(LPP), the.products of which have.a cytotoxic e.fe.t. The.role.of fre. radicals in the.pathoge.e.is of diabe.e. and its complications has be.n prove.. The.purpose.of the.pre.e.t work was to inve.tigate.the.activity of lipid pe.oxidation proce.se. in the.live. of rats with silica-induce. granulomatous inflammation, allo- xan diabe.e. and the.r combination. The.e.pe. rime.t involve. male.albino rats divide. into four main groups. Me.sle. virus （MV） is highly contagious pathoge., which cause. a profound immunosuppre.sion, re.ulting in high infant mortality. This virus infe.ts de.dritic ce.ls （DCs） following the.binding of MV he.agglutinin （MV-H） to CD150 re.e.tor and alte.s DC functions by a me.hanism that is not comple.e.y unde.stood. We.have.analyze. the.e.fe.t of MV-H inte.action with CD150-e.pre.sing DCs on the.DC signaling pathways and conse.ue.t phe.otypic and functional change. in the.abse.ce.of infe.tious conte.t. We.de.onstrate. that contact be.we.n CD150 on human DCs and MV-H e.pre.se. on me.brane.of transfe.te. CHO ce.ls was sufficie.t to modulate.the.activity of two major re.ulatory pathways of DC diffe.e.tiation and function： to stimulate.Akt and inhibit p38 MAPK phosphorylation, without concomitant e.K1/2 activation. Furthe.more. inte.action with MV-H de.re.se. the.e.pre.sion le.e. of DC activation marke.s CD80, CD83, CD86, and HLA-DR and strongly downre.ulate. We.studie. the.mole.ular characte.istics of rifampin （RIF） and isoniazid （INH） re.istant Mycobacte.ium tube.culosis strains from Be.jing, China, in orde. to find out the.ge.e.ic marke. for rapid de.e.tion of spe.ific drug re.istance.Me.hods Forty pansusce.tible.and 81 re.istant strains of Mycobacte.ium tube.culosis isolate. from Be.jing, China during 2002-2005 we.e.analyze.. The.modifie. rifampin oligonucle.tide.（RIFO） assay base. on re.e.se.line.blot hybridization was use. to de.e.t mutations in the.81 bp hot-spot re.ion of rpoB ge.e. which is associate. with RIF re.istance. The.INH re.istance.associate. ge.e., re.ulatory re.ion mab-inhA （-15C/T） and structural ge.e.katG S315T we.e.de.e.te. by re.e.se.line.blot hybridization and PCR-re.triction fragme.t le.gth polymorphism （RFLP） me.hod re.pe.tive.y.
