Epoxy resins are cross-linked polymeric materials with typically low thermal ***,the introduction of rigid groups into epoxy resins is the main method to improve their intrinsic thermal *** researchers explored the relationship between the flexible chains of epoxy monomers and the thermal conductivity of the modified epoxy resins(MEP).The effect of flexible chain length on the introduction of rigid groups into the cross-linked structure of epoxy is worth investigating,which is of great significance for the improvement of thermal conductivity of polymers and related *** prepared a small molecule liquid crystal(SMLC)containing a long flexible chain via a simple synthesis reaction,and introduced rigid mesocrystalline units into the epoxy resin via a curing *** high-temperature curing,the introduced mesocrystalline units underwent orientational stacking and were immobilized within the *** and TGA tests showed that the ordering within the modified epoxy resin was increased,which improved the thermal conductivity of the epoxy ***,during the above process,the flexible chains of SMLC provide space for the biphenyl groups to align and therefore affect the thermal conductivity of the ***,the MEP-Ⅵcured with SMLC-Ⅵcontaining six carbon atoms in the flexible chain has the highest thermal conductivity of 0.40W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),which is 125%of the thermal conductivity of SMLC-IV of 0.32 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),111%of the thermal conductivity of SMLC-Ⅷof 0.36W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),and 182%of the thermal conductivity of pure epoxy of 0.22 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1).The introduction of appropriate length flexible chains for SMLC promotes the stacking of rigid groups within the resin while reducing the occurrence of chain *** study will provide new ideas for the enhancement of thermal conductivity of cross-linked polymeric materials.

Mornaphthoate E(MPE)is a prenylated naphthoic acid methyl ester isolated from the roots of a famous Chinese medicinal plant Morinda officinalis and shows remarkable cytotoxicity against several human tumor cell *** the current project,the first total synthesis of(±)-MPE was achieved in seven steps and 5.6%overall *** the in vitro anti-tumor activity of MPE was first assessed for both enantiomers in two breast cancer cells,with the levoisomer exerting slightly better *** in vivo anti-tumor effect was further verified by applying the racemate in an orthotopic autograft mouse ***,MPE exerted promising anti-metastasis activity both in vitro and in vivo and showed no obvious toxicity on mice at the therapeutic *** investigations demonstrated that MPE acted as a tubulin polymerization stabilizer and disturbed the dynamic equilibrium of microtubules via regulating PI3K/Akt *** conclusion,our work has provided a new chemical template for the future design and development of next-generation tubulin-targeting chemotherapies.

A Novel Search Engine for Internet of Everything Based on Dynamic Prediction

In recent years, with the rapid development of sensing technology and deployment of various Internet of Everything devices, it becomes a crucial and practical challenge to enable real-time search queries for objects, data, and services in the Internet of Everything. Moreover, such efficient query processing techniques can provide strong facilitate the research on Internet of Everything security issues. By looking into the unique characteristics in the IoE application environment, such as high heterogeneity, high dynamics, and distributed, we develop a novel search engine model, and build a dynamic prediction model of the IoE sensor time series to meet the real-time requirements for the Internet of Everything search environment. We validated the accuracy and effectiveness of the dynamic prediction model using a public sensor dataset from Intel Lab.

A Novel Resource Allocation Method in Ultra-Dense Network Based on Noncooperation Game Theory

In ultra-dense networks(UDNs), large-scale deployment of femto base stations is an important technique for improving the network throughput and quality of service(QoS). In this paper, a multidimensional resource allocation algorithm based on noncooperation game theory is proposed to manage the resource allocation in UDNs, including transmission point association, user channels, and power. The algorithm derives a multidimensional resource optimization model and converts into a noncooperation game model according to the analysis of transmission point association user channel and power allocation. The algorithm includes two phases: transmission point association, and channel and power allocation. Then, feasible domain and discrete variables relaxation approaches are introduced to derive an approximate optimal multidimensional resource allocation solution with low complexity. Simulation results show that this method has some advantages in suppressing interference and improves the overall system throughput, while ensuring the QoS of femtocell users.

We selected 106 hemiplegic patients with shoulder pain hospitalized after stroke from three hospi- tals in Nanjing, China between February 2007 and January 2012. All patients had complete clinical data sets and accounted for 45.5% of the inpatients because of stroke. Results showed that the number of patients with hemiplegic shoulder pain post stroke increased yearly, attacking mainly males 50-69 years of age. Of 106 patients, there were 60 cases （56.6%） of adhesive capsulitis, 19 （17.9%） of shoulder subluxation, 14 （13.2%） of complex regional pain syndrome, and 13 （12.6%） of central pain. The main symptoms were shoulder pain （100%）, limit of shoulder mobility （98.1%）, and adhesion of the scapula （56.6%）. MRI of the shoulder showed tendon and ligament lesions （57.1%） and rotator cuff tear （38.1%）. 53.8% of central pain was related to the thalamus, in addition to the basal ganglia, brain stem, and cerebellopontine angle. Shoulder pain, upper limb motor function, and function independence were significantly improved after comprehensive rehabilitation. In par- ticular, electroacupuncture based on basic physical therapy exhibited efficacy on shoulder subluxa- tion and complex regional pain syndrome. Multiple linear regression results showed a negative re- lationship of efficacy of pain management with the attack period of shoulder pain, involvement of the posterior limb of the internal capsule, and duration between onset and rehabilitation treatment, but a positive correlation with pain-related education, pain regression period, and pain diagnosis.

Hundreds of thousands of experimental data sets of nuclear reactions have been systematically collected,and their number is still growing *** data and their correlations compose a complex system,which underpins nuclear science and *** model the nuclear reaction data as weighted evolving networks for the purpose of data verification and *** networks are employed to study the growing cross-section data of a neutron induced threshold reaction(n,2n)and photoneutron *** the networks,the nodes are the historical data,and the weights of the links are the relative deviation between the data *** is found that the networks exhibit small-world behavior,and their discovery processes are well described by the Heaps *** makes the networks novel is the mapping relation between the network properties and the salient features of the database:the Heaps exponent corresponds to the exploration efficiency of the specific data set,the distribution of the edge-weights corresponds to the global uncertainty of the data set,and the mean node weight corresponds to the uncertainty of the individual data *** new perspective to understand the database will be helpful for nuclear data analysis and compilation.
