The present work aims to develop an object tracking controller for the Stewart platform using a computer vision-assisted machine learning-based *** research is divided into two *** first module focuses on the design of a motion controller for the Physik Instrumente(PI)-based Stewart *** contrast,the second module deals with the development of a machine-learning-based spatial object tracking algorithm by collecting information from the Zed 2 stereo vision ***,simple feed-forward neural networks(NN)are used to predict the orientation of the top table of the *** training,the x,y,and z coordinates of the three-dimensional(3D)object,extracted from images,are used as the input to the *** contrast,the orientation information of the platform(that is,rotation about the x,y,and z-axes)is considered as the output from the *** orientation information obtained from the network is fed to the inverse kinematics-based motion controller(module 1)to move the platform while tracking the *** training,the optimised NN is used to track the continuously moving 3D *** experimental results show that the developed NN-based controller has successfully tracked the moving spatial object with reasonably good accuracy.

Study on effect of TiB2 reinforcement on the microstructural and mechanical properties of magnesium rZ5 alloy based metal matrix composites

A self-propagating high-temperature synthesis route is adopted for the fabrication of TiB2-reinforced magnesium rZ5 alloy-based in-situ metal matrix ***-B is used according to the appropriate stoichiometry to obtain 4,6 and 8 wt.%TiB2 *** base alloy and cast composites are solutionised to enhance the mechanical properties of the materials.A microstructural study of the composites is carried out using optical microscopy and field emission seanning electron microscopy(FESEM)and revealed near-uniform distribution of TiB2 particles in the magnesium rZ5 alloy matrix.X-ray diffraction revealed the formation of the TiB2 reinforcement along with the transient phase TiB and *** hardness of the rZ5 alloy-based composites increases by 7.12%,17.06%and 32.07%with the addition of 4,6 and 8 wt.%TiB2 reinforcements,*** ultimate tensile strength of the as-cast composite increases by 30.47%with the addition of 8 wt.%*** tensile strength and ductility of the materials is improved by using the solutionising heat *** heat-treated composite containing 8 wt.%TiB2 results in an ultimate tensile strength of 178.7 *** tensile fracture surfaces are analysed using *** wear loss of the materials decreased from 25.826 mm^(3)to 22.949 mm^(3)by the adding 8 wt.%TiB2 for the sliding distance of 2000 *** of the worn surfaces obtained from FESEM of both the base alloy and composites are also studied which indicate delamination,wear groove and oxide formation.

Near Optimal PID Controllers for the Biped robot While Walking on Uneven Terrains

The execution of the gaits generated with the help of a gait planner is a crucial task in biped locomotion. This task is to be achieved with the help of a suitable torque based controller to ensure smooth walk of the biped robot. It is important to note that the success of the developed proportion integration differentiation （PID） controller depends on the selected gains of the controller. In the present study, an attempt is made to tune the gains of the PID controller for the biped robot ascending and descending the stair case and sloping surface with the help of two non-traditional optimization algorithms, namely modified chaotic invasive weed optimization （MCIWO） and particle swarm optimization （PSO） algorithms. Once the optimal PID controllers are developed, a simulation study has been conducted in computer for obtaining the optimal tuning parameters of the controller of the biped robot. Finally, the optimal gait angles obtained by using the best controller are fed to the real biped robot and found that the biped robot has successfully negotiated the said terrains.

The cyanobacteria and physico chemical environments of six tropical fresh water lakes of Udaipur, India were investigated. These lakes receive varying nutrient inputs from different sources. Altogether 51 species of cyanobacteria were recorded. Species composition varied between lakes and between seasons. Lake VI (Baghdara), which receives nutrients from natural sources only, differed considerably from the others in water chemistry and composition of dominant species. Lake II (Swaroop Sagar), eutrophied due to sewage inputs, was species poor. Non diazotrophs, represented by 27 species, dominated during summer. With few exceptions, N 2 fixing species, both heterocystous and unicellular diazotrophs (represented by 24 species), were dominant during winter. Microcystis aeruginosa, Phormidium sp. and Anabaena flos aque were the dominant taxa of lakes characterized by sewage eutrophication. The study shows that both species diversity and community composition were affected by water chemistry.

背景:高血压是一个全球流行的疾病。在撒哈拉以南的非洲,高血压患者就诊时,常常己经处于有并发症的晚期。另外,由于高血压早期没有明显症状,患者坚持服药的依从性较差,从而导致其继续进展损害靶器官。血压的慢性增加导致了心肌重构,进而促使左心室肥大,增加了心血管事件的风险,甚至心衰。左心室肥大可以作为高血压相关的靶器官损害的标记物。在高血压患者中,左心室肥大具有临床相关性,因为它是心血管事件风险的综合标志物,反映了高血压中血液动力学和非血液动力学因素对心脏的长期影响。心血管事件的风险随着左心室肥大的进展而增加。抗高血压治疗通过改善左心室肥大的而降低心血管事件风险。因此,如果通过常规程序评估,检测高血压患者的左心室肥大程度,结合肥大心室几何结构信息,将其分为低等或中等心血管事件风险。这对于分级总心血管事件风险和分级相应的治疗措施至关重要。在桑给巴尔-坦桑尼亚,尚无对左心室肥大负荷及其进展相关研究。目的:本研究旨在调查桑给巴尔的MnaziMmoja医院的患者中左心室肥大的患病率,模式和相关因素。具体目标具体目标如下:1.确定接受MMH治疗的LVH高血压患者的人口学特征2.确定接受MMH护理的高血压患者的LVH患病率。3.描述接受MMH治疗的LVH高血压患者的临床表现4.确定接受MMH护理的高血压患者的LVH相关危险因素。5.描述接受MMH护理的高血压患者的LVH心血管病变模式。方法:2018年6月至2018年12月,我们连续登记了 389名参加MnaziMmoja医院门诊的高血压患者。我们采用了连续方便的采样方法。心电图上左心室肥大的评估基于电压标准。此外,ECHO上的LVH分别基于男性和女性的左心室质量指数(LVMI),截止点分别是>115g/m2和95g/m2。使用卡方或Fisher精确检验来检测组间分类特征的频率差异。通过Studentt检验分析连续变量,并使用逻辑回归分析技术评估关联因子。P值r 1.7,95%CI 1.1-2.7,P = 0.02),失业率(AOr 3.2,95%CI 1.6-6.4,Pr 3.1,95%CI 1.4-6.8,P2年(AOr.1.6,95%CI 1.0-2.5,P=0.04),肥胖(AOr 2.0,95%CI 1.1-3.4,P=0.02)和尿素升高(AOr 4.3,95%CI 1.9-9.5,P0.001)是多变量分析中LVH的独立预测因子。结论:本研究中左室几何结构异常的患病率达62%。女性,失业,农村居民,高血压持续时间>2年,肥胖和高血压患者的尿素水平升高,会增加LVH的患病风险。

Breast cancer is one of the deadly cancer among the female population and still a developing area of research in the field of medical *** fatality rate is more in patients who are not early diagnosed and are given delayed ***,researchers are keeping their lot of efforts in developing breast cancer detection systems that could provide accurate diagnosis in the initial stages which are relied on medical *** learning is offering key solutions to overcome many image classification *** deep learning techniques have extended their root to many medical fields even it suffers from the problem of lack of sufficient *** neural networks are more preferred for medical image classification *** this paper,we propose a transfer learning method that overcomes the issue of insufficient *** use a familiar pre-trained network VGG-16(Visual Geometric Group)+with logistic regression as a binary *** hyper-parameters of every CNN have a closer impact on the performance of the entire deep learning model,our method focuses on optimizing hyper-parameters using particle swarm optimization which is a bio-inspired *** proposed model performs the classification of breast histopathology images into benign and malignant images and produce better *** use BreakHis Dataset to test our method and achieve an accuracy of around 96.9%.The experimental results show that this study has improved performance metrics when compared to other transfer learning methods.

以销售季仅有一次补货机会的线上快时尚产品为研究对象,通过更新需求估计区间将再订货时间对需求预测准确性的影响整合到两阶段订货模型中。以两阶段利润最大化为目标确定首次订货量与再订货量,受第一阶段期末是否有存货的影响,存在第一阶段利润最大化和两阶段联合利润最大化两种确定首次订货量的策略。当第一阶段期末无存货时,第一阶段利润最大化策略更有优势。从总期望利润来看,当第一阶段的批发价格超过第二阶段批发价格一定量后,第一阶段利润最大化策略更有优势,否则,两阶段联合利润最大化策略更占优势。考虑时尚产品的需求不确定性高、第一阶段期末存货可以在第二阶段销售的现实,提出以第一阶段成本最小化和最大化满足第一阶段需求为目标确定首次订货量的订货策略。考虑到不同订货策略的优劣受再订货时间的影响,给出了基于实际利润选择最优订货策略的步骤。实验发现,与单阶段库存模型和不考虑需求预测准确性动态变化的线下快时尚产品的两阶段订货策略相比,考虑需求预测准确性的两阶段订货模型的利润分别提升76%和300%以上。一般情况下,采用两阶段联合利润最大化的订货策略更具有优势,但当预测精度较低时,应采用更保守策略的确定首次订货量。

Background: Infrequent data exist on the frequency of bacterial co-infections and secondary infection among COVID-19-infected patients admitted to intensive care units (ICU). Objective: To describe the quantity and the quality of antimicrobial usage in COVID-19 with secondary infection, multiple drug resistance organisms and the outcome of antimicrobial treatment. Methods: This study applies observational design with a cross sectional approach. All the patients with laboratory-confirmed severe COVID-19 pneumonia who were discharged from the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Dr. ramelan Navy Hospital from February 1st to June 30th 2022 included. The quantity of antibiotics usage was assessed by counting the Defined Daily Dose (DDD). result: During the study period, 126 patients were referred to the ICU for COVID-19 with severe pneumonia. There were 70.6% (89 patients) treated with antibiotics and 29.4% (37 patients) untreated with antibiotics. Quantitative analysis of 89 patients revealed that levofloxacin was the most common antibiotic prescribed with 43 DDD, followed by Meropenem and Cefoperazone-Sulbactam, which were 17.76 DDD and 16.87 DDD, respectively. Meanwhile, qualitative analysis resulted in 81 antibiotics (43.55%) being used appropriately. No indications of the use of antibiotics were found in 53 antibiotics (28.49%). Klebsiella pneumonia was the main pathogen identified in the blood, sputum. While E. Coli was found to be the main pathogen in urine. Conclusion: A high death rate in patients treated with antibiotics compared to patients not treated with antibiotics.
