced by the levelling *** resulting off-levelling gravity errors were analyzed and modeled.A series of tests on a motion simulator were performed in laboratory for a variety of simulated sea *** found that the motion of the platform is a function of the amplitude and period of the simulated ship motions and ranges between 10 and 40 *** addition,the phase lag between platform motion and ship motion is not constant but ranges 180°-270°,depending on the period and amplitude of the ***,the platform,on which a gravimeter was mounted,was installed on the R/V Shiyan 2 to conduct a gravity survey in the South China *** rough sea conditions,it was shown that in short periods of 2-30 s,the off-levelling angle was less than 30 arcseconds,and the phase lagged the horizontal acceleration by 230°-260°.From a repeated survey line and intersecting survey points,the estimated errors of gravity measurements were between 1.3 and 1.7 *** marine measurements results were compared with those of satellite altimetry data and show a mean value of 0.5 mGal in a standard deviation of 1.5 mGal.

The laser beam used to establish a communication channel between satellite and ground segments has a small divergence angle and a tiny spot on the Earth's surface,which may lead to the fail of the *** it's important to study the deflection of laser beam by the Earth's atmosphere and find a way to calibrate this *** theoretical analysis and real data processing method are used to obtain the mathematical model for divergence angle of laser communication beam and its correction *** the model has been applied to the data,which was used to describe the atmosphere state by traditional ground segments to obtain the critical elevation *** to the results of calculation,our conclusion will be that the correction should be done when the critical elevation happens.
