Cloud manufacturing is emerging as a new manufacturing paradigm and an integrated technology.To adapt to the increasing challenges of the traditional manufacturing industry transforming toward service-oriented and innovative manufacturing,this paper proposes a product platform architecture based on cloud manufacturing.Firstly,a framework for the product platform for cloud manufacturing was built.The proposed architecture is composed of five layers:resource,cloud technology,cloud service,application,and user layers.Then,several key enabling technologies for forming the product platform were studied.Finally,the product platform for cloud manufacturing built by a company was taken as an application example to illustrate the architecture and functions of the system.The validity and superiority of the architecture were verified.

AIM:To identify mutations in the genes of a fourgeneration Chinese family with congenital membranous cataracts and investigate the morphologic changes and possible functional damage underlying the role of the mutant gene.METHODS:Whole exome analysis of thirteen members of a four-generation pedigree affected with congenital membranous cataracts was performed;co-segregation analysis of identified variants was validated by Sanger sequencing.All members underwent detailed physical and complete eye examinations.The physical changes caused by the mutation were analyzed in silico through homology modeling.The lens fiber block from a patient was observed under a scanning electron microscope(SEM).Cell membrane proteins and cytoplasmic proteins from the human lenses donated by one patient with cataract in this family and from the dislocated lens resulted from the penetrating ocular trauma of a patient unrelated with this family were extracted,and the expression and localization of MP20 and Cx46 were detected by Western blot(WB)assay in these proteins.RESULTS:A novel LIM2 heterozygous mutation(c.388 C>T,p.R130 C)was identified with congenital membranous cataracts inherited by an autosomal dominant(AD)pattern.Nystagmus and amblyopia were observed in all patients of this family,and exotropia and long axial length were observed in most patients.A/B ultrasound scan and ultrasound biomicroscopy revealed obvious thin crystalline lenses from 1.7 to 2.7 mm in central thickness in all cataract eyes.The bioinformatic analysis showed that the mutation was deleterious to the physiological function of LIM2-encoded MP20.Furthermore,by SEM,ultrastructure of the cataract nucleus showed that lens fiber cells(LFCs)remained morphologic characteristics of immature fiber cells,including flap cell surface with straight edges and lacking normal ball-and-socket joint boundaries,which implied that the differentiation of LFCs might be inhibited.Accumulation of MP20 and Cx46 in the cytoplasm was observed in the cytoplasm of the LFCs in human cataract

BACKGROUND The management of severe extravasation injuries is still controversial.Extravasation injuries can be treated in many ways.AIM To present a series of patients with severe extravasation injuries due to infusion who were managed with ethacridine lactate dressing combined with localized closure and phototherapy.METHODS In this study,we evaluated the data of eight patients,including six from the Department of Burn,one(with colorectal carcinoma)from the Veteran Cadre Department,and one(with leukemia)from the Hematology Department.Of these,three patients were male and five were female.Age of the patients ranged from 10 mo to 72 years,including two children(10 and 19 mo of age).In this study,the infusion was stopped immediately when the extravasation was identified.The extravasation event was managed routinely using a blocking solution.A ring-shaped localized closure was performed using the blocking agents.Moreover,ethacridine lactate dressing and phototherapy were applied for 3-5 d.RESULTS In this study,the drugs contained in the infusates were iodixanol,norepinephrine,alprostadil,amino acids,fat emulsion,cefoselis,cefoxitin,and potassium chloride+concentrated sodium chloride.All of the patients achieved complete healing after treatment and no obvious adverse reactions were observed.CONCLUSION The treatment of severe extravasation injuries using a combination of localized closure,ethacridine lactate dressing,and phototherapy resulted in satisfactory outcomes in patients.

20世纪由于非生态相关性的实验设计及不适宜的环境条件限制,爬行动物一直被人们误解为认知能力低下的脊椎动物。自21世纪始,动物认知领域迎来新契机,有关爬行动物认知的研究数量激增。现有的研究发现,爬行动物具有一系列不亚于哺乳动物和鸟类的认知技能,表现出空间记忆、社会学习、数质鉴别甚至工具使用等多方面的能力。近20年来,爬行动物凭借其丰富的物种数量、繁多的生殖策略、社会类群多样等优点逐渐走进研究人员视野,填补了动物认知领域的空白,有希望成为认知领域新的模式生物。本文针对近年来爬行动物认知研究的部分方向进行了总结和梳理,论述了爬行动物在认知研究的空间认知、数质鉴别、社会认知等方面作为模式生物的巨大潜力,并对爬行动物认知研究未来可能的发展方向提出了思考与展望。

Highly selective and eco-friendly dihydroisoquinoline synthesis via Cu/Co synergistic catalysis in Cu NPs@MOFs catalyst under mild conditions

3,4-Dihydroisoquinoline(DHIQ)is an important precursor used in the production of drugs for treating cancer,HIV,Alzheimer's disease,etc.Major studies on DHIQ synthesis show low catalytic selectivity due to the susceptible over-oxidation feedstock of1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline(THIQ),which often requires alkali co-catalysts.Therefore,it is desirable yet challenging to explore a highly selective and efficient oxydehydrogenation capacity for DHIQ synthesis under eco-friendly reaction conditions.Herein,a novel framework 1 was synthesized,exhibiting 1D channels with the size of 4.6 A×9.6 A and high solvent/p H/thermal stability.A stable framework allows it to encapsulate Cu nanoparticles(NPs)to form Cu NPs@1-x(x=1,2,3,and 4)with varying loading amounts of Cu NPs at 2.0 wt%,3.0 wt%,4.0 wt%,and 6.0 wt%,respectively.Cu NPs@1-3 could selectively catalyze the reaction from THIQ to DHIQ with a high selectivity of 98%and a recorded turnover frequency(TOF)of 22.1 h-1under eco-friendly mild conditions.The corresponding catalytic activity can maintain at least five recyclings and can be further applied to gram-scale experiments.Additionally,the efficient preparation of DHIQ catalyzed by Cu NPs@1-3 could be realized even under air conditions.Importantly,the anticancer molecule precursor synthesis of 6,7-dimethoxy-3,4-dihydroisoquinoline was also selectively catalyzed by Cu NPs@1-3.Mechanism investigations revealed that high catalytic performance can be attributed to the stable framework and the synergistic catalytic effect of the loaded Cu NPs and Co metal centers.More importantly,this work represents the first example of MOF catalysts for selectively thermo-catalytic DHIQ synthesis and demonstrates a simple approach to obtain efficient catalysts for selective oxydehydrogenation in the production of unsaturated compounds.

A double-sided silicon strip detector(DSSD)with active area of 48 mm x 48 mm and thickness of300μm has been developed. Each side of DSSD consists of48 strips, each with width of 0.9 mm and inter-strip separation of 0.1 mm. Electrical properties and detection performances including full depletion bias voltage, reverse leakage current, rise time, energy resolution and cross talk have been studied. At a bias of 80 V, leakage current in each strip is less than 15 nA, and rise time for alpha particle at 5157 keV is approximately 15 ns on both sides.Good energy resolutions have been achieved with0.65-0.80% for the junction strips and 0.85-1.00% for the ohmic strips. The cross talk is found to be negligible on both sides. The overall good performance of DSSD indicates its readiness for various nuclear physics experiments.

SiGe-based thermoelectric(TE)materials have gained increasing interests due to their low maintenance costs,environmental friendliness and long lifespan.However,the intrinsically high thermal conductivity of Si-based materials also results in poor TE properties.In this investigation,a zirconia(ZrO_(2))composite strategy was applied to an n-type SiGe alloy,tremendously elevating its TE performance.After mechanical alloying and spark plasma sintering(SPS)processes,the ZrO_(2)induced the formation of nanopores in the SiGe matrix via phosphorus adsorption.Moreover,such increase in porosity enhanced the phonon scattering and dramatically suppressed lattice thermal conductivity,from 2.83 to 1.59 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)at 873 K.Additionally,reduced phosphorus doping led to an increase in Seebeck coefficients and a relatively minor decrease in electrical conductivity,The power factor didn't deteriorate significantly,either,as its maximum of~3.43 mW·m^(-1-)K^(-2)was achieved at 873 K with(Si_(0.8)Ge_(0.2))_(0.097)P_(0.03)(ZrO_(2))_(0.003).In short,a peak figure of merit(ZT)of~1.27 at 873 K and an average ZT~0.7 from 323 to 873 K were obtained.This study demonstrates that the electrical and thermal transportation of SiGe material can be synergistically tuned by compositing ZrO_(2),illustrating a novel strategy to optimize the TE properties of bulk materials.

To design a propeller for ship power plant,the interaction between ship hull and propeller must be taken into account.The main concern is to apply the wake effect of ship stern on the propeller performance.In this paper,a coupled BEM(Boundary Element Method)/RANS(Renolds-Averaged Navier−Stokes)solver is used to simulate propeller behind the hull in the self-propulsion test.The motivation of this work is to develop a practical tool to design marine propulsion system without suffering long computational time.An unsteady boundary element method which is also known as panel method is chosen to estimate the propeller forces.Propeller wakes are treated using a time marching wake alignment method.Also,a RANS code coupled with VoF equation is developed to consider the ship motions and wake field effects in the problem.A coupling algorithm is developed to interchange ship wake field to the potential flow solver and propeller thrust to the RANS code.Based on the difference between hull resistance and the propeller thrust,a PI controller is developed to compute the propeller RPM in every time step.Verification of the solver is carried out using the towing tank test report of a 50 m oceanography research vessel.Wake factor and trust deduction coefficient are estimated numerically.Also,the wake rollup pattern of the propeller in open water is compared with the propeller in real wake field.

Review and comparison of methods and benchmarks for automatic modal identification based on stabilization diagram

Automatic modal identification via automatically interpreting the stabilization diagram provides key technique in bridge structural health monitoring.This paper reviews the progress in the area of automatic modal identification based on interpreting the stabilization diagram.The whole identification process is divided into four steps from establishing the stabilization diagram to removing the outliers in the identification results.The criteria and algorithms used in each step in the existing studies are carefully summarized and classified.Comparisons between typical methods in cleaning and interpreting the stabilization diagram are also conducted.Real structure benchmarks used in the existing studies to validate the proposed automatic modal identification methods are also summarized.Based on the review and comparison,the specific ratio method for cleaning the stabilization diagram,the hierarchical clustering method for interpreting the stabilization diagram and the adjusted boxplot for removing the outliers in the identification results are the most suitable methods for each step.The key point of automatic modal identification based on interpreting the stabilization diagram has also discussed,and it is recommended to pay more attention to cleaning the stabilization diagram.Future study about automatic modal identification under situation with very few sensors deployed should be more concerned.This review aims to help researchers and practitioners in implementing existing automatic modal identification algorithms effectively and developing more suitable and practical methods for civil engineering structures in the future.
