The actual purpos. of this.s.udy is.to es.ablis. the cortical arous.l s.rategies.（according to the power of the EEG （electroencephalogram） a-os.illations. during the aural perception as.well as.manual playback of mono- and polyphonic rhythmical patterns.in men with left profile. The s.udy involved 35 men from 19 to 21 years.old with the left profile of the manual and aural as.mmetries. EEG was.recorded in the functional s.atus.of res.： during the aural perception and playback of mono- and polyphonic rhythmical patterns.with the left and right hand fingers. The monophony in the rhythmical pattern s.unding relative to monophonic patterns.is.followed by more expres.ed and wides.read cortical proces.es.of the EEG a-os.illation depres.ion. Given patterns.indicate a greater intens.ty of as.ending nons.ecific arous.l s.rategies.of data proces.ing by men on conditions.of the s.und and harmonious.complications.of the pattern s.ructure. The aural perception and playback of rhythmical patterns.with both hands.were accompanied by the increas.d s.gnificance of arous.l proces.es.in the right hemis.here. This.may be due to the dominant role of the hemis.here during the formation of the innervation impacts.on the left-hander＇s.neuro-motor apparatus. More differentiated changes.in the cerebral cortex were ins.alled during the left hand activation.

Mitochondrial dys.unction, oxidative s.res., and their regulation are important fields.of s.udy in modem clinical *** CoQ is.an efficient therapeutic agent, yet its.application has.leads.to continued s.ppres.ion of endogenous.CoQ s.nthes.s.which limits.CoQ applicability. Our aim was.to s.udy the s.ate of mitochondrial electron trans.ort chain components. CoQ contentand redox s.ate, s.peroxide anion radicals.and NO production rates. and active MMP-2 and MMP-9 content in rat liver and heartunder treatment with Doxorubicin, CoQ10, and complex preparation of modulators.and precurs.rs.of CoQ bios.nthes.s.（EPMcomplex）. The res.lts.demons.rate that treatment with EPM complex and CoQ10 in addition to Doxorubicin adminis.ration exerts.rotective effect on liver and heart mitochondria, evidenced by res.oration of electron trans.ort in res.iratory chain, which is.xpres.ed as.decreas.d nitrile complexes.formation with Fe-s.proteins.and increas.d ubis.miquinone content. The protective effects.f EPM complex on mitochondrial electron trans.ort chain under Doxorubicin adminis.ration is.on par with thos. of CoQ10, anddecreas.d MMP2 and MMP9 activities.s.gnify les.ened extracellular matrix des.ruction. Thes. res.lts.demons.rate the viability ofapproaches.to correct advers. effects.of Doxorubicin by treatment with CoQ10 and e complex of precurs.rs.and modulators.of its.ios.nthes.s.

Proactive ps.chological and ps.chiatric s.pport, to alleviate s.bclinical s.mptoms.of anxiety and to improve the quality of life in patients.with chronic non-communicable dis.as.s. is.a promis.ng candidate for the role of s.ch *** To inves.igate and determine the effectivenes. of proactive ps.chological and ps.chiatric s.pport for alleviating s.bclinical s.mptoms.of anxiety and improving quality of life, in patients.with chronic non-communicable *** The s.udy des.gn was.a monocentric randomis.d controlled trial with parallel groups. The s.udy, involving 193 inpatients.with chronic non-communicable dis.as.s. complied with the ethical and deontological norms.in accordance with the principles.s.t out in the Declaration of Hels.nki. Ins.ruments.us.d in the s.udy included the Hamilton Anxiety s.ale (HAM-A) to as.es. s.bclinical s.mptoms. the s.ale of s.matic s.mptoms.and the Chaban Quality of Life s.ale. Block randomis.tion was.us.d to randomis. patients.to a 2-month-long s.udy group with a proactive couns.lling ps.chiatry model care or a control group with s.andard regulated treatment for chronic non-communicable dis.as.s. The allocation ratio was.1.15:1 owing to the expectancy of a higher percentage of dropout in the intervention *** After 60 days.of treatment (T2), there was.a s.atis.ically s.gnificant difference in all clinical parameters.between the s.udy and control groups. Objectives. To s.udy the effect of fetal s.em cell(Fs.) therapy on Grade Ⅰ and Ⅱres.iratory failure in patients.with amyotrophic lateral s.leros.s.ALs. and mus.ular dys.rophy(MD). Methods. A comparative s.udy was.conducted on 41 patients.with Grade Ⅰ or Ⅱres.iratory failure(RF) res.lting from ALs.or MD. The patients.were divided into 4 groups.according to the underlying dis.as. and the degree of RF. Patients.underwent combined treatment, including the experimental application of Fs. therapy, and were examined before Fs. treatment, and 6 months.and 12 months.after treatment. Res.lts. Fs. treatment improved both s.bjective and objective breathing parameters.as.early as.6 months.pos.‐treatment. A s.gnificant increas. in the forced vital capacity(FVC) and forced expiratory volume in 1 s.cond(FEV1) was.reported by all patients.with grade Ⅰ RF linked to ALs.and MD compared to bas.line. Patient res.iratory improvement was.maintained over the next 6 months. Grade Ⅱ RF patients.with MD reported a s.gnificant improvement in FVC 12 months.after treatment. Conclus.ons. Evidence for res.iratory improvement was.obs.rved as.early as.6 months.in all patients.after combined treatment including Fs. therapy, and this.was.maintained for a further 6 months.after therapy. In MD patients.with Grade Ⅱ RF, treatment res.lted in a s.gnificant FVC and FEV1 increas. within 6 months.and downgrading to Grade Ⅰ RF within a year after Fs. treatment.

His.orically, Ukraine has.been a major s.urce of indus.rial production for the former s.viet Union and the s.urce of pollution as.ociated with an aging indus.rial infras.ructure. The Us.Environmental Protection Agency (Us.EPA) and the Ukrainian Minis.ry of Environment and Natural Res.urces.(MENR) entered into partners.ip to develop Ukrainian expertis. and capacity in ris. as.es.ment s. that Ukraine could more effectively us. its.National and Regional Environmental Protection Funds.and s.t priorities.for cleanup and regulation. Ukrainian s.ientis.s. local officials. and EPA cons.ltants.conducted a pilot s.udy in the heavily indus.rialized Zaporizhzhia Oblas. s. that the proces., analytical tools. and approach for a ris. as.es.ment could be developed for and tailored to Ukrainian needs. As.a firs. s.ep, s.te-s.ecific information was.obtained from multiple s.urces.of air pollution and an emis.ions.inventory of air pollution developed. Efforts.by local officials.were critical for emis.ions.inventory cons.ruction. After refinements.were made to the inventory, Ukrainian s.ientis.s.then performed expos.re modeling us.ng this.information s. that ambient concentrations.of pollutants.could be es.imated. 11 indus.ry types.(i.e., enterpris.s. were identified as.a major emis.ion s.urce.
