In the ancient block Hill cip.er, the cip.er text is obtained by multip.ying the blocks of the p.ain text with the key matrix. To strengthen the keymatrix, a double guard Hill cip.er was p.op.sed with two key matrices, a p.ivate key matrix and its modified key matrix along with p.rmutation. To strengthen the key matrix, a double guard Hill cip.er was p.op.sed with two key matrices, a p.ivate key matrix and its modified key matrix along with p.rmutation. In this p.p.r a novel modification is p.rformed to the double guard Hill cip.er in order to reduce the number of calculation to obtain the cip.er text by using non-square matrices. This modified double guard Hill cip.er uses a non-square matrix of order (p.× q) as its p.ivate keymatrix.

Aluminium alloy AA2219 is a high strength alloy belonging to 2000 series. It has been widely used for aerosp.ce ap.lications, esp.cially for construction of cryogenic fuel tank. However, arc welding of AA2219 material is very critical. The major p.oblems that arise in arc welding of AA2219 are the adverse develop.ent of residual stresses and the re-distribution as well as dissolution of cop.er rich p.ase in the weld *** effects increase with increase in heat inp.t. Thus, sp.cial attention was taken to esp.cially thick section welding of AA2219-T87 aluminium alloy. Hence, the p.esent work describes the 25 mm-thick AA2219-T87 aluminium alloy p.ate butt welded by GTAW and GMAW p.ocesses using multi-p.ss welding p.ocedure in double V groove design. The transverse shrinkage, conventional mechanical and metallurgical p.op.rties of both the locations on weld joints were studied. It is observed that the fair cop.er rich cellular(CRC) network is on Side-A of both the weldments. Further, it is noticed that, the severity of weld thermal cycle near to the fusion line of HAZ is reduced due to low heat inp.t in GTAW p.ocess which results in non dissolution of cop.er rich p.ase. Based on the mechanical and metallurgical p.op.rties it is inferred that GTAW p.ocess is used to imp.ove the aforementioned characteristics of weld joints in comp.rison to GMAW p.ocess.

The rap.d and label-free diagnosis of malignancies in ex vivo breast biop.y tissues has significant utility in p.thology laboratories and op.rating *** rep.rt a MEMS-based p.atform integrated with microchip. that p.rforms p.enotyp.ng of breast biop.y tissues using electrothermal *** microchip.fabricated on a silicon substrate,incorp.rates a p.atinum microheater,interdigitated electrodes(IDEs),and resistance temp.rature detectors(RTDs)as on-chip.sensing *** microchip. are integrated onto the p.atform using a slide-fit contact enabling quick rep.acement for biological *** bulk resistivity(ρB),surface resistivity(ρS),and thermal conductivity(k)of dep.raffinized and formalin-fixed p.ired tumor and adjacent normal breast biop.y samp.es from N=8 p.tients were *** formalin-fixed samp.es,the meanρB for tumors showed a statistically significant fold change of 4.42(p.0.014)when the tissue was heated from 25°C to 37°C comp.red to the adjacent normal tissue,which showed a fold change of *** meanρS measurements also showed a similar *** mean k of the formalinfixed tumor tissues was 0.309±0.02Wm^(-1)K^(-1)comp.red to a significantly higher k of 0.563±0.028 Wm^(-1)K^(-1)for the adjacent normal tissues.A similar trend was observed inρB,ρS,and k for the dep.raffinized tissue *** analysis of a combination ofρ_(B,)ρ_(S,)and k using Fisher’s combined p.obability test and linear regression suggests the advantage of using all three p.rameters simultaneously for distinguishing tumors from adjacent normal tissues with higher statistical significance.

Background:Both hyp.rtension and grip.strength(GS)are p.edictors of mortality and cardiovascular disease(CVD),but whether these risk factors interact to affect CVD and all-cause mortality is *** study sought to investigate the associations of GS with the risk of major CVD incidence,CVD mortality,and all-cause mortality in p.tients with ***:GS was measured using a Jamar dynamometer(Sammons p.eston,Bolingbrook,IL,USA)in p.rticip.nts aged 3570 years from 12 p.ovinces included in the p.osp.ctive Urban Rural Ep.demiology China *** frailty p.op.rtional hazards models were used to examine the associations of GS and hyp.rtension and the outcomes of all-cause mortality and CVD incidence/***:Among 39,862 p.rticip.nts included in this study,15,964 rep.rted having hyp.rtension,and 9095 had high GS at *** a median follow-up.of 8.9 years(interquartile range,6.79.9 years),1822 p.rticip.nts develop.d major CVD,and 1250 deaths occurred(388 as a result of CVD).Comp.red with normotensive p.rticip.nts with high GS,hyp.rtensive p.tients with high GS had a higher risk of major CVD incidence(hazard ratio(HR)=2.39;95%confidence interval(95%CI):1.863.06;p.0.001)or CVD mortality(HR=3.11;95%CI:1.596.06;p.0.001)but did not have a significantly increased risk of all-cause mortality(HR=1.24;95%CI:0.921.68;p.0.159).These risks were further increased if hyp.rtensive p.rticip.nts whose GS level was low(major CVD incidence,HR=3.31,95%CI:2.604.22,p.0.001;CVD mortality,HR=4.99,95%CI:2.649.43,p.0.001;and all-cause mortality,HR=1.93,95%CI:1.472.53,p.0.001).Conclusion:The p.esent study demonstrates that low GS is associated with the highest risk of major CVD incidence,CVD mortality,and all-cause mortality among hyp.rtensive *** levels of GS ap.ear to mitigate long-term mortality risk among hyp.rtensive p.tients.
