Globally,shallow aquifer.gr.undwater.GW)has been sever.ly affected in r.cent decades for.both geogenic and anthr.pogenic *** hydr.-geochemical char.cter.stics of the GW change inconsistently with the addition of unwanted inor.anic tr.ce elements into the GW aquifer.of the Indo-Bangladesh delta r.gion(IBDr.,such as ar.enic(As)along with fluor.de(F-)*** GW can have a negative impact on dr.nking water.supplies and agr.cultur.l *** pollution can have ser.ous adver.e effects on the envir.nment and human ***,the GW quality of this r.gion is deter.or.ting pr.gr.ssively,and human health thr.atening by var.ous life-thr.atening ***,the cur.ent study concentr.ted on the GW quality evaluation and pr.diction of possible health issues in the IBDr.due to elevated contamination of As along with F-within GW aquifer. by consider.ng sixteen *** sur.ey-based statistical methods such as entr.py quality index(EWQI)combined with health r.sk index(Hr.)was implemented for.evaluating the As and F-sensitivity with the help of cor.elation testing and pr.ncipal component *** study's outcome explains that a substantial por.ion of the IBDr.has been vastly exper.encing infer.or.GW quality,envir.nmental issues,and health-r.lated pr.blems in dr. and wet seasons,cor.espondingly for.As and *** diagr.m ver.fied the suitability of water.that almost 55%of GW acr.ss the study ar.a’s aquifer. ar. unfit for.dr.nking as well as cultivation of *** analysis and the Monte Car.o simulation method wer. also applied to assess the contaminant's concentr.tion level and pr.bable health r.sk *** pr.sent study concludes that the elevated exposur. of As and F-pollution has to be monitor.d r.gular.y and pr.vent unwanted GW contamination thr.ugh implementing sustainable appr.aches and policies to fulfil the sustainable development goal 6(SDG-6)till 2030,ensur.ng the most basic human r.ght of clean,safe,and hy

This study aims to beneficiate low gr.de goethitic ir.n or. fines using a selective flocculation pr.cess. Selective flocculation studies wer. conducted using differ.nt polymer. such as star.h amylopectin(AP), poly acr.lic acid(PAA), and a gr.ft copolymer.AP-g-PAA). The obtained r.sults wer. analyzed; they indicate the enhancement of the ir.n or. gr.de fr.m 58.49% to 67.52% using AP-g-PAA with a r.cover. of 95.08%. In addition, 64.45% Fe with a r.cover. of 88.79% was obtained using AP. Similar.y, using PAA, the gr.de incr.ased to 63.46% Fe with a r.cover. of 82.10%. The findings ar. also suppor.ed by char.cter.zing concentr.tes using X-r.y diffr.ction(Xr.) and electr.n pr.be micr.analysis(EPMA) techniques.

目标:探讨新型野生食用菌硬皮地星（Astr.eus hygr.metr.cus）对人急性淋巴细胞白血病细胞的治疗作用。方法：采用3-(4,5-二甲基噻唑-2)-2,5-二苯基四氮唑溴盐(MTT)试验，对5种野生菌类（硬皮地星、竹荪、香菇、口蘑和干朽菌）的提取物针对6种癌细胞系和正常细胞的抗增殖及化学预防的潜力进行了广泛筛选。采用流式细胞术分析细胞凋亡、细胞周期、细胞内活性氧(r.S)和活性氮(r.S)以及线粒体膜电位进行检测。采用比色法测定半胱天冬酶活性，分析线粒体蛋白的表达模式。结果：硬皮地星甲醇提取物的抗增殖活性最强，且MOLT-4细胞系最为敏感。菌类提取物可诱导MOLT-4细胞的强选择性凋亡，并在G0/G1期阻滞细胞周期进程。提取物可破坏线粒体膜电位，增强MOLT-4细胞的r.S生成。甲醇提取物通过下调Bcl-2的表达，增加Bax的表达，以及激活caspase级联反应来诱导细胞凋亡。结论：这种新型野生食用菌为抗白血病药物的开发提供了潜在的生物分子库。

The mechanical, electr.cal, and ther.al expansion pr.per.ies of car.on nanotube（CNT）-based silver.and silver.palladium（10：1, w/w） alloy nanocomposites ar. r.por.ed. To tailor.the pr.per.ies of silver. CNTs wer. incor.or.ted into a silver.matr.x by a modified molecular.level-mixing pr.cess. CNTs inter.ct weakly with silver.because of their.non-r.active natur. and lack of mutual solubility. Ther.for., palladium was utilized as an alloying element to impr.ve inter.acial adhesion. Compar.tive micr.str.ctur.l char.cter.zations and pr.per.y evaluations of the nanocomposites wer. per.or.ed. The str.ctur.l char.cter.zations r.vealed that decor.ted type-CNTs wer. disper.ed, embedded, and anchor.d into the silver.matr.x. The exper.mental r.sults indicated that the modification of the silver.and silver.palladium nanocomposite with CNT r.sulted in incr.ases in the har.ness and Young＇s modulus along with concomitant decr.ases in the electr.cal conductivity and the coefficient of ther.al expansion（CTE）. The har.ness and Young＇s modulus of the nanocomposites wer. incr.ased by 30%？40% wher.as the CTE was decr.ased to 50%-60% of the CTE of silver. The significantly impr.ved CTE and the mechanical pr.per.ies of the CNT-r.infor.ed silver.and silver.palladium nanocomposites ar. cor.elated with the intr.guing pr.per.ies of CNTs and with good inter.acial adhesion between the CNTs and silver.as a r.sult of the fabr.cation pr.cess and the contact action of palladium as an alloying element.
