佛教通过翻译在传入吐蕃过程中,汲取了苯教的部分教义,形成了具有藏族文化特色的藏传佛教。藏传佛教在迅速发展过程中推崇佛经翻译事业起到了重要的推动作用。新时代时期,积极推进藏传佛教中国化是藏传佛教健康传承的必经之路。在坚持藏传佛教中国化方向进程中,加强汉藏翻译,一方面使藏传佛教教义教规的翻译呈现社会主义发展内涵,适应社会主义社会的时代要求。另一方面引进宗教中国化的理论,以社会主义核心价值观为引领,使藏传佛教浸润中国特色,弘扬先进思想。

The feasibility of semi-solid die casting of ADC12 aluminum alloy was studied. The effects of plunger speed, gate thickness, and solid fraction of the slurry on the defects were determined. The defects investigated are gas and shrinkage porosity. In the experiments, semi-solid slurry was prepared by the gas-induced semi-solid （GIss） technique. Then, the slurry was transferred to the shot sleeve and injected into the die. The die and shot sleeve temperatures were kept at 180 ℃ and 250 ℃, respectively. The results show that the samples produced by the GIss die casting give little porosity, no blister and uniform microstructure. From all the results, it can be concluded that the GIss process is feasible to apply in the ADC12 aluminum die casting process. In addition, the GIss process can give improved properties such as decreased porosity and increased microstructure uniformity.

Objective:To investigate the potentials of the root bark of Annona（A.） senegalensis in the control of seizure and related hypnotic and motor incoordination effects in mice using experimental ***:The methanol extract（ME） of the root bark of *** was studied in mice using pentylenetetrazole（PTZ） induced convulsions,phenobarbitone induced sleeping time and motor coordination test on rota-rod *** toxicity and lethality（LD50） lest as well as phytochemical analysis were also carried ***:The extract（200,400,800 mg/ kg） exhibited a non- dose dependent significant（Pset of both tonic and clonic phases of seizure induced by PTZ（60 mg/kg,s.c.） as well as offered a 100%protection （200 mg/kg） in mice from PTZ induced *** extract significantly（Psed the latency and increased the duration of phenobarbitone induced sleeping *** 200 mg/kg, the extract exhibited a significant（Pst revealed an oral LDsub>50sub> of 1 2%mg/kg,while the phytochemical studies showed the presence of alkaloids, resins,glycosides,carbohydrate,reducing sugar,flavonoids,terpenoids,saponins and tannins. Conclusion:The extract of A senegalensis possessed anticonvulsant activity with pronounced hypnotic and muscle relaxant effects.

AIM: To investigate mutation of serine protease 1-cationic trypsinogen (CT, PRss1) gene in members of a Thai family with hereditary pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer. METHODs: Polymerase chain reaction and direct sequencing were performed to analyze the PRss1 gene in two members of the family affected by pancreatitis. Allele specific amplification (AsA) method was then developed to detect the mutation of the PRss1 gene in all available members of the family and normal control subjects. REsULTs: A cytosine (C) to thymine (T) mutation at position 2441 (g.2441C>T) of the PRss1 gene, which results in a substitution of arginine by cysteine at position 116 (R116C) of CT, was identified by direct sequencing in both clinically affected members of the family but was not found in the unaffected member. This mutation, which might be arising from deamination of methylated cytosine in CpG dinucleotide of codon 116 (CGT>TGT), was also detected by the AsA method in the two affected members and a proband's brother but was not observed in unaffected members and 54 normal control subjects. CONCLUsION: Autosomal dominant pancreatitis with increased cancer risk in the studied Thai family is most likely due to missense (R116C) mutation in the PRss1 gene.

The current computer-aided technologies in design and product development, the evolution of CAD modeling, and a framework of multi-volume CADmodeling system for heterogeneous object design and fabrication are presented inthis paper. The multi-volume CAD modeling system is presented based on nonmanifold topological elements. Material identifications are defined as design attributes introduced along with geometric and topological information at the designstage. Extended Euler operation and reasoning Boolean operations for merging andextraction are executed according to the associated material identifications in thedeveloped multi-volume modeling system for heterogeneous object. An applicationexample and a pseudo-processing algorithm for prototyping of heterogeneous structure through solid free-form fabrication are also described.
