A new effective tool design of three-rank form of electroremoval was present using a precision recycle system offering faster performance in removing the indium-tin-oxide(ITO) thin-films on color filter surface of displays. Higher electric power is not required since the three-rank form tool is adopted as a feeding mode to reduce the response area. The low yield of ITO persists throughout the entire semiconductor production process. By establishing a recycle process of ultra-precise removal of the thin-film nanostructure, defective products in the optoelectronic semiconductors industry can be effectively recycled, decreasing both production costs and pollution. A 5th generation TFT-LCD was used. The design features of the removal processes for the thin-films and the tool design of three-rank form were of major interest. For the precision removal processes, a pulsed current can improve the effect of dreg discharge and contributes to the achievement of a fast workpiece (displays' color filter) feed rate, but raises the current rating. High flow velocity of the electrolyte with a high rotational speed of the tool electrodes elevates the ITO removal effect. A displays' color filter with a fast feed rate is combined with enough electric power to provide highly effective removal. A small thickness of the rank and a small arc angle of the negative-electrode correspond to a higher removal rate for ITO-film. An effective three-rank form negative-electrode provides larger discharge mobility and better removal effect. It only needs a short period of time to remove the ITO easily and cleanly.

We present a step-by-step approach for constructing a framework for knowledge process analysis （Kpa）. We intend to apply this framework to the analysis of own research projects in an exploratory way and elaborate it through the accumulation of case studies. This study is based on a methodology consisting of knowledge process modeling, primitives synthesis, and reflective verification. We describe details of the methodology and present the results of case studies： a novel methodology, a practical work guide, and a tool for Kpa; insights for improving future research projects and education; and the integration of existing knowledge creation theories.

The Famennian is a period of increased taxonomic diversity for the first representatives of the major plant groups,especially the spermatophytes (*** seed plants) that,today,represent the most abundant and diversified plant group on Earth [1,2].Early spermatophytes evolved a unique ovule-centered reproductive syndrome that allowed them to germinate and grow rapidly in disturbed habitats and,secondarily,to colonize dry habitats unfavorable to the reproduction of their free-sporing predecessors [3,4](Fig.1).In these ovulate organisms,the female gametophyte grows and produces gametes inside the indehiscent megasporangium (nucellus) that differentiates a pollen chamber retaining the pollen grains in its apical *** integument encloses the *** the Runcaria protovule that preceded them by 20 million years,Famennian ovules were all surrounded by a cupule,except perhaps Spermolithus and Warsteinia [5-7].

Nearly 80%of the seafloor extension has not been covered by high-resolution bathymetry,impeding direct observation of ***,lists of seamount location and height at a global scale have been produced using different *** this work four of such databases(publicly available)are compared with each other to assess their *** identify large differences among databases that could have exerted strong influences on models of seamount production and associated geodynamic *** those differences,it is shown that all databases allow the identification of seamount lines both along the present-day Mid Ocean Ridge(MOR)system and on intraplate ***,those seamount lines do not coincide with the so-called hotspot tracks that commonly were defined by selectively focusing attention on the larger *** of all the databases also shows that distinction based only on seamount size between seamounts produced at Mid-Ocean Ridge(MOR)environments from those associated with mantle-plum fed-hotspot activity has been ***,combined with the fact that most seamount lines defined by the available databases can be traced back to past locations of MOR indicates that most of the present-day intraplate linear arrays of seamounts,which include some large seamounts,were not produced by the action of underlying mantle anomalies envisaged in the form of mantle *** evidence presented here calls for a reassessment of the form in which volcanic and tectonic activities are conceptually related to each other.

To investigate the effect of grain refinement on the material properties of recently developed Al-25 Zn-3 Cu based alloys,Al-25 Zn-3 Cu,Al-25 Zn-3 Cu-0.01 Ti,Al-25 Zn-3 Cu-3 Si and Al-25 Zn-3 Cu-3 Si-0.01 Ti alloys were produced by permanent mold casting *** of the alloys were examined by *** and mechanical properties of the alloys were determined by Brinell method and tensile tests,*** characteristics of the alloys were investigated by a ball-on-disc type test *** properties of the alloys were examined by an electrochemical corrosion experimental *** was observed that microstructure of the ternary A1-25 Zn-3 Cu alloy consisted ofα,α+ηandθ(Al2Cu)*** was also observed that the addition of 3 wt.%Si to A1-25Zn-3Cu alloy resulted in the formation of silicon particles in its *** addition of 0.01 wt.%Ti to the Al-25Zn-3Cu and Al-25 Zn-3 Cu-3 Si alloys caused a decrement in grain size by approximately 20%and 39%and an increment in hardness from HRB 130 to 137 and from HRB 141 to 156,*** strengths of these alloys increased from 278 to 297 Mpa and from 320 to 336 Mpa while their tensile strengths increased from 317 to 340 Mpa and from 334 to 352 *** resistance of the alloys increased,but corrosion resistance decreased with titanium addition.

根据《西藏王臣记》等史书记载,帕竹政权的第一任第悉大司徒绛曲坚赞为了稳固政权,促进发展,采取了减轻差税、改定法律、在各冲要地点兴建以内邬栋孜为首的城堡(宗)、设立宗谿等一系列制度。关于他所修建的城堡(宗),后人习惯称之为“大司徒的十三大宗”,但相关文献资料中几乎找不到“十三大宗”这样确切数字的表述。因此,对所谓“大司徒的十三大宗”的说法有待进一步考证,并且对于一些史书及论文中出现的琼杰宗、白朗伦珠孜宗、江噶尔达孜宗等类属于“大司徒的十三大宗”的说法更有待于进一步商榷。
