In this work,phase and morphology-tuned MoO_(3) nanostructures are synthesized through a novel modified co-precipitation method,and their electrochemical properties are *** the first time,such a simple surfactant-assisted synthesis process aided by minor temperature variations is reported which results in phase transition of the nanoparticles from h-MoO_(3) nano-rods to a-MoO_(3) *** nanostructures thus developed are highly porous and crystalline with significantly large specific surface area as compared to previous *** theoretical bandgap energy of the optimized sample calculated using perdew-Zunger local density approximation(LDA) is in good agreement with the experimental *** overall structural,morphological,and surface-behavioural analysis predicts the electrochemical superiority in 2D a-MoO_(3).The cyclic voltammetry and galvano-potentiometry measurements of 2D a-MoO_(3) in the potential window of-0.6 V to +0.2 V present the highest pseudosupercapacitive response with a maximum specific capacitance of 829 F g^(-1)at 2 A g^(-1)as compared to h-MoO_(3) (452 F g^(-1)) and h@a-MoO_(3) (783 F g^(-1)).Thus,the MoO_(3) 2D nanostructures synthesized through our novel synthesis technique display excellent specific capacitance as compared to previous reported ***,a-MoO_(3) exhibits a galvanostatic charging-discharging cyclic stability of about 91%after 2000 cycles,indicating that it can serve as an excellent electrode material for supercapacitors.A solid-state asymmetric supercapacitor device is successfully constructed using a-MoO_(3) which can light up 4 red LEDs for 10 *** specific energy density of the device reaches a maximum value of 36.3 W h kg^(-1)at the power density of 50 W kg^(-1).

Tauopathies,diseases characterized by neuropathological aggregates of tau including Alzheimer's disease and subtypes of fro ntotemporal dementia,make up the vast majority of dementia *** there have been recent developments in tauopathy biomarkers and disease-modifying treatments,ongoing progress is required to ensure these are effective,economical,and accessible for the globally ageing *** such,continued identification of new potential drug targets and biomarkers is critical."Big data"studies,such as proteomics,can generate information on thousands of possible new targets for dementia diagnostics and therapeutics,but currently remain underutilized due to the lack of a clear process by which targets are selected for future drug *** this review,we discuss current tauopathy biomarkers and therapeutics,and highlight areas in need of improvement,particularly when addressing the needs of frail,comorbid and cognitively impaired *** highlight biomarkers which have been developed from proteomic data,and outline possible future directions in this *** propose new criteria by which potential targets in proteomics studies can be objectively ranked as favorable for drug development,and demonstrate its application to our group's recent tau interactome dataset as an example.

The concept of community resilience in the contexts of climate change and disasters draws increasing attention and interest from practitioners and researchers in recent development discourse. This paper provides a critical review of six selected frameworks of community resilience building operationalized in Bangladesh over the span of years. In other words, this study aims to contribute to the understanding of resilience through a systematic analysis of the dimensions and indicators of community resilience frameworks. The analysis shows that comprehensive and effective community resilience frameworks should incorporate the missing components linked to fundamental elements of good governance, economic growth, environmental sustainability, social transformation, and capacity development. The paper concludes by highlighting a few other areas of grave concern that need more appropriate attention, considering the severe threats posed by climate change and natural disasters in line with sustainable development goals. Finally, this study recommends further research regarding the effectiveness of these frameworks in different climatic and disaster contexts that can lead the concept into a new dimension of community resilience and sustainability.

Two-Stent Strategy for Bifurcation Lesions in percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty: Real-World Evidence

Background: Bifurcation lesions pose a high risk for adverse events after percutaneous coronary intervention (pCI). Evidence supporting the benefits of the two-stent strategy (2SS) for treating coronary bifurcation lesions in India is limited. This study aimed to evaluate the clinical outcomes of various 2SSs for percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty for bifurcation lesions in India. Materials and Methods: This retrospective, observational, multicentric, real-world study included 64 patients over 8 years. Data on demographics, medical history, pCI procedures, and outcomes were recorded. Descriptive statistics were computed using the SpSS software. Results: patients (n = 64) had an average age of 65.3 ± 11.1 years, with 78.1% males. Acute coronary syndrome was reported in 18.8%, chronic stable angina in 40.6%, and unstable angina in 34.4% of participants. Two-vessel disease was observed in 98.4% of patients, and 99.4% had true bifurcation lesions. The commonly involved vessels were the left anterior descending artery (50%), left circumflex coronary artery (34.4%), and first diagonal artery (43.8%). Mean percent diameter stenosis was 87.2% ± 10.1%. The mean number of stents used was 2.00 ± 0.34. The 2SS techniques included the T and small protrusion (TAp) (39.1%), double kissing (DK) crush (18.8%), and the culotte techniques (14.1%). procedural and angiographic success rate was 92.18%. Major adverse cardiovascular events at 1-year follow-up occurred in 7.8% of cases. Conclusion: The 2SS for bifurcation lesions showed favorable in-hospital and follow-up outcomes. Findings can serve as a resource for bifurcation angioplasty in India. Larger real-world studies with robust methodology are needed to validate these results.

We address space–frequency domain coherence properties of broadband light-emitting diodes(white LEDs) and fields radiated by them. Inverse-source techniques are employed to determine the spectral degree of spatial coherence of an effective planar source representing a real LED, and coherent elementary fields associated with *** fitting with experimental measurements, we formulate simple analytical coherence models that can be used as a basis for theoretical and experimental studies of the coherence of polychromatic stationary light in free space and in various optical systems. In particular, we find that radiation from white LEDs follows closely Wolf’s scaling law for spectral invariance [phys. Rev. Lett. 56, 1370(1986)] in the blue and the phosphor-generated parts of the spectrum separately, but not across the entire white-light spectrum.

The lead-free dielectric compound Bi(Mg2/3Ta1/3)O3(BMT)has been synthesized at high temperature by a low-cost solid-state *** X-ray diffraction(XRD)technique reveals that the fabricated sample has an orthorhombic crystal *** scanning electron microscope(SEM)image displays the uniform distribution of grains on the surface of the *** dielectric parameters(permittivity(εr),and loss tangent(tanδ)are studied over a wide range of temperature(150-500℃)and frequency(1 kHz-1 MHz).The temperature dependent conductivity plot follows Universal Johnson’s power *** complex impedance and modulus spectrum illustrate the electrical behavior of the compound at various frequency and *** Nyquist spectra show the presence of the effect of grain and grain boundary in the synthesized *** grain resistance value declines with the rise in temperature that shows the presence of a negative temperature coefficient(NTCR)behavior in the *** complex modulus spectra display the occurrence of the conduction mechanism in the *** reported compound has a relative dielectric constant and loss of 22×10^3 and 1.8 respectively at 1 kHz frequency and 500℃,thus becoming an efficient applicant for dielectric applications that can operate at higher temperatures.

The present article is focused on modelling of flow and heat transfer behaviour of Cu-water nanofluid in a confined slot jet impingement on hot moving *** parameters such as various moving plate velocities,nanoparticles at various concentrations,variation in turbulent Reynolds number and jet nozzle to plate distance have been considered to study the flow field and convective heat transfer performance of the *** of distribution of local and average Nusselt number and skin friction coefficients at the plate surface are shown to elucidate the heat transfer and fluid flow *** analysis of both stream function and isotherm contours are carried out to perceive the flow pattern and heat transfer mechanism due to moving *** results revealed that average Nusselt number significantly rises with plate velocity in addition with jet inlet Reynolds *** of the average Nusselt numbers are presented.

The dynamical response of spin-S(S=1, 3/2, 2, 3) Ising ferromagnet to the plane propagating wave, standing magnetic field wave and uniformly oscillating field with constant frequency are studied separately in two dimensions by extensive Monte Carlo simulation. Depending upon the strength of the magnetic field and the value of the spin state of the Ising spin lattice two different dynamical phases are observed. For a fixed value of S and the amplitude of the propagating magnetic field wave the system undergoes a dynamical phase transition from propagating phase to pinned phase as the temperature of the system is cooled down. Similarly in case with standing magnetic wave the system undergoes dynamical phase transition from high temperature phase where spins oscillate coherently in alternate bands of half wavelength of the standing magnetic wave to the low temperature pinned or spin frozen phase. For a fixed value of the amplitude of magnetic field oscillation the transition temperature is observed to decrease to a limiting value as the value of spin S is increased. The time averaged magnetisation over a full cycle of the magnetic field oscillation plays the role of the dynamic order parameter. A comprehensive phase boundary is drawn in the plane of magnetic field amplitude and dynamic transition temperature. It is found that the phase boundary shrinks inwards for high value of spin state *** in the low temperature(and high field) region the phase boundaries are closely spaced.

Robust Nonlinear Analytic Redundancy for Fault Detection and Isolation in Mobile Robot

A robust nonlinear analytical redundancy （RNLAR） technique is presented to detect and isolate actuator and sensor faults in a mobile robot. Both model-plant-mismatch （MpM） and process disturbance are considered during fault detection. The RNLAR is used to design primary residual vectors （pRV）, which are highly sensitive to the faults and less sensitive to MpM and process disturbance, for sensor and actuator fault detection. The pRVs are then transformed into a set of structured residual vectors （SRV） for fault isolation. Experimental results on a pioneer 3-DX mobile robot are presented to justify the effectiveness of the RNLAR scheme.
