High-rate CH_(4)-to-C_(2)H_(6) photoconversion enabled by Au/Zno porous nanosheets under oxygen-free system

Photocatalytic CH_(4) coupling into high-valued C_(2)H_(6) is highly attractive,whereas the photosynthetic rate,especially under oxygen-free system,is still ***,we designed the negatively charged metal supported on metal oxide nanosheets to activate the inert C-H bond in CH_(4)and hence accelerate CH_(4) coupling *** an example,the synthetic Au/Zno porous nanosheets exhibit the C_(2)H_(6) photosynthetic rate of 1,121.6μmol g^(-1)_(cat)h^(-1)and the CH_(4) conversion rate of 2,374.6μmol g^(-1)_(cat)h^(-1) under oxygen-free system,2 orders of magnitude higher than those of previously reported *** virtue of several in situ spectroscopic techniques,it is established that the generated Au^(δ-)and o^-species together polarized the C-H bond,while the Au^(δ-)and o^-species jointly stabilized the CH_(3) intermediates,which favored the coupling of CH_(3) intermediate to photosynthesize C_(2)H_(6) instead of overoxidation into Co_(x).Thus,the design of dual active species is beneficial for achieving high-efficient CH_(4)-to-C_(2)H_(6) photoconversion.

oBJECTIVE: To explore the multi-component synergistic mechanism of Zuogui Wan(左归丸, ZGW) in treating postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMoP). METHoDS: The main components and target genes of ZGW were screened via the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology(TCMSP). In addition, the target gene sets of PMoP were derived from the Gene Cards and online Mendelian Inheritance in Man databases. The search tool for recurring instances of neighbouring genes(STRING) 11.0 software was used to analyze the interaction among intersecting genes. Cytoscape 3.6.1 software and the Matthews correlation coefficient(MCC) algorithm were used to screen the core genes. Fifty Sprague-Dawley female rats were randomly divided into the sham-operated(Sham) group and the four ovariectomized(oVX) subgroups. Rats subjected to Sham or oVX were administered with the vehicle(oVX, 1 m L water/100 g weight), 17β-estradiol(E2, 50 μg·kg-1·d-1), and lyophilized powder of ZGW at a low dose of 2.3(ZGW-L) and high dose of 4.6(ZGW-H) g·kg-1·d-1 for three months. The bone density and bone strength were assessed using dual-energy X-ray and three-point bending tests, respectively. Furthermore, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, Hematoxylin-eo.in staining, and western blot analysis were used to determine the potential pharmacological mechanisms of action of ZGW in PMoP. RESULTS: A total of 117 active compounds of ZGW were screened from the TCMSP. Furthermore, 108 intersecting genes of drugs and diseases were identified. Using STRING software and the MCC algorithm, ten core genes, including C-X-C chemo.ine living 8(CXCL8), C-C chemo.ine receptor type 2(CCR2), alpha-2a active receptor(ADRA2A), melato.in receptor type 1B(MTNR1B), and amyloid-beta A4 protein(APP), were identified. The anti-osteoporosis regulation network of ZGW was constructed using the Cytoscape software. 为研究公交车辆安全平稳进出港湾式停靠站的轨迹,提出适用于自动驾驶场景的进出站安全轨迹规划方法.基于阿克曼转向原理,构建车身4个顶点运动轨迹方程,针对站内无车和有车两种工况,建立避障约束、运动学约束及起终点位姿约束,选择五次多项式曲线作为公交车辆进出港湾式停靠站安全轨迹模型,采用线性规划和遗传算法标定模型参数,采用数值模拟得到车辆安全进出站轨迹,并利用实车道路实验验证模型的可行性.研究结果表明:五次多项式曲线适用于公交车辆进出港湾式停靠站安全轨迹,规划轨迹与实际运行轨迹平均绝对百分比误差(MAPE)不超过10%,提出的轨迹规划方法可为自动驾驶公交车辆安全可靠运行提供一定的理论依据.

It is essential to enhance the thickness of the absorber layer for perovskite solar cells(PSCs)to improve device performance and reduce industry ***,thick perovskite films(>1μm)are difficult to be fabricated by emplo.ing traditional solvents,such as N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF),dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSo).Besides,it is a challenge to fabricate thick-film perovskite o.ing to the deteriorated surface morphology and serious defect ***,a simple method was reported to deposit uniform pinhole-free perovskite films with a thickness of more than 2μm utilizing the methylamine acetate(MAAc)ionic liquid as the *** with methylammonium chloride(MACl)as an additive,thick-film perovskite with~2μm in grain size and few grain boundaries(GBs)was prepared,which dramatically improved the perovskite crystal quality and enhanced carrier transport *** final PSCs exhibited a power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 20.16%.The device showed improved stability with 95%of its initial efficiency in a nitrogen environment over 5000 *** work provides an alternative strategy to produce extremely efficient and stable thick-film *** can be believed that this device has great potential in the application of large areas and laminated PSCs.

农户生活垃圾污染治理直接关系农村环境治理整体成效。采用湖南省农户调查数据和有序Logit模型研究污染感知、村庄认同对农户生活垃圾处理行为的影响效应与影响机制,发现:污染感知对农户生活垃圾处理行为具有显著的正向影响;村庄认同对农户生活垃圾处理行为的直接影响不显著,但其通过制度信任这一中介机制间接促进村民生活垃圾处理行为;村庄认同在污染感知影响农户生活垃圾处理行为中发挥了显著的正向调节作用。增强农户对生活垃圾污染及其危害的感知和认识,培育与强化农户村庄认同感,增强村干部的公信力和依法行政能力是切实推进农户生活垃圾处理行为规范化和环保化,实现生态宜居目标可行的优化路径。
