Integrating construction and reconstruction of highly conductive structures into one process is of great interest in developing and manufacturing of electronics,but it is quite challenging because these two involve contradictive additive and subtractive *** this work,we report an all-laser mask-less processing technology that integrates manufacturing,modifying,and restoring of highly conductive Cu *** traveling a focused laser,the Cu patterns can be fabricated on the flexible substrate,while these as-written patterns can be selectively erased by changing the laser to a defocused ***,the fresh patterns with identical conductivity and stability can be rewritten by repeating the writing ***,this erasing–rewriting process is also capable of repairing failure patterns,such as oxidation and *** to the high controllability of this writing–erasing–rewriting process and its excellent reproducibility for conductive structures,it opens a new avenue for rapid healing and prototyping of electronics.

Developing high activity,low-cost and long durability catalysts for oxygen reduction reaction is of great significance for the practical application of microbial fuel *** ftill exposure of active sites in catalysts can enhance catalytic activity ***,novel Fe-N-doped graphene is successftilly synthesized via a one-step in situ ball milling *** graphite,ball milling graphene,N-doped graphene and Fe-N-doped graphene are applied in air cathodes,and enhanced performance is observed in microbial fuel cells with graphene-based ***,Fe-Ndoped graphene achieves the highest oxygen reduction reaction activity,with a maximum power density of 1380±20 mW/m^2 in microbial fUel cells and a current density of 23.8 A/m^2 at-0.16 V in electrochemical tests,which are comparable to commercial Pt and 390%and 640%of those of pristine *** investigation of the material characteristics reveals that the superior performance of Fe-Ndoped graphene results from the full exposure of Fe2O3 nanoparticles,pyrrolic N,pyridinic N and excellent Fe-N-G active sites on the graphene *** work not only suggests the strategy of maximally exposing active sites to optimize the potential of catalysts but also provides promising catalysts for the use of microbial fuel cells in sustainable energy generation.

The photo-induced electron transfer reactions of anthracene with N,N -diethylaniline(DEA) and phenothiazine(PTZ) occur in the membrane phase of a Triton X-100/ n -C 10 H 21 OH(1-decanol)/H 2O microemulsion. DEA and PTZ exist in the membrane phase of the microemulsion. Anthracene exists in the oil continuous phase of the W/O microemulsion and in the oil core and membrane phase of the O/W microemulsion.

Interleukin-6 has been shown to be involved in nerve injury and nerve regeneration, but the effects of long-term administration of high concentrations of interleukin-6 on neurons in the central nervous system is poorly understood. This study investigated the effects of 24 hour expo-sure of interleukin-6 on cortical neurons at various concentrations （0.1, 1, 5 and 10 ng/mL） and the effects of 10 ng/mL interleukin-6 exposure to cortical neurons for various durations （2, 4, 8, 24 and 48 hours） by studying voltage-gated Na＋ channels using a patch-clamp technique. Volt-age-clamp recording results demonstrated that interleukin-6 suppressed Na＋ currents through its receptor in a time- and dose-dependent manner, but did not alter voltage-dependent activation and inactivation. Current-clamp recording results were consistent with voltage-clamp recording results. Interleukin-6 reduced the action potential amplitude of cortical neurons, but did not change the action potential threshold. The regulation of voltage-gated Na＋channels in rat corti-cal neurons by interleukin-6 is time- and dose-dependent.

为研究水杨酸对树舌菌丝三萜合成及活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)含量的影响,本研究以不同浓度水杨酸(salicylic acid,SA)处理树舌菌丝,当SA浓度为250μmol/L时,总三萜含量最高达到60.793 mg/g,以250μmol/L SA不同添加时间处理树舌菌丝,第6天加入SA为最佳诱导时间,菌丝总三萜含量高达67.413 mg/g,比对照组提高59.2%。通过测定树舌菌丝抗氧化酶活性和丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量发现,第8天胞内MDA含量、过氧化氢酶活性最高,分别比对照组提高55.3%、77%,总超氧化物歧化酶活性呈持续上升,SA诱导能够提高ROS含量。通过非靶向代谢组学测定萜类代谢产物,最佳诱导条件下22种萜类化合物有7种上调、1种下调、14种无变化。代谢通路和热图分析发现上调化合物法尼醇是三萜生物合成途径中重要前体物质,其产生和ROS显著相关。综上,SA是树舌菌丝三萜生物合成的有效诱导剂。本研究可为树舌菌丝三萜含量的提高提供一种有效的方法,并为SA诱导三萜生物合成的机制提出新见解。

An Elastic-plastic Adhesion Model for Contacting Fractal Rough Surface and Perfectly Wetted Plane with Meniscus

The strong stiction of adjacent surfaces with meniscus is a major design concern in the devices with a micro-sized interface. Today, more and more research works are devoted to understand the adhesion mechanism. This paper concerns the elastic-plastic adhesion of a fractal rough surface contacting with a perfectly wetted rigid plane. The topography of rough surface is modeled with a two-variable Weierstrass-Mandelbrot fractal function. The Laplace pressure is dealt with the Dugdale approximation. Then the adhesion model of the plastically deformed asperities with meniscus can be established with the fractal microcontact model. According to the plastic flow criterion, the elastic-plastic adhesion model of the contacting rough surfaces with meniscus can be solved by combining the Maugis-Dugdale （MD） model and its extension with the Morrow method. The necessity for considering the asperities＇ plastic deformation has been validated by comparing the simulation result of the presented model with that of the elastic adhesion model. The stiction mechanism of rough surfaces with meniscus is also discussed.

Recently, non-equilibrium plasma assisted combustion （PAC） has been found to be promising in reducing the ignition delay time in hypersonic propulsion system. NO x produced by non-equilibrium plasma can react with intermediates during the fuel oxidation process and thereby has influence on the combustion process. In this study, the effects of NO x addition on the ignition process of both the homogeneous ethylene/air mixtures and the non-premixed diffusion layer are examined numerically. The detailed chemistry for ethylene oxidization together with the NO x sub-mechanism is included in the simulation. Reaction path analysis and sensitivity analysis are conducted to give a mechanistic interpretation for the ignition enhancement by NO x addition. It is found that for both the homogenous and non-premixed ignition processes at normal and elevated pressures, NO 2 addition has little influence on the ignition delay time while NO addition can significantly promote the ignition process. The ignition enhancement is found to be caused by the promotion in hydroxyl radical production which quickly oxidizes ethylene. The promotion in hydroxyl radical production by NO addition is achieved in two ways：one is the direct production of OH through the reaction HO2＋NO = NO2＋OH, and the other is the indirect production of OH through the reactions NO＋O2=NO2＋O and C2H4＋O = C2H3＋OH. Moreover, it is found that similar to the homogeneous ignition process, the acceleration of the diffusion layer ignition is also controlled by the reaction HO2＋NO = NO2＋OH.

As the core component of the rotating packing bed,packing is a place for efficient gas–liquid mixing and mass *** this paper,a 3D structured packing composed of a mesh structure and a support structure was *** mesh structure is a ring-shaped mesh surrounded by triangular meshes,which is stable in structure and can achieve a high degree of dispersion and aggregation of the liquid *** support structure is composed of ring-shaped structural units arranged at a certain angle along the axial direction,which can enhance the turbulence of the airflow while constructing regular gas-phase *** steel meshes of different diameters and supporting structures are alternately combined to form 3D packing,which is loaded in a layered cross-flow rotating packing *** results show that under the same operating conditions,the mass transfer performance of 3D packing and wire mesh packing are equivalent,and both are better than pall ring ***,the pressure drop of 3D packing is significantly lower than that of pall ring packing and wire mesh *** design and implementation of packing the development presented in this paper can be used to develop special structured packing for rotating bed,which can further improve the performance of rotating packed bed(RPB).

Preparation of steel slag porous sound-absorbing material using coal powder as pore former

The aim of the study was to prepare a porous sound-absorbing material using steel slag and fly ash as the main raw material, with coal powder and sodium silicate used as a pore former and binder respectively. The influence of the experimental conditions such as the ratio of fly ash, sintering temperature, sintering time, and porosity regulation on the performance of the porous sound-absorbing material was investigated. The results showed that the specimens prepared by this method had high sound absorption performance and good mechanical properties, and the noise reduction coefficient and compressive strength could reach 0.50 and 6.5 MPa, respectively. The compressive strength increased when the dosage of fly ash and sintering temperature were raised. The noise reduction coefficient decreased with increasing ratio of fly ash and reducing pore former, and first increased and then decreased with the increase of sintering temperature and time. The optimum preparation conditions for the porous sound-absorbing material were a proportion of fly ash of 50%（wt.%）, percentage of coal powder of 30%（wt.%）, sintering temperature of 1130°C,and sintering time of 6.0 hr, which were determined by analyzing the properties of the sound-absorbing material.
