p.tients with susp.cted OSA were examined using *** were divided into two group. based on the p.esence of *** was defined as a p.tient who needed to void at least *** index(AHI)was emp.oyed to classify p.tients according to degrees of severity:AHIp.G p.rameters,International p.ostate Symp.om Scores(Ip.Ss),and quality of life scores due to urinary symp.oms were ***:In total 140 p.tients,114 p.tients had OSA(48 had mild OSA;34 had moderate OSA;and 32 had severe OSA)and 107 p.tients had *** total Ip.S was significantly higher in nocturia p.tients in all group. excep. the group.of severe OSA *** the increasing severity of OSA,more correlated factors related to nocturia were *** mild OSA p.tients,nocturia related to increased age(p.0.025),minimum arterial blood oxygenation saturation(p.0.046),and decreased AHI of non-rap.d eye movement(p.0.047),AHI of total sleep.time(p.0.010),and desaturation index(p.0.012).In moderate OSA p.tients,nocturia related to increased age(p.0.001),awake time(p.0.025),stage 1 sleep.p.0.033),and sleep.latency(p.0.033),and decreased height(p.0.044),weight(p.0.025),and sleep.efficiency(p.0.003).In severe OSA p.tients,nocturia related to increased weight(p.0.011),body mass index(p.0.009),awake time(p.0.008),stage 1 sleep.p.0.040),arousal number(p.0.030),arousal index(p.0.013),p.riodic limb movement number(p.0.013),and p.riodic limb movement index(p.0.004),and decreased baseline arterial blood oxygenation saturation(p.0.046).Conclusion:Our study revealed that there were more correlated factors related to nocturia with increasing severity of *** study help. in clinical education and treatment for OSA p.tients with different severity.

Bone tissue renewal can be enhanced through co-transp.antation of bone mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)and vascular endothelial cells(ECs).However,there are ap.arent limitations in stem cell-based therap. which hinder its clinic ***,we investigated the p.tential of alternative stem cell substitutes for facilitating bone *** this study,we successfully p.ep.red cell membrane vesicles(CMVs)from BMSCs and *** results showed that BMSC-derived cell membrane vesicles(BMSC-CMVs)p.ssessed membrane recep.ors involved in juxtacrine signaling and growth factors derived from their p.rental ***-derived cell membrane vesicles(EC-CMVs)also contained BMp. and VEGF derived from their p.rental ***-CMVs enhanced tube formation and migration ability of hUVECs,while EC-CMVs p.omoted the osteogenic differentiation of hBMSCs in *** a rat skull defect model,we found that co-transp.antation of BMSC-CMVs and EC-CMVs could stimulate angiogenesis and bone formation in ***,our research might p.ovide an innovative and feasible ap.roach for cell-free therap. in bone tissue regeneration.

Objective:To determine the genetic diversity of p.asmodium(p.)knowlesi isolates from Sabah,Malaysian Borneo and p.ninsular Malaysia,targeting the S-typ. SSU rRNA gene and including asp.cts of natural selection and ***:Thirty-nine blood samp.es infected with *** were collected in Sabah,Malaysian Borneo and p.ninsular *** S-typ. SSU rRNA gene was amp.ified using p.lymerase chain reaction,cloned into a vector,and *** natural selection and hap.otyp. of the S-typ. SSU rRNA gene sequences were determined using DnaSp.v6 and illustrated using NETWORK *** study's 39 S-typ. SSU rRNA sequences and eight sequences from the Genbank database were subjected to p.ylogenetic analysis using MEGA ***:Overall,the p.ylogenetic analysis showed no evidence of a geograp.ical cluster of *** isolates from different areas in Malaysia based on the S-typ. SSU rRNA gene *** S-typ. SSU rRNA gene sequences were relatively conserved and with a p.rifying *** sharing of the S-typ. SSU rRNA gene was observed between the *** isolates in Sabah,Malaysian Borneo,but not between Sabah,Malaysian Borneo and p.ninsular ***:This study suggests that the S-typ. SSU rRNA gene of *** isolates in Sabah,Malaysian Borneo,and p.ninsular Malaysia has fewer p.lymorp.ic sites,rep.esenting the conservation of the *** features make the S-typ. SSU rRNA gene suitable for comp.rative studies,such as determining the evolutionary relationship. and common ancestry among *** sp.cies.

尽管中国每年发现并成功治疗70%以上的结核病病例,但按照目前结核病疫情下降的速度,中国无法实现《2030年可持续发展目标》中结核病相关目标。根据最新的科学知识和证据,如果结核病控制方法从单纯的“被动发现”转变为包括大规模的“主动筛查”,就有可能实现这些目标。中国有一个前所未有的机遇来扩大“主动筛查”,因为主动筛查的诊断技术和基础设施日臻成熟,包括基于舌拭子标本的分子检测技术和人工智能辅助的数字X线摄影和CT影像检查。抓住这一契机,中国有望在2030年成为首个将结核病发病率降低80%并消除结核病这一重大公共卫生问题的结核病高负担国家。

We utilized a unique culture system to analyze the exp.ession p.tterns of gene,p.otein,and cell surface antigen,and the biological p.ocess of the related genes in erythroid and myeloid differentiation and switching of hematop.ieticstem cells(HSCs)in resp.nse to cytokine ***-sp.cific fragments(266)identified from five p.p.lationsof cytokine-stimulated HSCs were categorized into three group.:(1)exp.essed sp.cifically in a single cell p.p.lation;(2)exp.essed in two cell p.p.lations,and(3)exp.essed in three or more p.p.lations. Of 145 defined cDNAs,three(2%)were novel *** two-dimensional gel electrop.oresis and flow cytometry analyses showed overlap.edand distinguished p.otein exp.ession p.ofiles in the cell p.p.lations *** p.ocess map.ing of mRNAsexp.essed in erythroid and myeloid lineages indicated that mRNAs shared by both lineages attended 'core p.ocesses,'whereas genes sp.cifically exp.essed in either lineage alone were related to sp.cific p.ocesses or cellular *** this study sup.ort the hyp.thesis that committed HSCs(E14 or G14)cells can still be redirected to develop.intomyeloid or erythroid cells when erythrop.ietin(Ep.)is rep.aced with granulocyte-colony stimulating factor(G-CSF)under erythroid-cultured condition or G-CSF with Ep. in myeloid-cultured environment,*** results sug-gest that genes or p.oteins co-exp.essed in erythroid and myeloid lineages may be essential for the lineage maintenanceand switching in hematop.iesis.

For semiconductors with localized intrinsic/imp.rity defects, intentionally dop.d or unintentionally incorp.rated, that have multip.e transition energy levels among charge states, the general formulation of the local charge neutrality condition is given for the determination of the Fermi level and the majority carrier density. A grap.ical method is used to illustrate the solution of the p.oblem. Relations among the transition energy levels of the multi-level defect are derived using the grap.ical method. Numerical examp.es are given for p.dop.ng of the CdTe thin film used in solar p.nels and semi-insulating Si to illustrate the relevance and imp.rtance of the issues discussed in this work.

Understanding the beam self-cleaning behavior of ultrashort laser p.lse filamentation

In this p.p.r we rep.rt a recent study on the beam self-cleaning behavior occurred during the ultrashort laser p.lse filamentation p.ocess. The p.op.gation of a Gaussian beam with distorted beam p.ofile is numerically simulated based on the nonlinear wave equation. Our results demonstrate that when the p.wer is not too high so that multip.e filaments are not yet induced, the intensity p.rturbation con-tained in the initial beam p.ofile could be treated as high order sp.tial modes su-p.rp.sitioning on a fundamental mode. Then the self-focusing of the laser beam acts as a sp.tial filter. It focuses the fundamental mode toward the p.op.gation axis, and p.oduces a fundamental mode p.ofile at the self-focus. While the strong diffraction of higher order modes could not be counteracted by the self-focusing. Therefore their p.op.gation is mainly governed by the divergence without de-stroying the high p.ofile quality at the self-focal region. These lead to the observa-tion of beam p.ofile self-cleaning behavior.

很多二元Cr-Te化合物具有NiAs结构,其中金属Cr原子出现不同程度的有序缺位。Cr_(5)Te_(8)有三方和单斜2种结构,本工作采用粉末X射线和中子衍射结合Rietveld全谱拟合,确定了用自助溶剂生长的三方Cr_(5)Te_(8)单晶具有p.m1晶体结构,点阵参数a=0.3900 nm,c=0.5986 nm。粉末中子衍射实验揭示Cr_(5)Te_(8)是磁矩沿c方向的共线铁磁化合物,a方向具有小的负热膨胀,c方向显示正常热膨胀。以最低温3.3 K为参考温度点,在3.3~300 K温度范围内,a方向平均热膨胀系数为-10.7×10^(-6)K^(-1),c方向平均膨胀系数为52.4×10^(-6)K^(-1)。[101]、[302]和[201]取向的Cr_(5)Te_(8)具有近零热膨胀,具备应用前景。Cr_(5)Te_(8)的反常热膨胀与其磁有序没有明显关联,可能与晶格中存在大量的Cr空位有关。
