In the field of maritime transport,motion and energy,the dynamics of deep-sea waves is one of the major problems in ocean science.A mathematical modeling of dynamics of solitary waves in deep sea under the two-layer stratification leads to NLS equation,and consequently,the interaction two of them can be formulated by coupled NLS *** this work,extended auxiliary equation and the exp(−ω(χ))-expansion methods are employed to make the optical solutions of the Manakov model of coupled NLS *** methods used in this paper,in addition to providing the analysis of individual wave solutions,also provide general optical *** previously known solutions can be obtained by some special selections of parameters obtained by solving systems of algebraic *** this stage,it is more practical and convenient to apply methods with a symbolic calculation system.

Aim: To reveal the exonic and 3’UTR sequences of KRAS, TP53, APC, BRAF, PIK3CA genes in sporadic colorectal tumors and to investigate the clinical relevance of 3’UTR variations in miRNA profiles. Methods: In the study, the exonic and 3’UTR sequences of five genes in 12 sporadic colorectal tumors were extracted by next generation sequencing. In tumors with variation in the 3’UTR region, the changes caused by the variation in the miRNA binding profile were detected. The expression profile of these miRNAs in colorectal and other solid tumors compared to normal tissue was determined. Pathway analysis was performed to determine which signaling pathways miRNAs affect. Results: Case-10 in our study was wild type KRAS and received cetuximab treatment and developed drug resistance. In this case, it was concluded that the expression of KRAS increased and tumorigenesis progressed due to miRNAs that do not bind to this region due to variations in the 3’UTR region. Among these miRNAs, hsa-miR-124-3p was found to have decreased expression in colorectal tumors and to be associated with the ECM-receptor interaction pathway. Conclusion: Variations in the 3’UTR regions of genes critical in the process of carsinogenesis are associated with drug resistance and the process of tumorigenesis.

Objective: To investigate the antimicrobial susceptibility of 97 clinical Staphylococcus aureus(S. aureus) strains against 14 antimicrobials and corresponding resistance ***: The antimicrobial susceptibility of the isolates was determined using a disk diffusion method and antimicrobial resistance genes were screened by polymerase chain reaction. Mutations responsible for ciprofloxacin and rifampicin resistance were investigated by polymerase chain reaction and DNA ***: All isolates were found to be susceptible to vancomycin. Various rates of resistance to penicillin(83.5%), ampicillin(77.3%), erythromycin(63.9%), tetracycline(16.5%), amoxicillin/clavulanic acid(16.5%), ciprofloxacin(15.5%), trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole(15.5%), oxacillin(13.4%), fusidic acid(12.4%), rifampin(6.2%), clindamycin(6.2%), gentamicin(6.2%) and mupirocin(5.2%) were determined. In addition,different combinations of resistance genes were identified among resistant *** resistant isolates had mutations in codon 84(Ser84 Leu) and 106(Gly106 Asp) in the gyr A gene. Mutations in grl A were mostly related to Ser80 Phe substitution. Leu466 Ser mutation in the rpo B gene was detected in all rifampin resistant isolates. All methicillin resistant S. aureus isolates were SCCmec type ***: In conclusion, it was determined that the isolates were resistant to different classes of antimicrobials at varying rates and resistance was mediated by different genetic mechanisms. Therefore, continuous monitoring of resistance in S. aureus strains is necessary to control their resistance for clinically important antimicrobials.

In this article, the fractional derivatives are described in the modified Riemann-Liouville sense. We propose a new approach, namely an ansatz method, for solving fractional differential equations（FDEs） based on a fractional complex transform and apply it to solve nonlinear space-time fractional equations. As a result, the non-topological as well as the singular soliton solutions are obtained. This method can be suitable and more powerful for solving other kinds of nonlinear fractional FDEs arising in mathematical physics.

In the present article, He＇s fractional derivative, the ansatz method, the （ C / G）-expansion method, and the exp-function method are used to construct the exact solutions of nonlinear space-time fractional Kadomtsev-Petviashvili- Benjamin-Bona Mahony （KP-BBM）. As a result, different types of exact solutions are obtained. Also we have examined the relation between the solutions obtained from the different methods. These methods are an efficient mathematical tool for solving fractional differential equations （FDEs） and it can be applied to other nonlinear FDEs.

In this work, we propose a new approach, namely ansatz method, for solving fractional differential equations based on a fractional complex transform and apply it to the nonlinear partial space-time fractional modified Benjamin-Bona- Mahoney （mBBM） equation, the time fractional mKdV equation and the nonlinear fractional Zoomeron equation which gives rise to some new exact solutions. The physical parameters in the soliton solutions： amplitude, inverse width, free parameters and velocity are obtained as functions of the dependent model coefficients. This method is suitable and more powerful for solving other kinds of nonlinear fractional PDEs arising in mathematical physics. Since the fractional deriva- tives are described in the modified Riemann-Liouville sense.

This research investigates the capability of artificial neural networks to predict vertical total electron content(VTEC)over central Anatolia in *** VTEC dataset was derived from the 19 permanent Global Positioning System(GPS)stations belonging to the Turkish National Permanent GPS NetworkActive(TUSAGA-Aktif)and International Global Navigation Satellite System Service(IGS)*** study area is located at 32.6°E-37.5°E and 36.0°N-42.0°*** the factors inducing VTEC variations in the ionosphere,an artificial neural network(NN)with seven input neurons in a multi-layer perceptron model is *** KURU and ANMU GPS stations from the TUSAGA-Aktif network are selected to implement the proposed neural network *** on the root mean square error(RMSE)results from 50 simulation tests,the hidden layer in the NN model is designed with 41 neurons since the lowest RMSE is achieved in this *** to the correlation coefficients,absolute and relative errors,the NN VTEC provides better predictions for hourly and quarterly GPS *** addition,this paper demonstrates that the NN VTEC model shows better performance than the global IRI2016 *** the spatial contribution of the GPS network to TEC prediction,the KURU station performs better than ANMU station in fitting with the proposed NN model in the station-based comparison.

In this paper,we obtained the topological soliton solution of the(1+1)-dimensional generalized modified Benjamin-Bona-Mahony equation and shock wave solution of the generalized Boussinesq *** get that solutions by using solitary wave ansatz in terms of tanh^(p) *** velocity and the free parameters are the physical parameters in the soliton *** can be obtained as functions of the dependent model *** domain restriction were also identified in the *** hope that in nonlinear dynamical system these solutions will be explain some nonlinear physical phenomena.

In this article, the fractional derivatives in the sense of modified Riemann-Liouville derivative and the Exp-function method are employed for constructing the exact solutions of nonlinear time fractional partial differential equations in mathematical physics. As a result, some new exact solutions for them are successfully established. It is indicated that the solutions obtained by the Exp-function method are reliable, straightforward and effective method for strongly nonlinear fractional partial equations with modified Riemann-Liouville derivative by Jumarie's. This approach can also be applied to other nonlinear time and space fractional differential equations.
