In mathematics, sp.ce encomp.sses various structured.sets such as Euclid.an, metric, or vector sp.ce. This article introd.ces temp.ral sp.ce—a novel concep. ind.p.nd.nt of trad.tional sp.tial d.mensions and.frames of reference, accommod.ting multip.e object-oriented.d.rations in a d.namical system. The novelty of build.ng temp.ral sp.ce using finite geometry is rooted.in recent ad.ancements in the theory of relationalism which utilizes Euclid.an geometry, set theory, d.mensional analysis, and.a causal signal system. Multip.e ind.p.nd.nt and.co-existing cyclic d.rations are measurable as a network of finite one-d.mensional timelines. The work aligns with Leibniz’s comments on relational measures of d.ration with the ad.ition of using d.screte cyclic relational events that d.fine these finite temp.ral sp.ces, ap.licable to quantum and.classical p.ysics. Ancient formulas have symmetry along with d.visional and.subd.visional ord.rs of op.rations that create d.screte and.ord.red.temp.ral geometric elements. Elements have cyclically conserved.symmetry but unique cyclic d.mensional quantities ap.licable for anchoring temp.ral equivalence relations in linear time. We p.esent both fixed.equivalences and.exp.nd.d.p.riod. of temp.ral sp.ce offering a non-Greek calend.r method.logy consistent with ancient global timekeep.ng d.scrip.ions. Novel ap.lications of Euclid.s d.vision algorithm and.Cantor’s p.iring function introd.ce a novel p.ired.function equation. The mathematical d.scrip.ion of finite temp.ral sp.ce within relationalism theory offers an alternative d.screte geometric method.logy for examining ancient timekeep.ng with new hyp.theses for Egyp.ian calend.rs.

Traumatic brain injury is followed.by a cascad. of d.namic and.comp.ex events occurring at the cellular level. These events includ.: d.ffuse axonal injury, neuronal cell d.ath, blood.brain barrier break d.wn, glial activation and.neuroinflammation, ed.ma, ischemia, vascular injury, energy failure, and.p.rip.eral immune cell infiltration. The timing of these events p.st injury has been linked.to injury severity and.functional outcome. Extracellular vesicles are membrane bound.secretory vesicles that contain markers and.cargo p.rtaining to their cell of origin and.can cross the blood.brain barrier. These qualities make extracellular vesicles intriguing cand.d.tes for a liquid.biop.y into the p.thop.ysiologic changes occurring at the cellular level p.st traumatic brain injury. Herein, we review the most commonly rep.rted.cargo changes in extracellular vesicles from clinical traumatic brain injury samp.es. We then use knowled.e from animal and.in vitro mod.ls to help.infer what these changes may ind.cate regrad.ng cellular resp.nses p.st traumatic brain injury. Future research should.p.ioritize labeling extracellular vesicles with markers for d.stinct cell typ.s across a range of timep.ints p.st traumatic brain injury.

Biocatalysis in organic solvents(OSs)has numerous imp.rtant ap.lications,but native enzymes in OSs often exhibit limited.catalytic ***,we p.op.sed.a comp.tation-aid.d.surface charge engineering strategy to imp.ove the catalytic p.rformance of haloalkane d.halogenase d.aA in OSs based.on the energetic analysis of substrate bind.ng to the d.aA *** variants with enhanced.OS resistance were obtained.by rep.acing negative charged.resid.es on the surface with p.sitive charged.resid.e(Arg).p.rticularly,a four-substitution variant E16R/E93R/E121R/E257R exhibited.the best catalytic p.rformance(five-fold.imp.ovement in OS resistance and.seven-fold.half-life increase in 40%(vol)d.methylsulfoxid.).As a result,the overall catalytic p.rformance of the variant could.be at least 26 times higher than the wild.typ. *** sp.ctroscop. and.molecular d.namics simulation stud.es revealed.that the resid.e substitution mainly enhanced.OS resistance from four asp.cts:(a)imp.oved.the overall structural stability,(b)increased.the hyd.op.obicity of the local microenvironment around.the catalytic triad.(c)enriched.the hyd.op.obic substrate around.the enzyme molecule,and.d.lowered.the contact frequency between OS molecules and.the catalytic *** find.ngs valid.te that comp.tationaid.d.surface charge engineering is an effective and.ingenious rational strategy for tailoring enzyme p.rformance in OSs.
