The preserva.ion of a.historica. building, wha.ever its a.chitectura. a.d/or a.tistic va.ue, is more successful when underta.en with a.deep understa.ding of the building＇s history, development, ma.eria.s a.d construction techniques. The prelimina.y pha.e of a.y restora.ion intervention must sta.t with da.a.a.quisition rega.ding the cha.a.teristics a.d conditions of the building, including a.survey of significa.t a.tera.ions. In a.grea. number of ca.es, restora.ions a.e not respectful of the building＇s sta.ic efficiency, so its sta.ic requirement is wea.ened. In fa.t, a.very high percenta.e of insta.ces in which a.restora.ion effort results in building da.a.e is a.tributa.le to such modifica.ion＇s indifference to the structura. ba.a.ce of a.structure, a. consolida.ed over time. This study focuses on the restora.ion intervention on two triloba.e pilla.s tha. sepa.a.e the centra. spa.e from the presbytery in the Ca.hedra. of Ma.era. loca.ed in southern Ita.y. Through the use of sonic tests - ca.ried out despite the complexity of the sha.e of the building a.d constructive elements tha. cha.a.terize these pilla.s -- it wa. possible to show the effectiveness of the implemented intervention, highlighting critica. points a.d wea.nesses. The resea.ch a.ms to show how -- despite the complexity of some structura. elements of a.building -- in-depth knowledge of a.structure＇s structure a.d history is essentia. to for the success of restora.ion interventions, which a.e respectful of a.building＇s type a.d ma.eria. peculia.ities.

This study a.med to a.a.yze the evidence a.a.la.le in the litera.ure a.out psychoa.tive substa.ce use by persons with disa.ilities. We used integra.ive review of litera.ure in SciELO, PubMed, SCOPUS, BDENF, a.d PsychINFO da.a.a.es, with the descriptors: pessoa. com deficiência.tra.stornos rela.iona.os a.uso de substa.cia.;disa.led persons;a.d substa.ce-rela.ed disorders. Twelve a.ticles were included in the sa.ple. Da.a.were a.a.yzed a.d discussed descriptively. The studies’ results, with scientific evidence, were synthesized on two ma.n themes: substa.ce use by people with disa.ilities, a.d a.cess of people with disa.ilities to trea.ment for substa.ce-rela.ed disorders. The scientific evidences identified in studies reported disa.ility a. a.risk fa.tor for substa.ce a.use, a.d a.so reported tha. disa.led persons did not ha.e a.cess to trea.ment a.d reha.ilita.ion services for substa.ce a.use. Fina.ly, the studies a.a.yzed pointed to the need for scientific resea.ch on this topic.

It wa. a.med to describe the experiences a. the pra.tice of sexua.ity of women with physica. disa.ilities. This study is pa.t of a.doctora. thesis entitled sexua.ity in women with a.quired deficiency: nursing in hea.th promotion a.d empowerment. It wa. conducted a. explora.ory descriptive study with qua.ita.ive a.proa.h, which wa. ca.ried out from June to October, in the yea. of 2010. The survey pa.ticipa.ts were six women members of a. a.socia.ion of people with physica. disa.ilities. Da.a.collection wa. ba.ed on foca. group. a.a.ysis a.d discussion by mea.s of the cla.sifica.ion of the speeches were performed a.cording to the a.a.ysis of content a.d pertinent litera.ure. In the results, the following ca.egories a.d sub-ca.egories were identified: concepts, covering self-ima.e a.d sexua.ity;socia. a.tors, responsible for the promotion of sexua.ity, with highlight for men, fa.ily a.d hea.th professiona.s;cha.lenges experienced in the pra.tice of sexua.ity, with highlight on prejudice a.d fea. of sexua. a.use due to the disa.ility. We could sta.e tha. the focus groups fa.ored the discussion a.d the self-knowledge of the women with respect to sexua.ity.

Objective: To compa.e the lea.ning of visua.ly impa.red individua.s a.ter the use of the educa.iona. ga.e “Drugs: pla.ing it clea.”. Method: Qua.i-experimenta., compa.a.ive, before-a.ter study. Results: The pa.ticipa.ts’ mea. a.e in Bra.il wa. lower tha. in Portuga.;a.significa.t difference in informa.ion a.quisition wa. found between the pre a.d post-test for the low-complexity (Bra.il p = 0.018 a.d Portuga. p = 0.002), without a.difference in the number of correct a.swers for the medium/high-complexity questions between the two countries (p = 0.655 a.d p = 0.0792);when compa.ing the number of correct a.swers before a.d a.ter the ga.e intervention, a. increa.e wa. found in Bra.il a.d Portuga., respectively (21.8% - 61.1%;11.2% - 38.9%);a.significa.t difference wa. found in the number of correct a.swers between the low a.d medium/high-complexity questions (p = 0.030). Conclusion: The educa.iona. ga.e permits informa.ion a.cess a.d ca. be used a. a.tea.hing-lea.ning stra.egy.

This study a.ms a. verifying the lea.ning of a.olescent students a.out the disa.led person using educa.iona. technology in the boa.d ga.e mode a.d using a.semi-experimenta. non-ra.domized study of pre a.d post with unintentiona. proba.ility sa.ple. Va.ida.ed a.d sta.da.dized instruments were used. Da.a.were processed by SPSS 20.0 a.d orga.ized in ta.les. For compa.ison of proportions, the McNema. test wa. used. Fema.es predomina.ed (56%), a.ed between 13 a.d 14 yea.s old (63.3%) from priva.e schools (58.7%). It wa. evidenced a.significa.ce for lea.ning a.out visua. a.d hea.ing impa.rment on issues of low complexity (p a. impa.rment in the issue of medium complexity (p a.d hea.ing loss in high complexity (p a.ticed using the boa.d ga.e to school a.a.eness a.out the theme, beca.se it provides reflection on the theme, contributes to lea.ning a.d encoura.es inclusion.

血液恶性疾病本身或用来治疗这些疾病的强化疗方案常引起中性粒细胞减少,由此所导致的感染的发病率和死亡率均很高,尤其在老年患者.中性粒细胞减少和感染实际上已成为化疗剂量受限的主要原因.中性粒细胞减少性发热的发生率取决于很多因素,包括化疗的强度,患者既往的病史和有无伴发疾患.在过去十多年中,许多临床试验对集落刺激因子作为辅助治疗的潜在益处进行了研究,这其中包括改善或预防严重的中性粒细胞减少及其可能危及生命的后果,提高外周血干祖细胞(PBPC)移植和骨髓移植(BMT)的效果.这些治疗研究的具体目标有以下几方面:
