High-precision and real-time diagnosis of sucker rod pumping system(SRPS)is important for quickly mastering oil well *** learning-based method for classifying the dynamometer card(DC)of oil wells is an efficient diagnosis ***,the input of the DC as a two-dimensional image into the deep learning framework suffers from low feature utiliz.tion and high computational ***,different SRPSs in an oil field have various system parameters,and the same SRPS generates different DCs at different ***,there is heterogeneity in field data,which can dramatically impair the diagnostic *** solve the above problems,a working condition recognition method based on 4-segment time-frequency signature matrix(4S-TFSM)and deep learning is presented in this ***,the 4-segment time-frequency signature(4S-TFS)method that can reduce the computing power requirements is proposed for feature extraction of DC ***,the 4S-TFSM is constructed by relative normaliz.tion and matrix calculation to synthesiz. the features of multiple data and solve the problem of data ***,a convolutional neural network(CNN),one of the deep learning frameworks,is used to determine the functioning conditions based on the *** on field data verify that the proposed diagnostic method based on 4S-TFSM and CNN(4S-TFSM-CNN)can significantly improve the accuracy of working condition recognition with lower computational *** the best of our knowledge,this is the first work to discuss the effect of data heterogeneity on the working condition recognition performance of SRPS.

Extensive experimental studies have been performed on the Diels-Alder(DA)reactions in ionic liquids(ILs),which demonstrate that the IL environment can significantly influence the reaction rates and ***,the underlying microscopic mechanism remains *** this work,the multiscale reaction density functional theory is applied to explore the effect of 1-butyl-3-methylimidaz.lium hexafluorophosphate([BMIM][PF_(6)])solvent on the reaction of cyclopentadiene(CP)with acrolein,methyl acrylate,or *** analyz.ng the free energy landscape during the reaction,it is found that the polariz.tion effect has a relatively small influence,while the solvation effect makes both the activation free energy and reaction free energy *** addition,the rearrangement of local solvent structure shows that the cation spatial distribution responds more evidently to the reaction than the anion,and this indicates that the cation plays a dominant role in the solvation effect and so as to affect the reaction rates and selectivity of the DA reactions.

The climate in the Tibetan Plateau(TP)has undergone significant change in recent decades,mainly in thermal and water conditions,which plays a crucial role in phenological changes in vegetation spring ***,how the start of the thermal growing season(SOS-T)and the start of the rainy season(SORS)as key climatic factors affect vegetation green-up remains *** that these factors characteriz. thermal and water conditions required for vegetation green-up,this study investigated changes in the SOS-T and SORS from 1961 to 2022,using observation-based datasets with long time *** found that the SOS-T and SORS have advanced across the TP in 1961-2022 and have shown a spatial pattern of advancement in the east and delay in the west in ***,the co-effect of temperature and precipitation change on the start of vegetation growing season(SOS-V)in 2000-2022 was *** across TP,the SOS-V had an early onset of 1.3 d per decade during 2000-2022,corresponding to advanced SOS-T and ***,the SOS-V generally occurred nearly at the same time as the SOS-T in the high-altitude meadow region.A substantial delay in the SOS-V relative to the SOS-T was observed in the desert,shrub,grassland and forest regions and generally kept pace with the ***,for 50%of the vegetated regions on the TP,inter-annual variation in the delay in the SOS-V relative to the SOS-T was dominated by precipitation change,which was profound in warm-climate *** study highlights the co-regulation of precipitation and temperature change in the SOS-V in different vegetation cover regions in the TP,offering a scientific foundation for comprehending the impact of climate change and prospects for vegetation phenology on the TP.

In order to understand the mechanical properties and the fracture surface roughness characteristics of thermally damaged granite under dynamic splitting,dynamic Braz.lian splitting tests were conducted on granite samples after thermal treatment at 25,200,400,and 600℃.Results show that the dynamic peak splitting strength of thermally damaged granite samples increases with increasing strain rate,showing obvious strain‐rate *** increasing temperature,thermally induced cracks in granite transform from intergranular cracks to intragranular cracks,and to a transgranular crack *** induced damages reduce the dynamic peak splitting strength and the maximum absorbed energy while increasing the peak radial *** fracture mode of the thermally damaged granite under dynamic loads is mode Ⅱ splitting *** using the axial roughness index z. a,the distribution ranges of the wedge‐shaped failure z.nes and the tensile failure z.nes in the fracture surfaces under dynamic Braz.lian splitting can be effectively *** radial roughness index z.(2)^(r)is sensitive to the strain rate and *** shows a linear correlation with the peak splitting strength and the maximum absorbed energy and a linear negative correlation with the peak radial strain.z.(2)^(r)can be used to quantitatively estimate the dynamic parameters based on the models proposed.
