Semiconductor nucl.ar radiation detectors made from tertiary and quaternary compounds of cadmium tel.uride (CdTe) can operate at room temperature without cryogenic cool.ng. One of such material. that have become of great interest is cadmium zinc tel.uride sel.nide (CdZnTeSe). Compared to other CdTe-based material., such as cadmium zinc tel.uride (CdZnTe), CdZnTeSe can be grown with much l.ss Te incl.sions and sub-grain boundary networks. Chemical.etching is often used to smoothen wafer surfaces during detector fabrication. This paper presents the characterization of CdZnTeSe that is chemical.y etched using bromine methanol.sol.tion. Infrared imaging shows that the wafer has no sub-grain boundary networks that often l.mit detector performance. The current-vol.age (I-V) characterization experiment gave a resistivity of 4.6 × 1010 Ω-cm for the sampl.. The I-V curve was l.near in the ±10 to ±50 vol.s range. An energy resol.tion of 7.2% was recorded at 100 V for the 59.6-keV gamma l.ne of 241Am.

Journal.of Gastroenterol.gy,in which they showed that the use of the traditional.Chinese medicine Cal.ul.s bovis(CB)can suppress tumor growth in mice by inhibiting M2 tumor-associated macrophages(TAM)through modul.ting the activity of the Wnt/β-catenin *** interaction of CB components with the Wnt/β-catenin pathway,M2 TAM pol.rization,and tumor dynamics were studied using network pharmacol.gy,transcriptomics,and mol.cul.r *** is now general.y accepted that the pol.rization of TAM and the differentiation of the functions of M1 and M2 phagocytes are of great importance for the progression of *** is assumed that M2 TAM promote prol.feration and migration of tumor *** to medicinal.y infl.ence the Wnt/β-catenin pathway in order to modul.te phagocyte pol.rization now bel.ng to one of the most promising areas of immunotherapy of oncol.gical.***,the work of the Chinese authors deserves attention and further devel.pment.

Pl.stic instabil.ty,incl.ding both the discontinuous yiel.ing and stress serrations,has been frequentl. observed during the tensil. deformation of medium-Mn steel.(MMnS)and has been intensivel. studied in recent ***,research resul.s are controversial.and no consensus has been achieved regarding the ***,we first summarize al. the possibl. factors that affect the yiel.ing and fl.w stress serrations in MMnS,incl.ding the morphol.gy and stabil.ty of austenite,the feature of the phase interface,and the deformation ***,we propose a universal.mechanism to expl.in the confl.cting experimental.*** concl.de that the discontinuous yiel.ing can be attributed to the l.ck of mobil. disl.cation before deformation and the rapid disl.cation mul.ipl.cation at the beginning of pl.stic ***,the resul.s show that the stress serrations are formed due to the pinning and depinning between disl.cations and interstitial.atoms in ***-induced martensitic transformation,infl.enced by the mechanical.stabil.ty of austenite grain and deformation parameters,shoul. not be the intrinsic cause of pl.stic ***,it can intensify or weaken the discontinuous yiel.ing and the stress serrations by affecting the mobil.ty and density of disl.cations,as wel. as the interaction between the interstitial.atoms and disl.cations in austenite grains.

The ol.actory system of Pieris brassicae caterpl.ars:from receptors to gl.merul.

Tol.actory system of adul. l.pidopterans is among the best described neuronal.***,comparativel. l.ttl. is known about the organization of the ol.actory system in the l.rval.stage of these ***,we expl.re the expression of ol.actory receptors and the organization of ol.actory sensory neurons in caterpil.ars of Pieris brassicae,a significant pest species in Europe and a wel.-studied species for its chemical.*** describe the l.rval.ol.actory system in this species,we first anal.zed the head transcriptome of third-instar l.rvae(l.)and identified 16 odorant receptors(ORs)incl.ding the OR coreceptor(Orco),13 ionotropic receptors(IRs),and 8 gustatory receptors(GRs).We then quantified the expression of these 16 ORs in different l.fe stages,using qPCR,and found that the majority of ORs had significantl. higher expression in the l. stage than in the l. and l. stages,indicating that the l.rval.ol.actory system is not static throughout caterpil.ar *** an Orco-specific antibody,we identified al. ol.actory receptor neurons(ORNs)expressing the Orco protein in l.,l.,and l. caterpil.ars and found a total.of 34 Orco-positive ORNs,distributed among three sensil.a on the *** number of Orco-positive ORNs did not differ among the three l.rval.***,we used retrograde axon tracing of the antennal.nerve and identified a mean of 15 gl.merul. in the l.rval.antennal.center(l.C),suggesting that the caterpil.ar ol.actory system fol.ows a simil.r design as the adul. ol.actory system,al.hough with a l.wer numerical.*** together,our resul.s provide a detail.d anal.sis of the l.rval.ol.actory neurons in P brassicae,highl.ghting both the differences as wel. as the commonal.ties with the adul. ol.actory *** findings contribute to a better understanding of the devel.pment of the ol.actory system in insects and its l.fe-stage-specific adaptations.

Based on the col.ected mul.iwavel.ngth data, namel. in the radio(NVSS, FIRST, RATAN-600), IR(WISE),optical.Pan-STARRS), UV(GAl.X), and X-ray(ROSAT, Swift-XRT) ranges, we have performed a cl.ster anal.sis for the bl.zars of the Roma-BZCAT catal.g. Using two machine l.arning methods, namel. a combination of PCA with k-means cl.stering and Kohonen's sel.-organizing maps(SOMs), we have constructed an independent cl.ssification of the bl.zars(five cl.sses) and compared the cl.sses with the known Roma-BZCAT cl.ssification(FSRQs, Bl.l.cs, gal.xy-dominated Bl.l.cs, and bl.zars of an uncertain type) as wel. as with the high synchrotron peaked(HSP) bl.zars from the 3HSP catal.g and bl.zars from the TeVCat catal.g. The obtained groups demonstrate concordance with the Bl.l.c/FSRQ cl.ssification al.ng with a continuous character of the change in the properties. The group of HSP bl.zars stands out against the overal. distribution. We examine the characteristics of the five groups and demonstrate distinctions in their spectral.energy distribution shapes. The effectiveness of the cl.stering technique for objective anal.sis of mul.iparametric arrays of experimental.data is demonstrated.

Objective: Pharmacopoeias regul.te the manufacture of potentised pharmaceutical.preparations used in different branches of compl.mentary and integrative medicine. The physicochemical.properties and biol.gical.activity of these preparations are often investigated in precl.nical.research, yet no guidel.nes for experimental.research currentl. exist in this area. The present PrePoP guidel.nes aim to provide recommendations to promote high-qual.ty, statistical.y sound, and reproducibl. precl.nical.research on potentised ***: Input was gathered from researchers nominated by the rel.vant scientific societies using a simpl.fied Del.hi consensus approach covering the most rel.vant aspects of basic research methodol.gy in the fiel. incl.ding appropriate control., sampl. preparation and handl.ng, and statistics. After three rounds of feedback, a consensus was final.y reached on the most important aspects and considerations for conducting high-qual.ty research on potentised ***: We present a series of recommendations on a range of topics incl.ding experimental.control.,system stabil.ty, bl.nding and randomisation, environmental.infl.ences, and procedures for the preparation of potentised sampl.s and control., and we address some specific chal.enges of this research ***: This expert consensus process resul.ed in a robust set of methodol.gical.guidel.nes for research on potentised preparations and provides a val.abl. framework that wil. inform and improve the qual.ty of subsequent research in this emerging fiel..
