目的系统评价座椅辅助阻力带运动(chair-based resistance band exercise,CRBE)对长期护理机构老年人身体功能、睡眠质量和抑郁的影响。方法对AgeLine,CINAHL,Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane Library,Scopus和Web of Science等数据库进行检索。检索时间为建库至2022年3月,纳入对慢性疾病老年人进行CRBE的随机对照试验研究。采用物理治疗证据数据库量表(the Physiotherapy Evidence Database,PEDro)对纳入文献进行质量评价,随机效应模型和固定效应模型用于生成集合效应量。结果共9篇文章符合纳入标准。结果显示,CRBE可促进日常生活活动(6项研究;SmD=0.30,P=0.001),肺活量(3项研究;mD=40.35,PmD=2.17,PmD=2.23,P=0.012),下肢肌肉耐力(4项研究;mD=1.32,PmD=3.06,P=0.022),下体柔韧性(4项研究;mD=5.34,PmD=-0.35,P=0.011)、睡眠质量(2项研究;mD=-1.71,PmD=-0.33,P=0.035)。结论证据表明CRBE改善了长期慢性疾病老年人的身体功能参数、睡眠质量,并减轻抑郁状况。这项研究可用以敦促长期护理机构让行动不便的老年人参与体育活动。

In general,as the radio frequency(RF)power increases in a capacitively coupled plasma(CCP),the power transfer efficiency decreases because the resistance of the CCP *** this work,a parallel resonance circuit is applied to improve the power transfer efficiency at high RF power,and the effect of the parallel resonance on the electron energy distribution function(EEDF)is investigated in a 60 mHz *** CCP consists of a power feed line,the electrodes,and *** reactance of the CCP is positive at 60 mHz and acts like an inductive load.A vacuum variable capacitor(VVC)is connected in parallel with the inductive load,and then the parallel resonance between the VVC and the inductive load can be *** the capacitance of the VVC approaches the parallel resonance condition,the equivalent resistance of the parallel circuit is considerably larger than that without the VVC,and the current flowing through the matching network is greatly ***,the power transfer efficiency of the discharge is improved from 76%,70%,and 68%to 81%,77%,and 76%at RF powers of 100 W,150 W,and 200 W,*** parallel resonance conditions,the electron heating in bulk plasma is enhanced,which cannot be achieved without the VVC even at the higher RF *** enhancement of electron heating results in the evolution of the shape of the EEDF from a bimaxwellian distribution to a distribution with the smaller temperature difference between high-energy electrons and low-energy *** to the parallel resonance effect,the electron density increases by approximately 4%,18%,and 21%at RF powers of 100 W,150 W,and 200 W,respectively.

In this paper, we apply the K-theory scheme of classifying the topological insulators/superconductors to classify the topological classes of the massive multi-flavor fermions in anti-de Sitter(Ad S) space. In the context of Ad S/conformal field theory(CFT) correspondence, the multi-flavor fermionic mass matrix is dual to the pattern of operator mixing in the boundary CFT. Thus, our results classify the possible patterns of operator mixings among fermionic operators in the holographic CFT.

6-weekly bevacizumab versus 4-weekly ranibizumab for neovascular age-related macular degeneration:a 2-year outcome

AIm： To compare visual acuity and central macular thickness（CmT） changes in neovascular age-related macular degeneration patients treated with either 6weekly bevacizumab regimen or 4 weekly ranibizumab on an as required basis.·mEThoDS： Patients made an informed choice between bevacizumab 1.25 mg or ranibizumab 0.5 mg. The selected treatment was administered in the first 3 *** patients were followed-up 6 weekly and ranibizumab 4 weekly. Retreatment criteria was based on the reduction of 〉5 letters in the best-corrected visual acuity（BCVA）, the presence of retinal fluid on optical coherence tomography（OCT） or new retinal haemorrhage.·RESULTS： Visual acuity at 2y bevacizumab patients gained 7. 0 letters and ranibizumab 9. 2（ P = 0. 31, 95 %CI-6.4 to 2.0）. At 2y 86% of bevacizumab and 94%ranibizumab patients had not lost 15 letters or more（P =0.13）. mean CmT decreased at 2y bevacizumab by 146 μm,ranibizumab 160 μm（P =0.72）. mean number of injections was at 2y bevacizumzb 11.9, ranibizumab 10.3（P =0.023）.· CONCLUSION： Bevacizumab 6 weekly on an as required basis was not demonstrably non-inferior to ranibizumab 4 weekly pro re nata（prn） in terms of BCVA and change in CmT. In the bevacizumab group, one more injection was required in the second year compared to the ranibizumab group.

Si is considered as the promising anode materials for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)owing to their high capacities of 4200 mAh g-1and natural ***,severe electrode pulverization and poor electronic and Li-ionic conductivities hinder their practical *** resolve the afore-mentioned problems,we first demonstrate a cation-mixed disordered lattice and unique Li storage mechanism of single-phase ternary GaSiP_(2)compound,where the liquid metallic Ga and highly reactive P are incorporated into Si through a ball milling *** confirmed by experimental and theoretical analyses,the introduced Ga and P enables to achieve the stronger resistance against volume variation and metallic conductivity,respectively,while the cation-mixed lattice provides the faster Li-ionic diffusion capability than those of the parent GaP and Si *** resulting GaSiP_(2)electrodes delivered the high specific capacity of 1615 mAh g-1and high initial Coulombic efficiency of 91%,while the graphite-modified GaSiP_(2)(GaSiP_(2)@C)achieved 83%of capacity retention after 900 cycles and high-rate capacity of 800 at 10,000 mA ***,the LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)mn_(0.1)O_(2)//Ga SiP_(2)@C full cells achieved the high specific capacity of 1049 mAh g-1after 100 cycles,paving a way for the rational design of high-performance LIB anode materials.

The conversion of methane to olefins,aromatics,and hydrogen(mTOAH)can be used to stably obtain hydrocarbons when the effect of the catalytic surface is optimized from the reaction engineering *** this study,Fe/Si C catalysts were packed into a quartz tube *** catalytic surfaces of Si C and the impregnated Fe species decreased the apparent activation energies(E_a)of methane consumption in the blank reactor between 965 and 1020℃.Consequently,the hydrocarbon yield increased by 2.4times at 1020℃.Based on the model reactions of ethane,ethylene,and acetylene mixed with hydrogen in the range of 500-1020℃,an excess amount of Fe in the reactor favored the C-C coupling reaction over the selective hydrogenation of acetylene;consequently,coke formation was favored over the hydrogenation *** gas-phase reactions and catalyst properties were optimized to increase hydrocarbon yields while reducing coke *** 0.2Fe catalyst-packed reactor(0.26 wt%Fe)resulted in a hydrocarbon yield of 7.1%and a coke selectivity ofyst zone to the catalyst space was adjusted to be≥*** on these findings,the facile approach of decoupling the reaction zone between the catalyst surface and the gas-phase reaction can provide insights into catalytic reactor design,thereby facilitating the scale-up from the laboratory to the commercial scale.

BACKGROUND Retroperitoneal sarcoma(RPS) is a rare malignancy arising from mesenchymal cells that most commonly presents as an abdominal mass and is associated with poor *** several studies have assessed the survival benefits of wide excision,few have reported detailed methods for achieving wide excision in patients with *** To describe our experience with multidisciplinary surgical resection of RPS using intra-and extra-pelvic *** multidisciplinary surgery is an anatomical approach that combines intra-and extra-peritoneal access within the same surgery to achieve complete RPS *** retrospective review of the records of patients who underwent multidisciplinary surgery for RPS analyzed surgical and survival *** Eight patients underwent 10 intra-and extra-pelvic surgical resections,and their median mass size was 12.75 cm(range,6-45.5 cm).Using an intrapelvic approach,laparoscopy-assisted surgery was performed in four cases and laparotomy surgery in *** an extrapelvic approach,ilioinguinal and posterior approaches were used in four cases each,and the prone position and midline skin incision were shared in *** patients’ RPS masses were removed completely,and four achieved R0 resection through intra-and extra-pelvic *** median estimated blood loss was 2000 m L(range,300-20000 m L) and the median hospitalization was 12.6 d(range,9-69 d).Reoperation was needed in two patients(one for wound necrosis and the other for bowel perforation and wound necrosis).The median overall survival rate and median progression-free survival were 64.6 and 13.7 mo,*** RPS is therapeutically challenging because of its location and high risk of ***,intra-and extra-pelvic surgical approaches can improve the macroscopic security of the surgical margin.

Owing to the prevalence of rotator cuff(RC)injuries and suboptimal healing outcome,rapid and functional regeneration of the tendon-bone interface(TBI)after RC repair continues to be a major clinical *** the essential role of the RC in shoulder movement,the engineering of biomimetic multi-tissue constructs presents an opportunity for complex TBI reconstruction after RC ***,we propose a gradient cell-laden multi-tissue construct combined with compositional gradient TBI-specific bioinks via 3D cell-printing *** vitro studies demonstrated the capability of a gradient scaffold system in zone-specific inducibility and multi-tissue formation mimicking *** regenerative performance of the gradient scaffold on RC regeneration was determined using a rat RC repair *** particular,we adopted nondestructive,consecutive,and tissue-targeted near-infrared fluorescence imaging to visualize the direct anatomical change and the intricate RC regeneration progression in real time in ***,the 3D cell-printed implant promotes effective restoration of shoulder locomotion function and accelerates TBI healing in *** summary,this study identifies the therapeutic contribution of cell-printed constructs towards functional RC regeneration,demonstrating the translational potential of biomimetic gradient constructs for the clinical repair of multi-tissue interfaces.
