AIM： Microcirculatory dysfunction and free oxygen radicals are important factors in the pathogenesis of severe acute pancreatitis. Additional oxygen delivery might enhance lipid peroxidation but may also improve pancreatic microcirculation. This study assesses the effect of free cellular bovine hemoglobin on the formation of oxygen radicals and microcirculation in a rodent model of severe acute pancreatitis. METHODS： Fifteen minutes after induction of acute pancreatitis Wistar rats received either 0.8 mL bovine hemoglobin （HBOC-200）, hydroxyethyl starch （HES） or 2.4 mL of normal saline to ensure normovolemic substitution. After 6 h of examination the pancreas was excised and rapidly processed for indirect measurement of lipid peroxidation products malondialdehyde （MDA） and reduced glutathione （gSH） in pancreatic tissue. RESULTS： The single application of HBOC-200 improved pancreatic microcirculation and reduced histopathological tissue damage significantly. Tissue concentration of MDA did not differ between the groups. Also no differences in gSH levels were detected.CONCLUSION： Though the single application of HBOC-200 and HES improve pancreatic microcirculation, no differences in lipid peroxidation products were detected. The beneficial effect of additional oxygen supply （HBOC-200） does not lead to enhanced lipid peroxidation.

AIM： To determine the expression of L1 in pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor and to correlate it with WHO classification of this tumor. METHODS： We retrospectively analyzed L1 expression in 63 cases of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor by immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections of primary tumors or metastases. Staining was performed by peroxidase technique with monoclonal antibody U3127.11 against human L1. All tumors were classified according to WHO classification as well-differentiated neuroendo- crine tumors and carcinomas or poorly-differentiated neuroendocrine carcinomas. RESULTS： LI was detected in 5 （7.9%） of 63 pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. Four （44.4%） of 9 poorlydifferentiated carcinomas expressed L1. In contrast, only 1 （1.9%） of 54 well-differentiated tumors or carcinomas was positive for LI. No expression was found in Langerhans islet cells of normal pancreatic tissue. Cross table analysis showed a significant association between L1 expression and classification of neuroendocrine tumors of the pancreas （P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION： L1 is specifically expressed in poorlydifferentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine carcinomas that are known to have the worst prognosis. L1 might be a marker for risk prediction of patients diagnosed with pancreatic neuroendocrine carcinomas.

Let g be a complex connected reductive group. Losev has shown that a smooth affine spherical g-variety X is uniquely determined by its weight monoid, which is the set of irreducible representations of g that occur in the coordinate ring of X. In this paper we use a combinatorial characterization of the weight monoids of smooth affine spherical varieties to classify：（a） all such varieties for g = SL（2） × C~×and（b） all such varieties for g simple which have a g-saturated weight monoid of full rank. We also use the characterization and Knop＇s classification theorem for multiplicity free Hamiltonian manifolds to give a new proof of Woodward＇s result that every reflective Delzant polytope is the moment polytope of such a manifold.

We report differential measurements of Ar+ ion momentum distributions from nonsequential double ionization in phase-stabilized few-cycle laser *** distributions depend strongly on the carrierenvelope(CE)*** control over the CE phase one is able to direct the nonsequential doubleionization *** analysis through a classical model calculation reveals that the influence of the optical phase enters via(i)the cycle dependent electric field ionization rate,(ii)the electron recoilision time,and(iii)the accessible phase space for inelastic *** model indicates that the combination of these effects allows a look into single cycle dynamics already for few-cycle pulses.

目的　研究经颅重复磁刺激 (rTMS)对人脑运动皮层兴奋性的影响。方法　 5Hz× 30次或 1 5Hz× 30次rTMS ,以相当于 1 2 0 %静止运动阈值的强度 ,作用于 1 2名青壮年志愿者 ,并利用成对的条件检测刺激方法检验rTMS对皮层内抑制 (ICI)及皮层内易化 (ICF)的影响。结果　 1 5HzrTMS显著抑制ICI达 3 4min ,兴奋ICF达 1 5min ,而运动阈值仅被降低约 30s。 5HzrTMS仅显著抑制ICI30s ,而对ICF及运动阈值无影响。
