中国户籍登记系统存在漏登人口问题,但政府部门尚未开展户籍漏登估计工作.联合国统计司建议各国采用的单重漏登估计量未覆盖全部漏登人口,低估漏登率.本文提出用合成漏登估计量替代单重漏登估计量,并通过案例研究,比较了合成漏登估计量... 详细信息

中国户籍登记系统存在漏登人口问题,但政府部门尚未开展户籍漏登估计工作.联合国统计司建议各国采用的单重漏登估计量未覆盖全部漏登人口,低估漏登率.本文提出用合成漏登估计量替代单重漏登估计量,并通过案例研究,比较了合成漏登估计量与单重漏登估计量.实证研究结果表明:四种合成漏登估计量估计的漏登率均高于单重漏登估计量;除其中一种合成漏登估计量估计的漏登率的抽样标准差略高于单重漏登估计量外,其他三种合成漏登估计量估计结果的抽样标准差均小于单重漏登估计量.研究结果为统计局和公安部未来制定户籍登记系统漏登估计方案提供重要参考,提高方案的科学性和可操作性.

Qua.tita.ively, the study a.a.yzes responses from 1248 pa.ticipa.ts using structura. equa.ion modeling (SEM), exploring intera.tions between technologica. fa.tors like perceived usefulness a.d tra.spa.ency, psychologica. fa.tors including perceived risk a.d doma.n expertise, a.d orga.iza.iona. fa.tors such a. lea.ership support a.d ethica. a.counta.ility. 针对退役动力电池应用于不同场景的经济性问题，提出了一种考虑多因素电池容量衰减的动力电池梯次利用及其优化控制方法。综合考虑放电深度、电池荷电水平以及电池自放电造成的容量衰减，建立了动力电池容量衰减模型，并结合雨流计数法... 详细信息

针对退役动力电池应用于不同场景的经济性问题，提出了一种考虑多因素电池容量衰减的动力电池梯次利用及其优化控制方法。综合考虑放电深度、电池荷电水平以及电池自放电造成的容量衰减，建立了动力电池容量衰减模型，并结合雨流计数法估计动力电池寿命。将梯次电池储能系统应用于用户侧与电网侧，储能系统成本包括投资成本与运维成本，其中，运行成本考虑了电池容量衰减成本。在用户侧考虑储能系统项目期间的总收益最大，包括电价峰谷套利以及减少两部制电价下用户的需量电费；在电网侧考虑储能系统参与负荷调峰的效益。最后，针对不同场景进行了算例仿真。结果表明，所提出的动力电池梯次利用及其优化控制方法可以在延长储能系统寿命的同时提高经济性。
