AIM: To.evaluate whether intratumo.al expressio. o.0}measles virus f.so.enic membrane glyco.ro.eins H and f.(MV-f.G), enco.ed by an adeno.irus vecto. ***-H/ f. alo.e o. in co.binatio. with lo.al co.xpressio. o.0}cyto.ines (IL-2, IL-12, IL-18, IL-21 o. GM-CSf., can serve as a platf.rm f.r inducing tumo.-specif. c immune respo.ses in co.o. cancer. METHo.S: We used co.f.cal laser scanning micro.co.y and f.o. cyto.etry to.analyze cell-cell f.sio. af.er expressio. o.0}MV-f.G by dye co.o.alizatio.. In a syngeneic bilateral subcutaneo.s MC38 and Co.o.26 co.o. cancer mo.el in C57BL/6 and BALB/c mice, we assessed the ef.ect o. bo.h the directly vecto.-treated tumo. as well as the co.tralateral, no. directly vecto.- treated tumo.. We assessed the inductio. o.0}a tumo.- specif.c cyto.o.ic T lympho.yte (CTL) respo.se with a lactate dehydro.enase (LDH) release assay. RESULTS: We demo.strated in vitro.that transductio. o.0}MC38 and Co.o.26 cells with ***-H/f.resulted in dye co.o.alizatio., indicative o.0}cell-cell f.sio.. In additio., in the syngeneic bilateral tumo. mo.el we demo.strated a signif. cant regressio. o.0}the directly vecto.-ino.ulated tumo. upo. intratumo.al expressio. o.0}MV-f.G alo.e o. in co.binatio. with the tested cyto.ines. We o.served the highest anti-neo.lastic ef.icacy with MV-f.G and IL-21 co.xpressio.. The degree o.0}tumo. regressio. o.0}the no. directly vecto.-treated tumo. co.related with the anti-neo.lastic respo.se o.0}the directly vecto.-treated tumo.. Backgro.nd: Attracto.-based kinematic gait analysis using the f.tigue Index Kliniken Schmieder (f.S), have been suggested as a sensitive to.l to.determine mo.o. f.tigability in perso.s with Multiple Sclero.is (pwMS). Hypo.hesis: Depressio. do.s no. af.ect the f.S to.a similar degree as in pwMS. Metho.s: We recruited 32 patients with majo. depressio.. Data were co.lected with two.accelero.eters attached to.bo.h ankles. Data were reco.ded f.r o.e minute at the beginning and at the end o.0}the treadmill test. Attracto. attributes were used to.analyze the data. Results: The mean f.tigue Index Kliniken Schmieder (f.S) was 2.1. The change o.0}the attracto. (δM) was 3.7 and the change o.0}variability (δD) was 0.6. Mean values were clearly belo. values o.0}pwMS with f.tigability f.o. a previo.s publicatio.. Ho.ever, the individual level values f.o. six individuals—f.ve o.0}them sho.ed pain related co.o.bidity besides depressio.—f.ll within the lo.er patho.o.ical range. Assessment o.0}chemo.ensitivity to.ards an extensive range o.0}current chemo.herapeutic drugs and o.0}radio.ensitivity was perf.rmed including analysis o.0}a co.bined radio.nd chemo.herapeutic treatment. In additio., gluco.e metabo.ism was assessed with 18 f.f.uo.o.eo.ygluco.e(f.G) and pro.if.ratio. with 18 *** We describe the establishment o.0}ultra-lo. passage rectal cancer cell lines o.0}three patients suf.ering f.o. rectal cancer. Two.cell lines(HRo.126, HRo.284 Met) were established directly f.o. tumo. specimens while HRo.239 T0 M1 was established subsequent to.xeno.raf.ing o.0}the tumo.. Mo.ecular analysis classif.ed all three cell lines as CIMP-0/no.-MSI-H(spo.adic standard) type. Mutatio.al analysis revealed f.llo.ing mutatio.al pro.0}les: HRo.126: APC^(wt), TP53^(wt), KRAS^(wt), BRAf.(wt), PTEN^(wt); HRo.239 T0 M1: APC^(mut), P53^(wt), KRAS^(mut), BRAf.(wt), PTEN^(mut) and HRo.284 Met: APC^(wt), P53^(mut), KRAS^(mut), BRAf.(wt), PTEN^(mut). 目的　应用荧光原位杂交技术对 1例染色体结构异常患者进行分析 ,阐明结构异常性质 ,并精细定位断点。方法　对一先天表型异常经细胞遗传学检查有 t(5 ;10 )的病例 ,分别选用 5号染色体探针池以及用酵母人工染色体作为 DNA来源制备的断点区位点特异性探针 ,进行荧光染色体原位杂交。结果证实患者染色体异常属平衡易位 ,并将 5号和 10号染色体的断点分别定位到 1.5 Mb及约 3Mb的范围。结论　患者的先天性表型异常可能由断点处染色体细微重排或致病基因断裂所致。
