The title compound, [Zn（AIP）（4,4-bipy）0.5（H2O）]n·0.75nH2O 1, was synthesized via the hydrothermal reaction of Zn（OAc）2 with 5-aminoisophthalic acid （H2AIP） and characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectra. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 12.672（1）, b = 7.6557（4）, c = 16.181（1）A, β = 109.187（2）°, V = 1482.6（2）A^3, Z = 1, C52H52N8O23Zn4, Mr = 1418.58, Dc = 1.589 g/cm^3, F（000） = 724 and μ（MoKα） = 1.685mm-1. The final R = 0.0702 and wR = 0.1524 for 1847 observed reflections with Ⅰ〉 2σ（Ⅰ）, and R = 0.0873 and wR = 0.1664 for all data. X-ray diffraction studies reveal that the title compound has an interesting 2D microporous architecture with guest water molecules inside the channel.

The title compound, [Co（C7N2H7O2）2]n·nH2O 1, was synthesized via the hydrothermal reaction of Co（OAc）2 with 3,5-diaminobenzoic acid and characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectra. The crystal crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 7.456（3）, b = 9.972（3）, c = 10.391（3）A, β= 106.435（2）°, V = 741.0（4） A^3, Z = 2, C14H16CoN4O5, Mr = 379.24, Dc = 1.700 g/cm^3, F（000） = 390 and μ（MoKa） = 1.194 mm^-l. The final R = 0.0324 and wR = 0.0886 for 1516 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I） and R = 0.0337 and wR = 0.0899 for all data. X-ray diffraction studies reveal that the title compound has an interesting 3D microporous architecture with guest water molecules inside the channel. Each Co atom, adopting a distorted octahedral geometry, is coordinated by two O atoms from two 3,5-diaminobenzoate ligands and four N atoms from four symmetry-related 3,5-diaminobenzoate ligands.

A new zinc polymer, {Zn（O2CC12H8CO2）（H2O）}, or {Zn（DPHA）（H2O）}n （O2CC12H8CO2, DPHA = 1,1′ -biphenyl-2,2′-dicarboxylate dianion） has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 12.8418（5）, b = 5.9505（2）, c = 17.2989（5） A, β = 104.020（2）°, V = 1282.52（8） A^3, C14H10O5Zn, Mr= 323.61, Z = 4, Dc = 1.676 g/cm^3,μ = 1.930 mm^-1, F（000） = 656, R = 0.0766 and wR = 0.1871 for 1775 observed reflections （I 〉 2σ（I））. It consists of Zn2（DPHA）2（H2O）2 units, which are further extended into a one-dimensional double helical-chain polymer via Zn-O bonding. The hydrogen bonding interactions extend the helical chains into a two-dimensional layer structure.

Anodal transcranial direct current stimulation(AtDCS)has been shown to alleviate cognitive impairment in an APP/PS1 model of Alzheimer’s disease in the preclinical ***,this enhancement was only observed immediately after AtDCS,and the long-term effect of AtDCS remains *** this study,we treated 26-week-old mouse models of Alzheimer’s disease in the preclinical stage with 10 AtDCS sessions or sham *** Morris water maze,novel object recognition task,and novel object location test were implemented to evaluate spatial learning memory and recognition memory of *** blotting was used to detect the relevant protein *** changes were observed using immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence *** weeks after treatment,the mice subjected to AtDCS sessions had a shorter escape latency,a shorter path length,more platform area crossings,and spent more time in the target quadrant than sham-stimulated *** mice subjected to AtDCS sessions also performed better in the novel object recognition and novel object location tests than sham-stimulated ***,AtDCS reduced the levels of amyloid-β42 and glial fibrillary acidic protein,a marker of astrocyte activation,and increased the level of neuronal marker NeuN in hippocampal *** findings suggest that AtDCS can improve the spatial learning and memory abilities and pathological state of an APP/PS1 mouse model of Alzheimer’s disease in the preclinical stage,with improvements that last for at least 6 weeks.

The thermal decomposition behavior of composite modified double-base（CMDB） propellant containing cyclotrimethylene trinitramine（RDX） was studied via a Calvet microcalorimeter at five different heating rates. The activation energy（E） and the pre-exponential factor（A） of two obvious exothermic processes were obtained by Kissinger＇s method and Ozawa＇s method. The entropy of activation（△S^≠）, the enthalpy of activation（△H^≠）, and the free energy of activation（△G^≠） of the first stage were calculated. To evaluate the thermal hazard of the RDX-CMDB propellant, the critical temperature of thermal explosion（Tb）, the self acceleration decomposition temperature（Tsgox）, the adiabatic decomposition temperature increment（ATad） and the time-to-explosion of adiabatic system（t） were presented as 145.3 ℃, 138.15 ℃, 1634 K and 583.71 s（n=0） and 586.28 s（n=1）, respectively.

Objective Bufonis Venenum（toad venom） is always used for analgesia in China from ancient to modern times. Bufalin, a non-peptide toxin extracted from Bufonis Venenum, are considered as one of the analgesic components. However, the molecular mechanism underlying the anti-nociceptive effects of bufalin remains unclear. Methods In the present study, we investigated the pharmacological effects of bufalin on painrelated ion channels as well as animal models through patch clamp, calcium imaging and animal behavior observation. Results（1） Using the whole-cell recording, bufalin caused remarkable suppressive effect on the peak currents of voltage-gated sodium channels（VGSCs） of dorsal root ganglion neuroblastoma ND7-23 cell in a dose-dependent manner. Bufalin prompted the voltage-dependent activation and caused a negative shift on the fast inactivation of VGSCs. The recovery kinetics of VGSCs were significantly slowed and recovery proportion were reduced after administering bufalin.（2） But bufalin produced insignificant effect not only on voltage-dependent Kv4.2, Kv4.3 and BK channels heteroexpressed in HEK293 T cells, but also on the capsaicin and allyl isothiocyanate（AITC） induced Ca2+ influx.（3） What’s more, bufalin could observably relieve formalin-induced spontaneous flinching and licking response as well as carrageenan-induced mechanical and thermal hyperalgesia in dose-dependent manner, which was in agreement with the results of in vitro experiments. Conclusion The present results suggest that the remarkable anti-nociceptive effects produced by bufalin are probably ascribed to its specific modulation of voltage-gated Na+ channels. It inhibited the VGSCs in a dosedependent manner, which provide references for the optimal dose selection of analgesia drugs.

AIM: To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of polypoid lesions of gallbladder (PLG) among the health examinees in the Shanghai region, China. METHODS: A total of 11 816 subjects who underwent health examinations in our hospital between August 2010 and February 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Among them, there were 7174 men and 4642 women. PLG was diagnosed by the real-time ultrasonography. Those with the body mass index (BMI) ≥ 28 were considered to be obese. Blood biochemical indices were detected with the fully automatic biochemical analyzer and hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) was tested by the automated enzyme immunoassay. The correlations between the prevalence of PLG and age, sex, BMI, serum cholesterol (T-Cho), triglycerides (TG),blood sugar, HBsAg, high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C), gallstone and fatty liver were investigated. After univariate analysis of 11 variables, stepwise logistic regression analysis was performed to explore the risk factors of PLG. RESULTS: There was a significant difference in sex, T-Cho, HBsAg, HDL-C, LDL-C and fatty liver between the PLG-positive group and the PLG-negative group (332/163 vs 6842/4479, P = 0.003; 22/473 vs 295/11 026, P =0.013; 92/403 vs 993/10 328, P = 0.001; 47/448 vs 332/10 989, P = 0.001; 32/463 vs 381/10 940, P = 0.001; 83/412 vs 3260/8061, P = 0.001). No significant difference was found in the age, BMI, TG, blood sugar and gallstone between the two groups (47.3 ± 26 vs 45.1 ± 33, P = 0.173; 59/436 vs 1097/10 224, P = 0.102; 52/443 vs 982/10 339, P = 0.158; 17/478 vs 295/11 026, P = 0.26; 24/471 vs 395/10 926, P = 0.109). Logistic regression analysis showed that the sex, HBsAg and HDL-C were independent risk factors for the development of PLG in a descending order of HDL-C > HBsAg > sex. CONCLUSION: In healthy people, the male gender, positive HBsAg, and low HDL-C confer higher risks of PLG development.
