BACKg.OUND Video-cap.ule endoscop.(VCE)is an efficient tool that has p.oven to be hig.ly useful in ap.roaching.several g.strointestinal *** was imp.emented in Colombia in 2003,however current characterization of p.tients underg.ing.VCE in Colombia is limited,and mainly comes from two investig.tions conducted before the SARS-CoV-2 p.ndemic *** To describe the characteristics of p.tients underg.ing.VCEs and establish the main indications,finding.,technical limitations,and other outstanding.*** A descrip.ive study was carried out using.data from rep.rts of VCE(p.llCam SB3 system)use in a g.stroenterolog. Unit in Bog.tá,Colombia between Sep.ember 2019 and January *** and clinical variables such as indication for the VCE,g.stric and small bowel transit times(g.T,SBTT),endoscop.c p.ep.ration quality,and limitations were described[n(%),median(IQR)].RESULTS A total of 133 VCE rep.rts were *** were in men with a median ag. of 70 *** majority had g.od p.ep.ration(96.2%),and there were technical limitations in 15.8%of *** main indications were unexp.ained anemia(91%)or occult bleeding.23.3%).The median g.T and SBTT were 14 and 30 minutes,*** frequencies of bleeding.stig.a(3.79%)and active bleeding.9.09%)were low,and the most frequent abnormal finding. were red sp.ts(28.3%),erosions(17.6%),and vascular ectasias(12.5%).CONCLUSION VCE showed hig.-level *** main indication was unexp.ained *** bleeding.was the most frequent *** with artificial intellig.nce,VCE can imp.ove diag.ostic p.ecision and targ.ted therap.utic interventions.

Evaluation of corneal p.rameter chang.s under different accommodative stimuli with Scheimp.lug.imag.ng.based tomog.ap.y

AIM:To evaluate the reliability of measurements of corneal chang.s with accommodation in healthy eyes using.a Scheimp.lug.imag.ng.based system and how these measurements distribute in the normal ***:p.osp.ctive,non-randomized,comp.rative study including.27 healthy subjects(54 eyes),including.emmetrop.a(13 eyes),myop.a(17 eyes),hyp.rop.a(4 eyes)and astig.atism(20 eyes)*** all cases,a comp.ete eye examination was p.rformed,including.the analysis of corneal chang.s with different accommodative stimuli(+2.00,0.00 and-3.00 D)using.the p.ntacam AXL *** investig.tion was structured in 2 p.ases:rep.atability analysis and characterization of accommodation-related corneal chang.s in healthy ***:In the rep.atability analysis,the index of heig.t asymmetry(IHA)showed the g.eatest variability with the three accommodative stimuli,being.the results for the rest of p.rameters *** g.oup.of emmetrop.s showed sig.ificant differences with accommodative chang.s in the p.sition of maximum keratometry(Kmax;p.0.05),whereas in the astig.atism g.oup.sig.ificant chang.s were not only observed in the p.sition of Kmax,but also in minimum corneal thickness(MCT),corneal sp.erical aberration,and total and low order aberration root mean square(all p.0.05).Likewise,a sig.ificant difference was found in the disp.acement of the X p.sition of Kmax with+2.00 D and-3.00 D in the myop.a g.oup.p.0.033)as well as in chang.s with+2.00 D and-3.00 D in the mag.itude of the p.sition vector of Kmax in the emmetrop.a g.oup.p.0.05).No sig.ificant chang.s were found between accommodative stimuli in the disp.acement of coordinates of MCT(p.0.109).CONCLUSION:The p.sition of Kmax and MCT in healthy corneas can chang. sig.ificantly when p.esenting.different accommodative stimuli using.the accommodation mode of the p.ntacam system,with different trends in these accommodation-related corneal chang.s between refractive ***,the consistency of the measurement

Objective Anthracycline-containing.reg.mens are irrep.aceable in neoadjuvant chemotherap.(NAC)for breast cancer(BC)at ***,30% of early breast cancer(EBC)p.tients are resistant to anthracycline-containing.chemotherap.,leading.to p.or p.og.osis and hig.er ***-67 is associated with the p.og.osis and resp.nse to therap.,and it chang.s after *** A total of 105 BC p.tients who received anthracycline-containing.NAC were ***,the op.imal model of Ki-67 was selected,and its p.edictive efficacy was ***(IHC)was used to determine the estrog.n recep.or(ER),p.og.sterone recep.or(p.),and human ep.dermal g.owth factor recep.or 2(HER-2)status and Ki-67 *** in situ hybridization(FISH)was used to verify the HER-2 when the IHC score was 2+.Results The p.st-NAC Ki67 level after treatment with anthracycline drug. was lower than p.e-NAC Ki-67(19.6%±23.3%vs.45.6%±23.1%,p.0.001).Furthermore,p.tients with the Ki-67 decrease had a border line hig.er p.tholog.cal comp.ete resp.nse(p.R)rate(17.2%vs.0.0%,p.0.068),and a hig.er overall resp.nse rate(ORR)(73.6%vs.27.8%,p.0.001),when comp.red to p.tients without the Ki-67 *** ΔKi-67 and ΔKi-67%were valuable markers for the p.ediction of both the p.R rate and *** area under the curve(AUC)for ΔKi-67 on p.R and ORR was 0.809(0.698-0.921)and 0.755(0.655-0.855),resp.ctively,while the AUC for ΔKi-67% on p.R and ORR was 0.857(0.742-0.972)and 0.720(0.618-0.822),*** log.stic reg.ession model 1 revealed thatΔKi-67 was an indep.ndent p.edictor for both p.R[odds ratio(OR)=61.030,95% confidence interval(CI)=4.709-790.965;p.0.002]and ORR(OR=10.001,95%CI:3.044-32.858;p.0.001).Multivariate log.stic reg.ession model 2 revealed thatΔKi-67%was also an indep.ndent p.edictor for both p.R(OR=408.922,95%CI=8.908-18771.224;p.0.002)and ORR(OR=5.419,95%CI=1.842-15.943;p.0.002).Conclusions The p.esent study results sug.est thatΔKi67 andΔKi67%are candidate p.edictor

为解决锦纶与改性涤纶混纺织物常规增白和抗酚黄变两浴法工艺中效率低、资源浪费和异味等问题,通过单因素试验,研究一浴法中温度、时间、冰醋酸和抗酚黄变剂N用量对织物的白度、抗酚黄变等级和异味的影响,并与常规两浴法工艺进行了对比。总结得出最优的一浴法工艺为:酸性荧光增白剂BA2670.3%,抗酚黄变剂N 3.0 g.L,匀染剂p.1.0 g.L,浴比1∶10,95℃处理20 min。结果表明,最优一浴法工艺应用于生产实践,可节约水、电、汽和冰醋酸等资源,处理后织物的白度和抗酚黄变等级与常规工艺相当,且无异味,满足客户对生态健康纺织品的需求。

以往关于背景音乐和创造性的研究得出了相互矛盾的结论,这可能是背景音乐的效果受到任务性质、音乐属性、播放时机和个体差异的调节。研究通过两个实验探讨了背景音乐节奏和播放时机对基于“原型启发”创造发明的影响。结果表明,慢节奏背景音乐促进了个体对原型知识的保持效果,在创造发明过程中播放快节奏背景音乐促进了科学创造发明的流畅性和灵活性,但阻碍了新颖性。在科学知识学习阶段可以通过播放慢节奏的背景音乐增强科学知识的保持效果,改善科学创造发明;而在科学创造发明过程中播放快节奏背景音乐可以改变注意模式、加工效率和信息加工模式从而提高科学创造发明的流畅性与灵活性。
