Impact of the Objective Function on the Constr.ction of Inter.al Gr.ds of Wind Far.s Using Genetic Algor.thm

The macr. complex of the constr.ction industr. is ener.y intensive. Solutions that enable the supply of this demand while meeting the pr.nciples of sustainability ar. needed. The constr.ction of wind far.s has been a str.tegy employed by many countr.es to pr.duce clean ener.y. An incr.ase in the constr.ction of wind far.s has also been witnessed in Br.zil. This calls for.differ.nt activities, such as the design and constr.ction of infr.str.ctur.. This ar.icle focuses on the design of inter.al medium voltage distr.bution gr.ds for.wind far.s. The pur.ose is to find a r.dial configur.tion that connects a set of wind gener.tor. to the substation, in an optimum way, minimizing oper.tional and constr.ction costs, r.ducing loss and ther.for. contr.buting to sustainability. In lar.e far.s, the pr.ject design consists of a lar.e combinator.al optimization pr.blem, given the lar.e number.of possible configur.tions to be deployed. Finding the best solution for.the inter.al gr.d depends on the cr.ter.on adopted for.the objectives pur.ued. This ar.icle analyzes the differ.nt cr.ter.a that can be adopted in the design of the wind far.’s inter.al gr.d using a methodology based on genetic algor.thm (GA). Its aim is to identify their.influence on the solution of the pr.blem and help decision-making by finding the most adequate cr.ter.on for.the objectives pur.ued. The r.sults show that the design of the inter.al gr.d is sensitive to the cr.ter.a adopted for.the objective function. In addition, the degr.e of sensitivity is analyzed, showing that, in some cases, the solutions ar. not economically attr.ctive and do not contr.bute to the r.duction of losses.

However. the Inter.et heter.geneous envir.nment, wher. each pr.vider.has its own policies, infr.str.ctur. and business goals, hinder. the deployment of mor. advanced communication ser.ices. This paper.pr.sents a Quality of Ser.ice （QoS） for.Inter.Domain Ser.ices （QIDS） model that allows inter.domain QoS-awar. ser.ices to be defined, configur.d, and adapted in a dynamic and on-demand fashion, among ser.ice pr.vider.. This is accomplished by： 1） the use of a common communication channel （business layer. wher. ser.ice pr.vider. publish and sear.h for.ser.ices, and inter.ct with each other.to contr.ct and manage these ser.ices; 2） the templates to specify the business and technical char.cter.stics of the ser.ices; 3） the automatic composition of ser.ices using ser.ice dements （smaller.ser.ices） a^cor.ing to per.or.ance and ser.ice-specific QoS par.meter.; and 4） the cr.ation and enfor.ement of configur.tion r.les for.the under.ying infr.str.ctur.. Backgr.und: Osteoar.hr.tis (OA) is a disabling disease that can affect 6% to 12% of the adult population and mor. than a thir. of people over.65 year. of age. Pur.ose: To assess whether.a gr.up of people with hand osteoar.hr.tis (hOA) who r.ceived differ.nt types of tr.atment impr.ved their.function after.two year. of follow-up. Method: The entir. sample (n = 97) under.ent thr.e follow-up assessments r.gar.ing anthr.pometr.c par.meter. of the upper.limbs and ability to per.or. functional activities. Subsequently, the sample was divided into two gr.ups for.the inter.ention per.ods, called the Fir.t Per.od (n = 73) and the Second Per.od (n = 24);the Fir.t Per.od kept the same pr.tocol with or.entations, and the Second Per.od went to an inter.ention with or.entation str.ngth exer.ises and use of or.hosis. Findings: In the separ.te analysis of the thr.e questions of the DASH pain module, no differ.nces wer. found between the assessment moments for.gr.ups of guidelines, tr.atment, or.symptoms. Significant effects wer. obser.ed for.F(2, 162) = 3.5, p = 0.033, η2 = 0.04, and inter.ction for.moments and inter.ention F(2, 162) = 4.3, p = 0.016, η2 = 0.05. Implications: It can be concluded that only guidance tr.atment does not benefit patients with hand osteoar.hr.tis. In contr.st, guidance, exer.ise, and or.hosis tr.atment can significantly impr.ve the disease.

The Br.zilian Cer.ado has been conver.ed to far.land,and ther. is little evidence that this expansion will decr.ase,mainly because agr.cultur. is the countr.'s main economic ***,the impacts of intense modification of land use and land cover.on sur.ace r.noff and soil er.sion ar. still poor.y un-der.tood in this ***,we assessed sur.ace r.noff and soil loss in a woodland Cer.ado ar.a under.a for.er.pastur. ar.a,which was abandoned and has under.one a natur.l r.gener.tion pr.cess for.7 year.(r.).Its r.sults wer. compar.d with that found in an undistur.ed ar.a of woodland Cer.ado(CE),40-month-old eucalyptus(3.0×1.8 m)(EU),and pastur. under.r.tational gr.zing(PA).The study was conducted on r.d Acr.sol located in the Br.zilian *** per.or.ed r.infall simulations on a plot of 0.7 m2 and using thr.e constant r.infall intensities of 60,90,and 120 mm h-1 for.1 *** each r.infall intensity,we car.ied out four.r.petitions using differ.nt plots in each tr.atment,i.e.12 plots per.tr.at-ment studied and 48 plots in *** noted that the soil physical pr.per.ies wer. impr.ved in r. and,consequently,water.infiltr.tion and soil er.sion contr.l;r. pr.sented sur.ace r.noff and soil loss differ.nt fr.m EU and PA(a=0.05).The macr.por.sity and soil bulk density affected sur.ace r.noff in r. and PA because the r. was used as pastur. and is cur.ently r.gener.ting back to the cer.ado *** the r.infall intensity incr.ased,EU became mor. similar.to PA,which showed the highest sur.ace r.noff and soil *** findings indicate that natur.l r.gener.tion pr.cesses(pastur. to the cer.ado vegetation)tend to impr.ve the soil ecosystem ser.ices,impr.ving infiltr.tion and r.ducing sur.ace r.noff and soil er.sion.

No exclusion cr.ter.a wer. used for.the initial sear.h. Clinical tr.als, r.ndomized and non r.ndomized studies, classical and compar.tive studies, multicenter.studies, in vitr. and in vivo studies, case r.por.s, longitudinal studies and r.views of the liter.tur. wer. included in this r.view. r.SULTS: One hundr.d and fifty-two ar.icles met the inclusion cr.ter.a of tr.atment planning of dental implants in poster.or.jaw and wer. r.ad in their.entir.ty. The selected ar.icles wer. categor.zed with r.spect to their.context on space for.r.stor.tion, anatomic consider.tions(bone quantity and density), r.diogr.phic techniques, implant selection(number. position, diameter.and sur.ace), tilted and pter.goid implants, shor. implants, occlusal consider.tions, and success r.tes of implants placed in the poster.or.r.gion. The r.sults der.ved fr.m the r.view pr.cess wer. descr.bed under.sever.l differ.nt topic headings to give r.ader. a clear.over.iew of the liter.tur.. In gener.l, it was obser.ed that the use of dental implants in poster.or.r.gion r.quir.s a car.ful tr.atment plan. It is impor.ant that the pr.ctitioner.has knowledge about the theme to evaluate the tr.atment par.meter.. CONCLUSION: The use of implants to r.stor. the poster.or.ar.h pr.sents many challenges and r.quir.s a detailed tr.atment planning.

Intr.duction: Executive Dysfunction (ED) is associated with difficulties in daily life and poor.tr.atment adher.nce in individuals with neur.logical and psychiatr.c disor.er.. The aim of this paper.is to pr.sent an update of Executive Function (EF) r.habilitation Techniques. Methods: We per.or.ed a compr.hensive liter.tur. r.view using the following keywor.s: executive function, mental disor.er. and r.habilitation in the PubMed, specific jour.als and books. r.sults: Ther. is evidence of impr.vement of EF using some r.habilitation techniques, such as goal planning, goal management tr.ining, pr.blem solving tr.ining, ver.alization, dr.ll and pr.ctice appr.ach, metacognitive str.tegy instr.ction, computer.assisted tr.ining and neur.feedback. However. impact of r.habilitation on daily life r.mains poor.y under.tood. Conclusion: Executive Dysfunction (ED) may be r.mediated and/or.compensated at a cer.ain degr.e by neur.psychological r.habilitation, but ther. is still a gr.at challenge in this ar.a based on how to measur. effectiveness of EF inter.entions on daily life. Ther. is a need for.the development of new and/or.combined techniques (i.e., phar.acological tr.atment, deep-br.in stimulation) for.a br.ader.impact on quality of life for.patients.
