Array(ALMA),the.QUARKS surve.,standing for“Que.ying Unde.lying me.hanisms of massive.star formation with ALMA-Re.olve. gas Kine.atics and Structure.”,is obse.ving 139 massive.starforming clumps at ALMA Band 6(λ~1.3 mm).This pape. introduce. the.Atacama Compact Array(ACA)7 m data of the.QUARKS surve.,de.cribing the.ACA obse.vations and data *** multiwave.e.gth data,we.provide.the.first e.ition of QUARKS atlas,offe.ing insights into the.multiscale.and multiphase.inte.ste.lar me.ium in high-mass star *** ACA 1.3 mm catalog include. 207 continuum source. that are.calle. Case.Re.ort: We.re.ort the.case.of a 36-ye.r-old with se.e.e.scoliosis status post re.air ove. a de.ade.ago, ne.rofibromatosis type.I, and a known large.me.ingoce.e.in the.le.t thoracic cavity, pre.e.ting with ne. acute.re.piratory compromise. She.was take. to the.ope.ating room for a lumbope.itone.l shunt, but the.ope.ation was aborte. due.to he. se.e.e.spinal de.ormity. Two days late., she.succe.sfully unde.we.t a proce.ure.for ve.triculope.itone.l shunt place.e.t. Upon discharge.a we.k late., the.patie.t was he.odynamically stable. able.to move.all e.tre.itie. with good stre.gth, and de.onstrate. improve. oxyge.ation. In the.following 7 months, the.patie.t de.onstrate. continue. minimal re.uire.e.t on nasal cannula, and MRI showe. a stable.le.t thoracic giant me.ingoce.e. She.was administe.e. by TPA be.ause.she.was thought to have.an ische.ic stroke.and intracranial CT showe. no he.orrhage. Howe.e., he. ne.rological condition continue. to de.line. and MRI of he. ce.vical spine.re.e.le. a large.spontane.us e.idural he.atoma. Subse.ue.tly, the.patie.t unde.we.t e.e.ge.cy surge.y. Conclusions: TPA administration to spinal e.idural he.atoma (Se.) patie.ts is dange.ous. Be.ause.ce.vical e.idural he.atomas can mimic stroke. the.atte.ding me.ical staff ne.ds to e.e.cise.vigilance.in diagnosis. The.intricate.anatomy of the.corpus cave.nosum in both the.flaccid and tume.ce.t state.has not be.n fully e.ucidate.. We.re.ort our e.pe.ie.ce.using a thre.-dime.sional （3D） scanne. to re.onstruct cadave.ic casts and compare.the. with 3D image. of two prototype. of pe.ile.prosthe.is. Two diffe.e.t mode.s of the.Titan Coloplast inflatable.pe.ile.prosthe.is we.e.analyze. using a 3D scanne.. The.first was the.standard mode. and the.se.ond was a ne.e. mode. with a rounde. silicone.tip. Two cadave.ic phalluse. we.e.harve.te. using Smooth-Cast 300Q polyure.hane.molding. The.molds we.e.e.cise. and scanne. along side.the.pe.ile.prosthe.is. 3D scans we.e.comple.e. and analyze. using Le.os Me.h software. and GOM Inspe.t software. The.3D scans de.onstrate. the.me.n human corporal radii 2 mm from the.distal tip to be.36.51 mm （36.01-37.0 mm）, which is an obtuse.angle. The.standard Titan pe.ile.prosthe.is sphe.ical radius at the.same.le.e. was 202.52 mm, while.the.ne. silicone.tip prosthe.is had a radius of 139.33 mm. 3D mapping furthe. de.onstrate. the.traje.tory of the.cave.nosa appe.re. curviline.r and the.distal e.ds appe.re. blunt. The.use.of cadave.ic cave.nosal molds in combination with the.3D scanne. allowe. us to accurate.y image.the.corpus cave.nosum for the.first time. Our findings sugge.t that anatomically accurate.corporal tips appe.r to be.re.ative.y blunt and that the.ne. Titan silicone.tip pe.ile.prosthe.is more.close.y re.e.ble. the.human corporal tip.

Mutations in MyBPC are.strongly associate. with the.he.rt dise.se.familial hype.trophic cardiomyopathy (FHC) and the.e.e.pe.ime.ts of nature.have.provide. some.insight into the.intricate.workings of this prote.n in the.he.rt. While.some.re.ions of the.MyBPC mole.ule.have.be.n assigne. a function in the.re.ulation of muscle.contraction, the.inte.action of othe. re.ions with various parts of the.myosin mole.ule.and the.sarcome.ic prote.ns, actin and titin, re.ain obscure.
