Efforts to develop innovative water harvesting strategies offer powerful solutions to alleviate the water crisis,especially in remote and arid *** by the hydrophobic/hydrophilic pattern of desert beetles and water self-propulsion property of spider silks,a double-strand hydrophobic PVDF-HFP/hydrophilic PAn nanofibers yarn is proposed by electrospinning and twisting *** double-strand cooperation approach allows for water deposition on hydrophobic PVDF-HFP segment and transport under the asymmetric capillary driving force of hydrophilic PAn segment,thus speeded up the aggregation and growth of *** effects of the composition and the diameter ratio of the two primary yarns were studied and optimized for boosting fog collection *** double-strand anisotropic yarn not only provide an effective method for water harvesting,but also hold the potential to inspire innovative design concepts for fog collection materials in challenging environments.

Carbonaceous materials have been recognized as one of the most promising anode materials for potassium-ion batteries(PIBs)due to their abundant raw materials,controllable structure,superior conductivity,and good chemical ***,the large radius of K ions and the low potassium content of intercalation compounds result in the sluggish storage kinetics and low reversible capacity of carbon *** this work,we present a unique heteroatom-doped carbon composite(denoted as nS-MC/SC)through a facile interfacial assembly route and simple heat-treatment process,where nS-MC is well grafted onto the biomass-derived spore carbon(SC).This unique structural design endows it with abundant mesoporous channels,expanded layer spacing,and highly doped n and *** these merits,the nS-MC/SC anode in PIBs exhibits a high reversible capacity of 350.4 mAh·g^(-1) at 100 mA·g^(-1) after 300 cycles,and an outstanding cycling ***,in-situ Raman spectra further verify the high reversibility of K ions insertion/***,theoretical simulations also reveal that the n,S dual-doping is an efficient approach for improving the potassium-ion storage performance of nS-MC/SC.

BACKGROUnD Colorectal cancer(CRC)is a prevalent cancer type in clinical settings;its early signs can be difficult to detect,which often results in late-stage diagnoses in many *** early detection and diagnosis of CRC are crucial for improving treatment success and patient survival ***,imaging techniques have been hypothesized to be essential in managing CRC,with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and spiral computed tomography(SCT)playing a significant role in enhancing diagnostic and treatment *** To explore the effectiveness of MRI and SCT in the preoperative staging of CRC and the prognosis of laparoscopic *** ninety-five individuals admitted to Zhongshan Hospital Xiamen University underwent MRI and SCT and were diagnosed with *** precision of MRI and SCT for the presurgical classification of CRC was assessed,and pathological staging was used as a *** operating characteristic curves were used to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of blood volume,blood flow,time to peak,permeability surface,blood reflux constant,volume transfer constant,and extracellular extravascular space volume fraction on the prognosis of patients with *** Pathological biopsies confirmed the following CRC stages:23,23,32,and 17 at T1,T2,T3,and T4,*** were 39 cases at the n0 stage,22 at n1,34 at n2,44 at M0 stage,and 51 at *** pathological findings as the benchmark,the combined use of MRI and SCT for preoperative TnM staging in patients with CRC demonstrated superior sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy compared with either modality alone,with a statistically significant difference in accuracy(Png characteristic curve analysis revealed the predictive values for laparoscopic treatment prognosis,as indicated by the areas under the curve for blood volume,blood flow,time to peak,and permeability surface,blood reflux constant,volume transfer constant,and extracellular extravascular space volu

BACKGROUnD Many studies have explored the relationship between depression and metabolic syndrome(MetS),especially in older *** has entered an aging ***,there are still few studies on the elderly in Chinese *** To investigate the incidence and risk factors of depression in MetS patients in China's Mainland and to construct a predictive *** Data from four waves of the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study were selected,and middle-aged and elderly patients with MetS(n=2533)were included based on the first *** to the center for epidemiological survey-depression scale(CESD),participants with MetS were divided into depression(n=938)and non-depression groups(n=1595),and factors related to depression were screened ***,the 2-,4-,and 7-year follow-up data were analyzed,and a prediction model for depression in MetS patients was *** The prevalence of depression in middle-aged and elderly patients with MetS was 37.02%.The prevalence of depression at the 2-,4-,and 7-year follow-up was 29.55%,34.53%,and 38.15%,*** prediction model,constructed using baseline CESD and Physical Self-Maintenance Scale scores,average sleep duration,number of chronic diseases,age,and weight had a good predictive effect on the risk of depression in MetS patients at the 2-year follow-up(area under the curve=0.775,95%confidence interval:0.750-0.800,Pnsitivity of 68%and a specificity of 74%.COnCLUSIOn The prevalence of depression in middle-aged and elderly patients with MetS has increased over *** early identification of and intervention for depressive symptoms requires greater attention in MetS patients.

Si-based materials have shown great potential as lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)anodes due to their natural reserves and high theoretical ***,the large volume changes during cycles and poor conductivity of Si lead to rapid capacity decay and poor cycling stability,ultimately limiting their commercial ***,we have skillfully utilized the microporous MCM-22 zeolite as the unique silicon source to produce porous Si(pSi)sheets by a simple magnesiothermic reduction,followed by a carbon coating and further Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene assembly,obtaining the ternary pSi@nC@TnSs *** the design,porous Si sheets provide more active sites and shorten Li-ion transport paths for electrochemical *** n-doped carbon(nC)layer serves as a bonding layer to couple pSi and Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x).The conductive network formed by 2D Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)and medium nC layer effectively enhances the overall charge transport of the electrode material,and helps to stabilize the electrode ***,the as-made pSi@nC@TnSs anode delivers an improved lithium storage performance,exhibiting a high reversible capacity of 925 mAh/g at 0.5 A/g after 100 *** present strategy provides an effective way towards high-performance Si-based anodes for LIBs.

BACKGROUnD Cerebral infarction,previously referred to as cerebral infarction or ischemic stroke,refers to the localized brain tissue experiencing ischemic necrosis or softening due to disorders in brain blood supply,ischemia,and *** precision rehabilitation nursing model for chronic disease management is a continuous,fixed,orderly,and efficient nursing model aimed at standardizing the clinical nursing process,reducing the wastage of medical resources,and improving the quality of medical *** To analyze the value of a precise rehabilitation nursing model for chronic disease management in patients with cerebral *** Patients(n=124)admitted to our hospital with cerebral infarction between november 2019 and november 2021 were enrolled as the study *** random number table method was used to divide them into a conventional nursing intervention group(n=61)and a model nursing intervention group(n=63).Changes in the nursing index for the two groups were compared after conventional nursing intervention and precise rehabilitation intervention nursing for chronic disease *** Compared with the conventional intervention group,the model intervention group had a shorter time to clinical symptom relief(Pn Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale scores,a lower incidence of total complications(Pnowledge mastery rate,higher safety and quality,and a higher overall nursing satisfaction rate(PnCLUSIOn The precision rehabilitation nursing model for chronic disease management improves the clinical symptoms of patients with cerebral infarction,reducing the incidence of total complications and improving the clinical outcome of patients,and is worthy of application in clinical practice.
