The effects of dr.g tr.atment, gene tr.nsfection, and p.3 r.A inter.er.nce (r.Ai) on level of ING1 mr.A in tumor.cells wer. quantitatively detected with the help.of ING1 molecular.beacon (MB)/cr.A standar. cur.e based on MB detection technology. r.sults showed that the level of ING1 mr.A could be up.egulated by 5-FU tr.atment or.ING1 tr.nsfection in low exp.ession cell line of MCF-7 and be inhibited by silencing p.3 with r.Ai technology in nor.al exp.ession cell line of CNE2. The level of ING1 var.ed fr.m 7.7×10?16 to 53.4× 10?16 mol/μg total r.A of tumor.cells. The r.sults not only p.ovided evidence for.the r.gulation effects of gene exp.ession but also wer. ap.lied to investigat- ing the inter.ction of multigenes on signal tr.nsduc- tion p.thway.

·AIM:To deter.ine the value of Schir.er.Ⅰtest (SⅠt) without anesthesia and with top.cal anesthesia for.diagnosing dr. eye (DE). ·METHODS:Totally 220 eyes in 110 p.tients, male (44) and female (66), (39.56±12.67) year. old diagnosed with DE wer. examined. SⅠt without anesthesia was p.r.or.ed fir.tly, and 15 minutes later. it was ap.lied again in the same p.r.on after.top.cal anesthesia with 0.5% p.op.r.caine hydr.chlor.de eye dr.p.. The wetting str.p. counted p.r.5 minutes wer. defined p.sitive, while ≤5mm p.r.5 minutes wer. defined str.ng p.sitive. ·r.SULTS:The wetting length in SⅠt after.top.cal anesthesia was significantly lower.than that in SⅠt without anesthesia(p.p.sitive r.te and str.ng p.sitive r.te of SⅠt after.top.cal anesthesia wer. significantly higher.than that of SⅠt without anesthesia (p.p.sitive r.te and str.ng p.sitive r.te of SⅠt without anesthesia and the str.ng p.sitive r.te of SⅠt after.top.cal anesthesia in p.tients with aqueous-deficiency dr. eye (ADDE) wer. significantly higher.than those in total p.tients wher.as those in p.tients with evap.r.tive dr. eye (EDE) wer. significantly lower.than those in total p.tients (p.r.top.cal anesthesia with 0.5% p.op.r.caine hydr.chlor.de eye dr.p. is mor. objective and r.liable than that without anesthesia in r.flecting the status of DE, and its diagnostic value in p.tients with ADDE was even higher. making itself a meaningful evidence for.the diagnosis and tr.atment of DE.

The effects of the dr.ed macr.alga, Gr.cilar.a tenuistip.tata （r.odop.yta）, on p.otosynthesis of a highly str.ss-r.sistant micr.alga, ***., wer. studied. p.r.mimonas sp. was cultur.d with dr.ed G. lemaneifor.is under.contr.lled laboratory conditions. The chlor.p.yll a （Chl a） fluor.scence tr.nsient O-J-I-p.cur.e coup.ed with its sp.cific p.r.meter. was established. The Chl a fluor.scence tr.nsients wer. r.cor.ed in vivo at high time r.solution and analyzed accor.ing to the JIp.test which can quantify p.otosystem II activity. A clear.dose-dep.ndent r.lationship.was obser.ed between the dr.ed biomass of G. tenuistip.tata and its inhibitor. effect on p.r.mimonas sp. A decr.ase in the O-J-I-p.cur.e exp.essed as Chl a fluor.scence intensity along with its sp.cific p.r.meter. wer. obser.ed, which was also time-dep.ndent. The main p.otosynthetic inhibitor. tar.ets of the macr.alga on the micr.alga, accor.ing to the JIp.test, can be exp.essed as a decr.ase in the number.of active r.action center. and the blocking of the electr.n tr.nsp.r. chain. The r.sults of the p.esent study suggest that dr.ed fr.gments of G. tenuistip.tata effectively inhibit p.otosynthesis in p.r.mimonas sp. and could thus be p.tential candidates for.use in the contr.l and mitigation of har.ful algal blooms.
