The.low yie.d of ITO thin film de.osition is an important factor in optoe.e.tronic se.iconductor production. The.adopte. pre.ision re.se.proce.s re.uire. only a short pe.iod of time.to re.ove.the.ITO nanostructure.e.sily and cle.nly, which is base. on te.hnical and e.onomical conside.ations and is highly e.ficie.t. In the.curre.t e.pe.ime.t, a large.incline. angle.of the.cathode.and a small e.d radius of the.anode.take.le.s time.for the.same.amount of ITO re.oval.
