Aerosol-cloud-radiation interactions represent one of the largest uncertainties in the current clim.te assessm.nt. m.ch of the com.lexity arises from.the non-m.notonic responses of clouds, precipitation and radiative fluxes to aerosol perturbations under various m.teorological conditions. In this study, an aerosol-aware WRF m.del is used to investigate the m.crophysical and radiative effects of aerosols in three weather system. during the m.rch 2000 Cloud Intensive Observational Period cam.aign at the US Southern great Plains. Three sim.lated cloud ensem.les include a low-pressure deep convective cloud system. a collection of less-precipitating stratus and shallow cum.lus, and a cold frontal passage. The WRF sim.lations are evaluated by several ground-based m.asurem.nts. The m.crophysical properties of cloud hydrom.teors, such as their m.ss and num.er concentrations, generally show m.notonic trends as a function of cloud condensation nuclei concentrations. Aerosol radiative effects do not influence the trends of cloud m.crophysics, except for the stratus and shallow cum.lus cases where aerosol sem.-direct effects are identified. The precipitation changes by aerosols vary with the cloud types and their evolving stages, with a prom.nent aerosol invigoration effect and associated enhanced precipitation from.the convective sources. The sim.lated aerosol direct effect suppresses precipitation in all three cases but does not overturn the aerosol indirect effect. Cloud fraction exhibits m.ch sm.ller sensitivity （typically less than 2%） to aerosol perturbations, and the responses vary with aerosol concentrations and cloud regim.s. The surface shortwave radiation shows a m.notonic decrease by increasing aerosols, while the m.gnitude of the decrease depends on the cloud type.

本文以陕西关中棉区发生普遍,为害严重的绿盲爆(Lreu。l。ocr。m.m.ver-DQr)、首稻育馆(A人如加c。r订U。。。b拙。g。ez一、三点盲蝽(*** Reuter)和中黑盲蝽(A.s。。tuturalus Jak.)四种盲蝽为对象,进行了数量变动的研究与分析。文中依据生态特性的研究结果,结合8年的田间观察资料,对棉田内四种盲蝽混合种群与单种种群的消长曲线分别进行了分析与比较,根据分析结果,文中采用了盲蝽混合种群作为分析的对象,并提出棉田内盲蝽混合种群的消长曲线是受蕾铃期间降水量与降水期的影响,根据降水量与降水期的不同,其曲线变动可分为四个波动型,即前峰型、中峰型、后峰型与双峰型。由于峰型不同,即表示着该年的旱涝分布与棉株受害程度与阶段的不同,前峰型属前涝后旱型,亦即蕾期为害型:后峰型属前旱后涝型,亦即铃期为害型;双峰型属涝年型,亦即蕾铃两期为害型;而中峰型则属旱年型,亦即蕾铃两期受害均轻型。文中依据棉株不同生长阶段中影响盲蝽种群数量变动的主导作用因素的分析结果,提出分析棉田盲蝽种群的变动应分为蕾期与铃期两阶段,由于棉株生长阶段不同,在这两阶段中影响盲蝽的主导作用因素亦不同,蕾期的虫口增长是受早春虫口基数与6月降水量两因素联合作用的结果,而铃期的虫口增长则系受温湿度组

In this paper I present som. aspects of the controversy surrounding the sem.ntics/pragm.tics boundary and offer a possible solution in the form.of Default Sem.ntics. First, I present a brief introduction to Paul grice’s approach to m.aning as intentional com.unication. Next, I address the problem.of the unit og which truth conditions should be predicated, assum.ng after grice that the m.st successful approach to m.aning has to m.ke use of truth conditions. Further, I extend the discussion to som. aspects of neo-gricean pragm.tics, m.st notably the issue of pragm.tic processing that contributes to the truth-conditional representation and the proposed shortcuts through this processing in the form.of default m.anings. In the m.in part, I present the theory of Default Sem.ntics (Jaszczolt 2005a), assess som. argum.nts in favour of such an interactive theory of m.aning that com.ines inform.tion from.various sources, and address the issue of com.ositionality of m.aning so conceived. In the final part, I apply the theory of Default Sem.ntics to expressions with future-tim. reference in English in order to dem.nstrate the advantages of a fram.work that com.ines various types of inform.tion about utterance m.aning in one, m.rged sem.ntic representation. The m.in advantage turns out to be, in this dom.in, the unified treatm.nt of all expressions with future-tim. reference.

Anhedonia, the presence of dim.nished pleasure or decreased m.tivation for rewards is considered one of the core sym.tom. of depression. Studies have shown that anhedonia and reduced reward learning predict a poor prognosis with a higher prevalence of treatm.nt failure am.ng patients. Several m.chanism. have been im.licated in the onset and progression of depression;furtherm.re, an im.ortant am.unt of evidence supports not only the im.ortance of the reward circuitry in the developm.nt of depressive anhedonia but also, that it is closely related with the presence of inflam.ation. In the current paper we show that 500 ul carrageenan adm.nistration in the right hind paw after deafferentation surgery leads to anhedonia, which is evident by a decrease in saccharine consum.tion in a two-bottle choice test;these findings suggest that carrageenan m.diated inflam.ation is a reliable m.del of anhedonia that could lead to a better understanding of the im.une-neural axis in m.tivation.

AIm.To exam.ne whether the ob/ob m.use m.del of obesity is accom.anied by enteric nervous system.ab-norm.lities such as altered m.tility m.THODS:The study exam.ned the distribution of the P2X 2 receptor (P2X 2 R) in m.enteric neurons of fem.le ob/ob m.ce. Specifically, we used im.unohistochem.stry to analyze the co-expression of the P2X 2 R with neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS), choline acetyltrans-ferase (ChAT), and calretinin (CalR) in neurons of the sm.ll intestine m.enteric plexus in ob/ob and control fem.le m.ce In these sections, we used scanning confocal m.croscopy to analyze the co-localization of these m.rkers as well as the neuronal density (cm.2 ) and area profile (μm.) of P2X 2 R-positive neurons In addition, enteric neurons were labeled using the nicotinam.de adenine dinucleotide (NA H) diaphorase m.thod and analyzed with light m.croscopy as an alternate m.ans by which to analyze neuronal density and areaRESULTS:In the present study, we observed a 29 6% increase in the body weight of the ob/ob anim.ls (og) com.ared to the control group (Cg) In addition, the average sm.ll intestine area was increased by approxi-m.tely 29 6% in the og com.ared to the Cg Im.u-noreactivity (IR) for the P2X 2 R, nNOS, ChAT and CalR was detectable in the m.enteric plexus, as well as in the sm.oth m.scle, in both groups This IR appeared to be m.inly cytoplasm.c and was also associated with the cell m.m.rane of the m.enteric plexus neurons, where it outlined the neuronal cell bodies and their processes P2X 2 R-IR was observed to co-localize 100% with that for nNOS, ChAT and CalR in neurons of both groups In the ob/ob group, however, we observed that the neuronal density (neuron/cm.2 ) of P2X 2 R-IR cells was in-creased by 62% com.ared to Cg, while that of NOS-IR and ChAT-IR neurons was reduced by 49% and 57%, respectively, com.ared to control m.ce The neuronal density of CalR-IR neurons was not different between the groups m.rphom.tric studies further dem.nstrated that the

Ocular Surgical Pathologies in Children Aged 0 to 15 Years in the Bartim.#233;e Ophthalm.logical Clinic in Conakry, guinea

Context: Childhood eye health is a real public health problem.in our context, the consequences of which go beyond vision, affecting education, social participation and future econom.c productivity. The aim.was to study the frequency of ocular surgical pathologies in children aged 0 to 15 years. Patients and m.thodius: This study covered a 4 years period from.January 1, 2016 to Decem.er 31, 2020. It was a retrospective study of a descriptive and analytical nature. It concerned all children aged 0 to 15 who had undergone surgery for ocular pathology during the study period and who were included in the operating room.register. Results: Out of 4974 patients of all ages operated for ocular surgical pathology, 124 were children aged 0 to 15 years or 2.49%. The 9 - 12 age group was the m.st represented with 29.03%;the m.an age was 7.3 years ± 4.6 with extrem.s of 3 m.nths and 15 years. A m.le predom.nance was observed at 62.90%. Pathologies of the lens, cataract and eyelids, traum.tic edem. represented the m.st frequent eye conditions in our patients with respectively 51 cases or 41.13% in the right eye (OD), 54 cases or 53.55% in the left eye (og) and 14 cases or 11.29% in OD and og followed by endem.c lim.oconjunctivitis of the tropics (LCET), 10 cases or 3.23%, in OD and hem.rrhage under conjunctival 13 cases or 10.48% in og. Cataract surgery with the Technique m.nuel Sm.ll Incision Cataract Surgery + Im.lantation in the posterior cham.er (m.ICS + ICP) was the m.st used in 74% of cases. general anesthesia was the m.st widely used anesthetic m.thod in 100% of cases. The clinical course was favorable at 45.97%. Conclusion: We note a relatively low hospital frequency of ocular surgical pathologies in children, with a m.le predom.nance. The early consultation period and the im.rovem.nt of the technical platform.could im.rove their m.nagem.nt.
