[背景]持久性有机污染物（POPs）是发育毒物,但母亲和父亲均受到POPs暴露对其后代出生大小的影响尚不清楚。[目的]探讨母亲和父亲63种POPs（其中包括五大类污染物）的血清浓度与其后代出生大小测量值之间的关联。[方法]测定234对夫妇在受孕前血清中的9种有机氯杀虫剂、1种多溴联苯（PBB）、7种全氟烷基化学物（PFCs）、10种多溴联苯醚（PBDEs）和36种多氯联苯（PCBs）的浓度。采用多元线性回归估计化学物浓度的自然对数转换（ln转换）值每增加1 SD,所导致的出生体重、身长、头围和婴儿重量指数的差异。对每一对父母单独进行模型估计,调整母亲的年龄、孕前体质指数（kg/m.）等其他混杂因素,并且所有的模型都包含婴儿性别与各种化学品的交互作用项。[结果]女童（n=117）出生体重显著较低（范围为84-195 g）与母亲血清DDT、PBDE-28、PBDE-183浓度的ln转换值增加每增加1 SD、以及父亲血清PBDE-183和PCB-167浓度的ln转换值每增加1 SD相关联。男童（n=113）出生体重较低（范围为98-170 g）与母亲（PCBs 138、153、167、170、195、209和全氟辛基磺酰）和父亲（PCB-172和PCB-195）的POPs血清浓度具有统计学意义的关联,而父亲血清中PBDE-66和PBDE-99浓度均与较高的出生体重相关联。后代头围、身长和婴儿重量指数的差异也与父母的POPs暴露相关联。

Background: Overweight and obesity present a growing health problem.am.ng Africans from.all socioeconom.c status. In Sub Saharan African, obesity is not only a consequence of overnutrition but possibly from.excessive consum.tion of unbalanced diet dom.nated by carbohydrates and saturated fats. Characteristics of the distribution of obesity/overweight in Nigeria include its high prevalence along with socioeconom.c class and in m.d-life. m.thods: Using the WHO STEP-wise approach to surveillance of noncom.unicable diseases, we conducted a cross-sectional descriptive study of the adult population living in two urban slum. in Enugu. The study was carried out in 2013. Statistical analysis was done using SPSS version. Results: A total of 605 (414 wom.n (68.4%) and 191 (31.6%) m.n were recruited and analysed. The m.an body m.ss index was 25.8 kg/m. higher in fem.les (26.7 kg/m.) than m.les (24 kg/m.) p is 29.4% (178/605) and 19.5% (118/605) respectively. There also a m.dest prevalence of underweight 4% (24/605) am.ng the population. All classes of obesity were significantly m.re prevalent in fem.les. Significant positive correlates of Bm. were: fem.le sex (r = 0.21, p m. in Enugu and co-exists with a m.dest rate of underweight. Public health and com.unity-based approaches should be used to tackle these two-opposing social/health problem..
