Take after the advantages of lithium-ion battery（LIB） and redox flow battery（RFB）, semi-solid flow battery（SSFB） is a promising electrochemical energy storage device in renewable energy utilization. The flowable slurry electrode realizes decouple of energy and power density,while it also brings about new challenge to SSFBs, electron transport between active material and the out circuit. In this consideration, three types of current collectors（ccs） are applied to study the resistance and electrochemical performances of slurry cathodes within pouch cells for the first time. It proves that the electronic resistance（Re） between slurry electrode and the cc plays a decisive role in SSFB operation, and it is so large when Al foil is adopted that the cell cannot even work. Contact angle between Ketjen black（KB） slurry without active material（AM） and the cc is a preliminarily sign for the Re, the smaller the angle, the lower the resistance, and the better electrochemical performance of the cell.

Background:The ergogenic effects of caffeine intake on exercise performance are well-established,even if differences exist among individuals in response to caffeine *** genetic variation of a specific gene,human cytochrome P450 enzyme 1A2(CYP1A2)(rs762551),may be one reason for this *** systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to comprehensively evaluate the influence of CYP1A2 gene types on athletes’exercise performance after caffeine ***:A literature search through 4 databases(Web of Science,PubMed,Scopus,and China National Knowledge Infrastructure)was conducted until March *** effect size was expressed as the weighted mean difference(WMD)by calculating fixed effects meta-analysis if heterogeneity was not significant(I^(2)≤50%and p≥0.1).Subgroup analyses were performed based on AA and AC/cc genotype of ***:The final number of studies meeting the inclusion criteria was 12(n=666 participants).The overall analysis showed that the cycling time trial significantly improved after caffeine intake(WMD=-0.48,95%confidence interval(95%CI):-0.83 to-0.13,p=0.007).In subgroup analyses,acute caffeine intake improved cycling time trial only in individuals with the A allele(WMD=-0.90,95%CI:-1.48 to-0.33,p=0.002),but not the C allele(WMD=-0.08,95%CI:-0.32 to 0.17,p=0.53).Caffeine supplementation did not influence the Wingate(WMD=8.07,95%CI:-22.04 to 38.18,p=0.60)or countermovement jump test(CMJ)performance(WMD=1.17,95%CI:-0.02 to 2.36,p=0.05),and these outcomes were not influenced by CYP1A2 ***:Participants with the CYP1A2 genotype with A allele improved their cycling time trials after caffeine ***,compared to placebo,acute caffeine supplementation failed to increase the Wingate or CMJ performance,regardless of CYP1A2 genotype.

Herein,we unveil the intelligent detection of multiple catechol isomers in complex environments utilizing both laser-induced graphene(LIG)and artificial neural network(ANN).The large scale-up manufacturing of LIG-based sensors(LIGS)with three-electrode configuration on polyimide(PI)is achieved by direct laser-writing and screen-printing *** LIGS shows excellent electrochemical performance toward catechol isomers,i.e.,hydroquinone(1,4-dihydroxybenzene,HQ),catechol(1,2-dihydroxybenzene,CT),and resorcinol(1,3-dihydroxybenzene,RC),with a low limit of detection(LOD)(cc,0.079μmol/L;HQ,0.093μmol/L;RC,1.18μmol/L).Moreover,the ANN model is developed for machine-intelligent to predict concentrations of catechol isomers under an interfering environment via a single *** six unique parameters extracted from the differential pulse voltammetry(DPV)response,the machine learning-based regression provides a coefficient of correlation with 0.998 and is able to correctly predict the total and individual concentrations in complex river ***,this work provides a guide for the preparation and application of LIGS via facile and cost-efficient mass production and the development of an intelligent sensing platform based on the ANN model.

Inspired by our previous studies to discover novel human immunodeficiency virus-1(HIV-1)nonnucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors(NNRTIs)by targeting the tolerant region II of the NNRTIs binding pocket(NNIBP),a series of novel benzo[4,5]thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine derivatives were designed through structure-based drug design as novel potent HIV-1 *** results showed that compound16b was the most active inhibitor,exhibiting 50% effective concentration(EC50)values from 0.021μmol/L to 0.298μmol/L against wild-type(WT)and a panel of NNRTIs-resistant HIV-1 ***,16b was demonstrated with a significantly low 50% cytotoxicity concentration(cc_(50))value(>200μmol/L)and high selectivity index(SI)*** addition,16b yielded moderate reverse transcriptase(RT)enzyme inhibition with a 50% inhibition concentration(IC_(50))value of 0.183μmol/L,which demonstrated that it acted as HIV-1 *** binding mode of 16b with RT was also illustrated via molecular ***,this work provided a novel lead compound for developing potent HIV-1 NNRTIs.

清代武陵民族地区稻作的生产、流通与消费

有清一代,尤其是改土归流后,武陵民族地区的稻作农业发展迅速,在分布、品种、技术、流通及消费等方面发生了显著变化,呈现出诸多新的特点。水稻种植主要集中于湘西南和黔东北地区,其他地区亦有一定的种植。水稻品种共计295个,以籼、粳稻为主,糯稻为辅,籼稻分布最广,粳稻主要分布于部分高海拔地区,糯稻则主要分布于苗族和侗族聚居区。随着稻作生产的发展,围绕选种育种、耕田整地、育秧移栽等环节形成了一套极富地域和民族特色的稻作生产技术体系。在稻米流通及消费方面,稻米流通主要有丰歉互济、贡奉朝廷、米谷贸易等方式,稻米消费地理分布不平衡,并呈现出明显的阶级性差异。

Nucleotide-binding site leucine-rich repeat receptors (NBS-LRR/NLRs) are crucial intracellular immune proteins in plants. Previous article reported a novel NLR protein SUT1 (SUPPRESSORS OF TOPP4-1, 1), which is involved in autoimmunity initiated by type one protein phosphatase 4 mutation (topp4-1) in Arabidopsis, however, its role in planta is still unclear. This study employed Nicotiana benthamiana, a model platform, to conduct an overall structural and functional analysis of SUT1 protein. The transient expression results revealed that SUT1 is a typical CNL (cc-NBS-LRR) receptor, both fluorescence data and biochemical results showed the protein is mainly anchored on the plasma membrane due to its N-terminal acylation site. Further truncation experiments announced that its cc (coiled-coil) domain possessed cell-death-inducing activity. The outcomes of point mutations analysis revealed that not only the cc domain, but also the full-length SUT1 protein, whose function and subcellular localization are influenced by highly conserved hydrophobic residues. These research outcomes provided favorable clues for elucidating the activation mechanism of SUT1.

肝淋巴上皮瘤样癌(Lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma,LELC)是一种极其罕见的恶性肿瘤,其特点是未分化的恶性上皮细胞及明显的淋巴浸润。肝LELC主要包括淋巴上皮瘤样肝细胞癌(lymphoepithelioma-like hepatocellularcarcinoma,LEL-Hcc)和淋巴上皮瘤样肝内胆管癌(lymphoepithelioma-likeintrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma,LEL-cc)。EB病毒(Epstein-Barr virus,EBV)感染被认为是LELC癌变的重要因素。中南大学湘雅医院自2005年以来共收治3例EBV相关LEL-cc患者,CT均提示肝脏肿块,经手术切除后,3例患者EBV编码的RNA(EBV-encoded RNA,EBER)和CK19表达均为阳性,病理学证实为EBV相关的LEL-cc。2例患者术后预后良好,1例患者术后接受相关免疫治疗及化学治疗。结合现有文献分析,笔者认为可将肝LELC纳入肝肿瘤的分类,这将为肝LELC的精准诊断及治疗提供新思路。

Electrocatalysis of CO_(2)reduction reaction is an effective way to convert CO_(2)into high value-added products,but the selectivity of Cu-based catalysts for C2+products needs to be improved due to the high energy barrier of C-C ***,a viable catalyst design strategy to decrease energy barrier of C-C coupling should be put ***,a nanocavity-enriched CuPd single atom alloy(CuPd SAA)catalyst is designed to promote cc coupling *** faradaic efficiency of CuPd SAA for ethylene and C_(2+)reaches 75.6%and 85.7%at-0.7 V versus reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE),*** on the results given by in situ characterization,the porous hollow structure dramatically increases the ratio of the linear-bond*CO,thus enhancing the faradaic efficiency for *** functional theory(DFT)calculation reveals that the Pd doping can regulate the electronic structure of neighboring Cu atoms to decrease the energy barrier of C-C coupling,further improving the faradaic *** work provides a new idea for designing catalyst with high selectivity for ethylene.
