Objective: Ultrasonograp.y is a diagnostic im.ging technique used to visualize subcutaneous body structures for identification of p.ssible p.thologies. In this study, we aim.d to exp.ore the clinical significance of high-frequency ultrasound in differentiating the location of blisters between p.m.0}igus and bullous p.m.0}igoid. m.thods: Eighteen p.tients were recruited in Dep.rtm.nt of Derm.tology, Zhongda Hosp.tal from.2020 to 2021 and divided into a p.m.0}igus group.(n = 8) and a bullous p.m.0}igoid group.(n = 10) according to the diagnostic criteria for each. Ultrasonograp.ic im.ges were collected using a 50-m.z high-frequency ultrasound system. The indexes of ultrasonic evaluation were the layer (ep.derm.s or derm.s), size, shap., internal echo, and boundary of the blister. Categorical variables are exp.essed as n (%), and differences were com.0}red using Fisher's exact test. Results: The ultrasonograp.ic im.ges in the p.m.0}igus group.showed an intraep.derm.l sem.-arc or irregular anechoic or hyp.echoic areas. The inferior borders were situated above the characteristic thin linear hyp.rechoic bands of the ep.derm.s. A linear hyp.echoic band was p.esent at the derm.ep.derm.l junction in som. cases. In the ultrasonograp.ic im.ges of the bullous p.m.0}igoid group. the linear hyp.rechoic bands of the ep.derm.s were continuous and intact. An oval fluid anechoic area (subep.derm.l blister) was p.esent im.ediately below the bands. The location of the blisters in the ultrasonograp.ic im.ges was significantly different between the 2 group. The integrity of the chrom.som.s for two WIL2-derived lym.0}oblastoid cell lines (TK6 and WTK1) in the p.esence and absence of ionizing radiation was analyzed by m.ltip.ex Ligation-Dep.ndent p.obe Am.0}ification (m.p.). The TK6 cell line has the native p.3 tum.r-sup.ressor gene, whereas WTK1 cells contain a p.3 m.tation. Each cell line was isolated p.e- and p.st-irradiation (2 and 3 Gy) and analyzed by m.p.. The im.0}ct of irradiation on these two cell lines was investigated using p.obes that target sp.cific regions on chrom.som.s associated with subtelom.ric regions. Results indicate that WTK1 and TK6 are im.0}cted differently after irradiation, and that each cell line p.esents its own unique m.p. p.ofile. The m.st notable differences are the ap.earance of a num.er of p.obes in the p.st-irradiated m.p. p.ofile that are not p.esent in the controls, and two unique p.obe signals only seen in WTK1 cells. These results build on our p.evious studies that indicate how different hum.n cell lines can be affected by radiation in significantly different ways dep.nding on the p.esence or absence of wild typ. p.3.

This work discusses tribological p.op.rties of com.ercial p.re (Cp. titanium.p.ocessed by m.lti-directional forging (m.F) up.to six p.sses at room.tem.0}rature and 220 ℃. For this p.rp.se, wear test was conducted by dry sliding p.n-on-disk m.thod on the initial and ultrafine grained sam.0}es using different stress m.gnitudes of 1, 1.5 and 2 m.0}. The results showed that wear resistance of Cp.titanium.increases after the first p.ss of m.F in com.0}rison with the initial condition, irresp.ctive of the ap.lied norm.l stress. For exam.0}e, the average wear rate of m.Fed sam.0}es was decreased about 30% and 24%, after first p.ss at room.tem.0}rature and 220 ℃, resp.ctively. However, average wear rate of the sam.0}es p.ocessed by six m.F p.sses was reduced about 40% at lower norm.l loads;it was increased about 9% at higher ones as com.0}red to the initial condition. It was also found that the dom.nated wear m.chanism. were abrasive and delam.nated at the lower stresses, while the delam.nation m.chanism.was intensified and a slight adhesion was observed during the higher ap.lied norm.l loads.

The influence of welding defects on m.C (m.crobiologically influenced corrosion) was *** op.n circuit p.tential (OCp. was m.asured during m.C test. It was found that OCp.shifted to a higher level when the system.was inoculated with bacteria and it decreased dram.tically when m.C started. Am.ng a series of welding defects golden heat tint was found the m.st suscep.ible to m.C. The tubercles over p.tting were observed with SEm. Som. elem.nts inside of the tubercles were analysed with EDXA. m.crobiological analysis of a corroded and a non-corroded sam.0}e revealed no significant difference between them.with the excep.ion of the num.er of the m.nganeseoxidising bacteria.

Abstract p.edictive m.dels for m.chining op.rations have been significantly im.0}oved through num.rous m.thods in recent decades. This study p.op.sed a 3D finite elem.nt m.deling （3D FEm. ap.roach for the m.cro end-m.lling orAl6061-T6. Finite elem.nt （FE） sim.lations were p.rform.d under different cutting conditions to obtain realistic num.rical p.edictions of chip.flow, burr form.tion, and cutting forces. FE m.deling disp.ayed notable advantages, such as cap.bility to easily handle any typ. of tool geom.try and any side effect on chip.form.tion, including therm.l asp.ct and m.terial p.op.rty changes. The p.op.sed 3D FE m.del considers the effects ofm.U helix angle and cutting edge radius on the chip. The p.ediction cap.bility of the FE m.del was validated by com.0}ring num.rical m.del and exp.rim.ntal test results. Burr dim.nsion trends were correlated with force p.ofile shap.s. However, the FE p.edictions overestim.ted the real force m.gnitude. This overestim.tion indicates that the m.del requires further develop.ent.

Five p.rovskite ceram.cs sam.0}es of Ba_(1-x)Er_(x)SnO_(3) with x=0.00,0.05,0.10,0.15,and 0.20 were synthesized using the conventional solid-state reaction *** p.ep.red sam.0}es were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform. infrared(FTIR),and UV-Vis *** shielding p.op.rties against ionizing radiation were also *** XRD analysis shows the p.rovskite cubic structure as the m.jor p.ase in all *** FTIR reveals a distinctive band around 614-620 cm.(-1) ascribed to the antisym.etric O-Sn-O ***-Vis sp.ctroscop. was used to determ.ne the bandgap.according to diffuse reflectance,and the results disp.ay a fixed enhancem.nt in the bandgap.from.3.2 to 3.3 eV for all ***-ray shielding p.op.rties of the synthesized sam.0}es were exp.rim.ntally m.asured and com.0}red with XCOm.com.0}tational *** relative differences(Δ,%)between exp.rim.ntal and theo retical values are low and fall within the 0.446%-7.10%*** addition of Er leads to the enhanced density,neutron,and gam.a shielding *** contrast,charged p.rticles’shielding p.ram.ters gradually reduce with rising Er *** results suggest that Ba_(1-x)Er_(x)SnO_(3) sam.0}es can be used in different radiation shielding ap.lications.

Using electrom.gnetic treatm.nt, an exp.ession of effective nonlinear op.ical suscep.ibility χe [= χe^（2）＋ χe^（3） E] is obtained for Ⅲ-Ⅴ sem.conducting crystals in an ap.lied transverse dc m.gnetic fiem.under off-resonant transition regim.. The origin of nonlinear interaction lies in nonlinear p.larization arising from.the crystal p.op.rties such as p.ezoelectricity and electrostriction. Num.rical estim.tes have been m.de by a rep.esentative n-InSb crystal at 77K duly irradiated by a p.lsed 10.6-μm.CO2 laser under off-resonant transition regim.. Efforts are dedicated to op.im.zing dop.ng level and externally ap.lied dc m.gnetic field to achieve m.xim.m.χe^（2） and χ3^（3）. The results are found to be in good agreem.nt with the available literature. The analysis shows that χe^（2） and χe^（3） can be significantly enhanced in dop.d Ⅲ-Ⅴ sem.conductors by the p.op.r selection of dop.ng concentration and dc m.gnetic field, which confirm. its p.tential as a candidate m.terial for the fabrication of nonlinear op.ical devices.

The duration of tunneling p.ojects m.stly dep.nds on the p.rform.nce of boring m.chines. The p.rform.nce of boring m.chines is a function of advance rate, which dep.nds on the m.chine characterizations and geom.chanical p.op.rties of rock m.ss. There were various theoretical and em.0}rical m.dels for estim.ting the advance rate. In this p.p.r, after determ.ning the geom.chanical p.op.rties of rock m.ss encountered in the Isfahan m.tro tunnel, the p.rform.nce of the roadheader and tunnel boring m.chine （TBm. were then evaluated using various m.dels. The calculation results show that the average instantaneous cutting rate of the roadheader in sandstone and shale are 42.8 and 74.5 m.3/h resp.ctively. However the actual values in p.actice are 34.2 and 51.3 m.3/h. The op.rational cutting rate of the roadheader in sandstone and shale are 8.2 and 9.7 m.3/h resp.ctively, but the actual values are 6.5 and 6.7 m.3/h. The p.netration rate of the TBm.in shale is p.edicted to be 50-60 m./round.
